Excellent location 15 minutes from the hotel area, outside the private there are commercial squares, banks and restaurants, the house is modern, very clean and equipped, with nice garden, the room super comfortable, with climate and I rested very well in the mattress, the fast internet. Excellent condominium I would stay here again with pleasure.

I really liked the apartment, the first impression is not good, since outside the building is not nice, but already entering the apartment it totally changes, it is as it is in the photos! I really liked it, I recommend it

I fell in love with the house, I loved the decor and the cleanliness, it is very well located. We didn't want to go, I loved every detail and Mayra was very helpful at all times I already want to return to Isla Mujeres and stay at Casa Cihuatl again.

Everything was very good, just one recommendation, when you go out to another place to explore and you are out all day, and what you want is to get some rest, I recommend checking your mattresses, one of them is in very bad condition, I slept better on the floor. The next night after the first one, I woke up with pain in my waist due to the hole in one of them. Other than that, it's recommended. Thanks for your attention

It’s just a short Uber ride from downtown Cancun and the ferry to La Isla Mujeres. If you're joining a group tour with a hotel pickup, getting to the hotel from this spot is quick and easy with Uber. The neighborhood itself is another highlight. Several restaurants are right across the street, offering delicious food. The studio also overlooks a couple of parks, giving you a touch of nature in an urban setting. Inside, the studio is thoughtfully designed—cozy yet spacious enough to feel comfortable. Cristina provides plenty of fresh towels and toiletries, making your stay even more convenient. If you want a comfortable and well-located stay in Cancun, I highly recommend Cristina’s studio!

My daughters stayed at Julio’s place for her bday. She wanted to visit Cancun but didn’t want to be on a resort. Julio’s place was perfect. Great location. Place was clean and looks like the pictures. Everything you can want to do was a short distance away and the Ubers are cheap. It was perfect. She said Julio was a great host, very attentive, quick response time, directions were easy and he deserved 5 stars! She felt safe which was my biggest concern. I’m happy she got to enjoy a week in Cancun for her bday and I’m grateful Julio helped make that possible! We will definitely consider Julio’s place in the future when we visit again. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had an amazing time. It was PERFECT! We loved the view of the ocean and the amazing pool. We truly could have spent the whole trip at the Airbnb. We loved that there were restaurants in walking distance, and a small supermarket within walking distance too. They also recommended a golf cart service for us that drops off/picks up right from the Airbnb which I totally recommend. I cannot say better things about our experience, we absolutely LOVED our stay and hope to return again someday!

everything went great! check in and check out was super quick and easy. easy access to the ocean had nice pool and kids pool. host checked up on us to make sure everything was going great.
