As newer hosts let us highlight what would have attracted us as renters: - location - 1 block from beaches and the bus terminal, in front of a supermarket - comfort - daily maid service, garage, smart tv, wifi, blue-tooth speaker Striking panoramic view from both living and bedroom towards the brava and the mansa beaches. A cozy place with a great view of the ocean from the windows and the big deck (with a hammock). The ability to borrow beach chairs and umbrella and walk across the road to the beach was great. Beatriz was so friendly and made local recommendations. We loved PDD! This is a very special place hosted by a great family!

Carmen has a beautiful house, equipped like no other house we've seen while staying in Playa. It has all kinds of kitchen appliances, two well-equipped bathrooms, beds and shower at hotel level, all new, recently purchased. The house is beautiful and has a very homey style, as if a mother had decorated it. Carmen is extremely kind, concerned, and affectionate. He drove us to the bus station in his own car when we left, without charging us anything. She was always on the lookout for what we needed. It is important to say that the house is a 10-minute walk from the beach and about 20 minutes from the center of the village, which somehow reduces the desire to go out partying at night since the walk back would be a bit long, unless you go by car. We really appreciate Carmen's hospitality. Despite the fact that we had a night of a really shocking thunderstorm, everything at home worked perfectly and it was a great refuge for us. The apartment is impeccable. Unbeatable location, with a beautiful view, in a quiet area but close to everything. It is very well decorated and equipped with everything you need. Dominica is the best: she answered all our questions very quickly and was always super friendly, flexible and understanding, something that is not so easy to find in 2025 and that is really worth noting. We didn't get to use the building's facilities because we had spectacular days, but everything looked in excellent condition. Highly recommended!

Flawless accommodation. Location is great, with the super cozy atmosphere, all new and clean. Communication with the excellent host and everything we need nearby and waterfront. Hostess is a 1000 note, having welcomed us with mimos!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answering all questions quickly! Apartment super clean and complete. Check in and check out without bureaucracy. We will return more often for sure.

My partner and I agreed that this was the most enjoyable vacation we've ever had. The beach is two blocks away, downtown is very close and with a spectacular view. The only thing it didn't have was an oven, but we still easily managed the food. Beautiful, we'll be back 🙌🏻
