Great place, location, views, cleanliness. Host was very fast to respond and made sure we were comfortable! The only thing is there was not extra blankets if needed. Overall I would stay again!!

If you're looking for a quiet place to spend a break with a beach and pool for a few days getaway, it's the right place. The apartment in general has all the amenities. The hosts Dafne and Alejandro super friendly and always attentive to our messages throughout the stay, some tipazos both.

The place is chida and the area has everything very close. The stay is super comfortable and nice with good privacy. The super good host and the service was formidable.

We had an amazing stay! The accommodations are clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable as well. Great Wifi! The view of the beach is stunning! The beach is clean, and the food options were all delicious and only a quick walk across the street. There are quite a few steps, but as long as you do not have any physical restrictions/trouble walking it's very easy. The free concierge service is really incredible! All of our questions and requests were promptly responded to, and all recommendations were better than we would have found on our own. Our concierge host was very friendly and made the entire experience even better.

Well worth the price. Just wish the kitchen had more dishes pots and pans plus a chef knife would have been great. Lovely balcony but would have been better with chairs or table to enjoy the outdoor space better.

I fell in love with the house, I loved the decor and the cleanliness, it is very well located. We didn't want to go, I loved every detail and Mayra was very helpful at all times I already want to return to Isla Mujeres and stay at Casa Cihuatl again.

I had a very comfortable stay, good location and great host. The only thing I would like to have had, Sunshine on the pool. The sun never hits the little courtyard out front.

The house is as seen in the photos, it has parking. Not close to the hotel zone, but if you rent a car you will be in a quiet and safe area. Luis is attentive the whole time.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Great location to explore Cancun. Just outside the gate are a few restaurants and within a 10 minute walk there’s another 30+. A 20 minute walk you’re in the Puerto cinema shopping center. The property is very nice, it’s as described and communications with Maria Christina was always quick and easy. A couple of coffee breakfast recommendations are Sereno and Ritual, both very good fun places to hang out for an hour or two in the morning. And for dinner, definitely go to Mar di Vino, great service, food, and setting, there’s a hidden center open air courtyard. Did not spend much time in the hotel district, but if you make it over there go to Capri it’s by the surfin burrito. It’s relatively new so it doesn’t show up on searches, but it was really good. Back in Ohio, where it’s cold, wish I’d stayed a few more days.

I had a great stay at Zeina’s place. I would love to come back and highly recommend her place! This was my first visit to Isla Mujeres and I had a great time, thanks mostly to the wonderful accommodations. I loved the location, which was close enough to the town center but in an area on the southern part of the island which is very peaceful. The condo was clean, well equipped, private, and comfortable. I loved the infinity pool with the view of Cancun! Zeina was proactive and helped make my stay fantastic. She gave me local recommendations and assisted in my golf cart rental. Check in was super easy. I highly recommend Zeina’s place and hope to come back soon.

everything went great! check in and check out was super quick and easy. easy access to the ocean had nice pool and kids pool. host checked up on us to make sure everything was going great.
