The view of the apartment is beautiful, it has a large balcony to spend there hours watching the sunset. Unbeatable location. Close to everything. Down there has a Super and a car SERVICE. María Noel, the host, is very friendly and helpful and responds quickly to guest requests. Definitely would love to go back.

The apartment is barbaric. I recommend it 100%. Great view, very good terrace, garage service and cleaning. Beach is in front. As seen in the photos. The bed in the main room is king and very comfortable. The other double bed is a little small for a couple, that room looked wider in the pictures than it is. Still, we had a great time. The apartment is very good and very clean. We went with a 1 1/2 year old boy, Miguel offered us protection for the terrace railing that was fundamental. Equally you have to be careful with the internal staircase that does not have protection and can be risky with Boys. Would definitely be back, we had a very nice family vacation. Thanks to Miguel who was very friendly, clear and was always available.

Beautiful apartment. Super functional and has everything you need to have a great time. Electric curtains help a lot. Everything was very clean. Gustavo and his dad super attentive to needs as well as the boys and girls who work in the building. The hot water pool is divine. The playroom with Play is great for days where you can't go much to the beach. .

Dora contacted me several times before arrival to be sure to meet us at the scheduled time, as well as during the stay to find out if everything was okay. The apartment was perfect, practically facing the sea, with a huge terrace, perfect for sunbathing even on the beach. Perfect apartment and kitchen with all the necessary utensils! Thank you again Dora for a wonderful stay.

The apartment is beautiful and with a wonderful view and super well equipped. The amenities offered by the building complex are perfect. It's like staying in a 5-star hotel but feeling at home at the same time. The location is unbeatable steps from the beach and restaurants and shops. Daniela was always attentive and immediately answering our questions. We will definitely keep that in mind for our next vacation.

The place is beautiful and the host is very responsive, even allowed us to check out late to accommodate our late flight. The location was perfect within walking distance to a lot of sights. Manager of the building on sight and very helpful. House keeper came daily to clean.

Linda Casa de Alberto en Santa Mónica, comfortable house just as seen in the photos, we enjoy the terrace, the pool and grill. Also Alberto is a very attentive host and that is very appreciated.

Daniel is a great host, always willing and friendly, happy to have a conversation with him and listen to him. It helped us in everything, including healing our dog who was bitten on the beach for the carelessness of another dog's owner (if they go to Biarritz, extreme pet care!). La Casita is in the dune, the environment is a manicured garden, you leave the garden and walk very few meters until you see the beach and go down to the sea. It is a nice and quiet beach.

Fantastic location, attached to the beach. A very peaceful area, ideal for connecting with nature in a jewel of architecture. The house is very comfortable and practical and every detail is thought out. Would stay here a thousand times again!

We just had an amazing new year at Anne's house! The house is divine and well equipped. We didn't have any issues. Anne is a love and was available 24/7 in case anything happened. Incredible location. We never felt unsafe and really very close to everything!

We spent two beautiful summer weeks at Eduardo's house. The place is very close to the beach, which is very quiet, and 5 minutes by car from the main supermarket of Cuchilla Alta, although there are also places much closer to the house to buy. The house has everything you need for a long stay, both summer and winter. We will definitely try to come back in the winter to use the fantastic wood-burning stove of the living! Everything is as in the photos or even better! Last but fundamental, Eduardo is an excellent host. He left us a very nice welcome and he was very friendly and tremendously quick to answer us the doubts we had.

The casita de Inés was extremely practical and comfortable for us. We were with our two dogs that had a space in the fully fenced garden that was very appropriate for us. We had everything you need for the kitchen and grill. The house is fresh and Edtaba is spotless

The apartment is larger than what the pictures show and very comfortable. The beds have all mattresses in very good condition and with mattress cover, which keep them clean. The balcony well with table and chairs allowed us to have breakfast and lunch overlooking the sea. The kitchen is well equipped. It's meters from the brava for walking. There is an umbrella and beach chairs for all occupants. Adriana is very attentive and very kind. I'm sure we'll be back.

2nd summer that I go to the apartment and no doubt that I will keep coming back! It has everything for a vacation to feel at home! Location, proximity to the beach, attention, garage in a hard to get place on the public road! Indoor heated pool, outdoor pool with deck. The hosts excellent service, always attentive at all times!
