Vacation rentals with beach access in Putnam County

Great place to stay. I had to cancel my reservation early and although I couldn’t get a refund for the last night stay ( I canceled the morning of) they did say that if they could get it booked that they would refund me. I’ll book this place again when I’m in the area.

Very happy with our stay. Stress free parking right outside the front door, lots to do in the area, and the inside was beautiful. Lots more room than we were expecting. We had worries about a late check-in that were reassured by Miray to be no big deal at all. Super flexible, great stay. Would recommend this spot to anyone!

A nice place with all you'd need to enjoy time away from home. A unique loft style bedroom, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. located in a quiet area that's convenient if you want to visit many parts of NY. Tracy put a lot of personal touches and seasonal decorations to make it feel more homely, and the thoughtfulness comes through!

The location is ideal for so many things to do in the GWL/Warwick area. The town, off season, is kind of quiet. For me, it was close to my yoga class and my apartment where I needed to go daily, but which didn’t have heat. Very safe and comfortable location. The apartment was modern and cute. Very clean, with everything you could need for a short term stay in the area. Easy to walk my dog and give her some time off leash when nobody was in the dog park down the street.

Polita is the best host you can ever imagine! She is so kind and accomodating and helped us a lot. Her place just feels like home. We love the details and decoration and the brightness in the rooms. We stayed for nearly 2 months in her appartment and enjoyed it a lot. There is nothing missing- she even asked how to make our stay more comfortable. You can feel she loves to make other people happy! The communication was so easy, as she is really communicative and lives in the same house. The appartment is only a 10minutes drive from Seaside park with a great beach, nice playground and splash area. There are ao many nice beaches, playgrounds and parks around Bridgeport-you can discover a new spot every day. We loved the area! We took the train several times to NY from Fairfield (good parking option) for a day trip and looking loved it. There are lots of grocery stores and shopping malls around (10-15min away), too. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay!

My daughter and I stayed at this Airbnb for about a month during a rough time in our lives and it was exactly what we needed to feel safe and happy. It is the ideal “home away from home”, as described, and not only lives up to the pictures, but exceeds the accommodations - and coziness - it provides for a fantastic value for the area. This adorable “apartment-like” feel gives you everything you need, way beyond what a local hotel can provide for a much more affordable rate. The host, Ashley, started out as a stranger and quickly became a friend. She “took care of us” when we needed support and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, at all times. My daughter and I LOVED our stay here and highly recommended it for any of your needs! It is top notch! Thank you, Ashley!

My daughter and I were repeat guests at this location. Our return visit did not disappoint. It was clean, quiet convenient and the host was available if needed, but otherwise left us free to enjoy ourselves.

Feeling blessed to have the opportunity to stay at this lovely AirBnB home. Amazing. The house is beyond comfortable, has everything you need for a perfect stay, and the patio, deck, dock, and pontoon boat are the showstoppers. Pictures do it justice. The sunsets are exactly as shown. Map of the lake detailing what to stay away from - THANK YOU - that was perfect and helped make being on a new lake super easy. 50hp is PLENTY for touring around. Host is everything you'd hope, expect - super friendly, and great to meet. Readily available by cell. We didn't need to communicate. The house had everything set up, comfortable, the lakeside patio has fridge/freezer/bbq. Perfect setting for our family weekend!!! Thank you so much.

We flew out from the west coast and spent an extended Thanksgiving weekend at this home with our two college aged children who are in school in NY. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out, and Kelley made sure that we had everything we needed to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. She gave me great recommendations on local shops and and overall was a great communicator. The kitchen is very well stocked, as is the entire home. I find it hard to believe that the home is dog friendly; it was spotless and I detected not one single dog hair! The nearby Garrison train station made a day trip into NYC easy, and we also enjoyed some local hikes and a tour of West Point. I imagine that Spring, Summer and Fall would be a beautiful time to appreciate being surrounded by trees -- but even in Winter the home feels very cosy and close to nature.

My family and I really enjoyed Elizabeth property very comfortable and quiet, we definitely thinking about coming back soon.

We were able to cook a lot of our meals there and eating out on the deck was very enjoyable. Beds were comfortable. The upstairs fairs game room was awesome we really had fun. I would book again for sure

The host was extremely communicative. We had a bit of trouble finding the place but they helped us throughout. The stunning view makes this listing totally worth it.

Amazing home and location right on the lake. Spectacular views from deck and livingroom windows. Comfortable, homey feel with plenty of open space. Everything you need is there. Great coffee station, pantry area. Easy to find things in the kitchen if you like to cook. Comfortable bedrooms and well supplied bathrooms. Location great to access Taconic Parkway. 30-35 minutes to Sleepy Hollow, Tarrytown, Cold Springs. Highly recommend this home. Great hosts and neighbor Alex.

Not only was the house perfect for our group, the property was beautiful and we enjoyed the grounds and the wildlife immensely. The location allowed us to get to both NYC and upstate locations very easily as well. We had everything we could possibly need for our vacation.
