Vacation rentals with a patio in Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera

Excellent place, very quiet and clean, the apartment is very well equipped, it had more than essentials and the host is always attentive to messages from before arriving until I leave the accommodation, I will definitely return.

Virginia is an excellent and vary caring host! Apartment is in grate shape and super clean! Towels, shampoo, soap, washing fluid, water in jugs, everything was there. The building is relatively new, Wall-Mart is only 12 minutes walking time away. 30 minutes by car to the Sea Shore and Hotel Zone. BUT! What a Lagoon Virginia's apartment has! This is what we had this place for! You don't have to go to the sea shore everyday, it is just as nice and beautiful just on the side of this huge pool with the comfort of being two minutes from your home door! Apartment is on the 6th floor and always has a slight breeze, that you don't have to turn on A/C most of the time (in march). Will stay again, definitely!

a very nice house is fantastic it complies with everything it publishes and for those who want tranquility is the perfect house, so you have many roads nearby for the different tourist points that you like to visit

If you're looking for a quiet place to spend a break with a beach and pool for a few days getaway, it's the right place. The apartment in general has all the amenities. The hosts Dafne and Alejandro super friendly and always attentive to our messages throughout the stay, some tipazos both.

We had problems accessing due to the rains but Mike and Fátima were always pending and helpful. The house is very clean and comfortable, the decor is nice.

I fell in love with the house, I loved the decor and the cleanliness, it is very well located. We didn't want to go, I loved every detail and Mayra was very helpful at all times I already want to return to Isla Mujeres and stay at Casa Cihuatl again.

Amazing home!! Clean beautiful and private. So many amazing food within walking distance. Also gives you a chance to see the real Mexican culture. Would recommend 100% to anyone going to Cancun!! The host was amazing and super helpful. We had an amazing time!

My family and I are very happy that we chose Luis's place. The community is gated, quiet and beautiful. We mostly had the pool to ourselves. This house provided us with comfort, safety, convenience and it's about 40 minutes away from the Hotel Zone. The highlight was the host. Responsiveness was immediate and we felt very welcomed! Fun fact: our last night of the visit, the neighborhood organized Trick or Treating and our family participated. We felt right at home! I handed out treats while the younger ones swung at a communal piñata and walked around meeting other kids in costumes. The entire environment is beautiful.

The place is nice, clean, peaceful and quiet. She has a very comfortable bed, which we all need after a long day. If in the future and when opportunity arises, I will definitely stay at Susan’s place again.

Rodrigo was a very accommodating host! He was very helpful and friendly. He had the best recommendations for restaurants, night life, shopping and of course beach experiences. We had the best time!

Zeina’s place is superb! Looks just like the photos and is a very peaceful stay. She was very helpful with a golf cart rental for our stay as well! The house has all of the amenities you need for a stay and extras like snorkel gear. Would absolutely recommend staying here and it’s very highly likely that we will stay here again!!

Although I answered the questions, I personally did not stay. My niece and her friend who did stay there were very happy. Both of the ladies are professional personal house keepers so their expectation for cleanliness is high. I frequently got pictures as well and conversations regarding on how much they loved the place. the hosts were very responsive and helpful, and the neighbours were great. Made some good friends. I personally will be booking if I go, and the girls will be making their appointments around the vacancy dates when they have have to return. Loved it. Would recommend highly

A beautiful place!! The arrival was perfect since it was with access code, quick check-in, the apartment is great, as in the photos, super clean, safe, quiet, family, you have many shops around, even a mall, so much our expectations! Thank you Clau x always be attentive!!! 🙂
