Chris and Dania where very nice people They communicated very well and were helpful interns of finding a play pen for my baby girl. They also help with a car rental I needed for travel. The only thing is that you had to give a deposit of $200 (which was fine) and even though we only used 1/4 (a quarter tank) of a full tank of gas she deducted $60 from the $200 deposit, which to me is insane. Gas is not that expensive specially when $60 in pesos is a lot. The vehicle was a Kia SUV very affordable and new. Dania did explain to me she had to pay a driver to pick up the car and take it to get gas but my husband and I still felt it was a bit much to take more than half of a hundred for the used of a quarter tank of gas. Other than that they were splendid! Dania also assisted my family with another unit that was available for him and his wife to stay in. We had a great time.

Apartment in a gated and well secured residence. Two well-maintained pools available for the residence. View of one of the two pools from the balcony. Beach access on foot from the residence. Sunbeds available and nice beach bar. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. Baby kit available if needed (crib, toys, etc.). Host is responsive. We recommend this apartment.

Absolutely loved Jaay place! His place was just as amazing in person. Quiet & peaceful area. Host is very responsive and prompt! Any questions we had were answered within seconds. Would definitely recommend his place.

My sister and I recently stayed at House of Flores for 5 nights to celebrate our birthdays, and we had a wonderful experience. The location is convenient 5-10 minutes frm most attractions. Initially, we considered renting a car, but after the day 2, we realized that using Uber was significantly more affordable just $5 per ride compared 2 taxis. Our host, Deurys, was exceptional. Despite our delayed arrival due to flight issues, he met us at the property was there to greet us on our departure day too. He was super impressive; any questions or concerns we had were addressed within minutes. The property’s location is ideal, very private with easy access to the beaches, restaurants Coco Bongo, Bibi Beach, excursions, and the local market, gas station all just a short distance away. The property itself was as depicted in the photos, wifi great! There was ongoing construction in the area and a little noisy in the mornings. I would recommend House of Flores for anyone visiting the area.

This was by far my best stay! Apart from the beautiful apartment, Daria and Christoph have made my stay beautiful and unforgettable. They were always there for me and helped me when I needed it and they never left me alone. I hope I can still spend a lot of time with them.

Beautiful place to stay at . The host was nice and respectful but it can use some rules changing like don’t use an AC when it’s like 120 degrees inside the apartment. Would I book that place .. hell yeah . I had great time staying there doe a week .

Jacob is a great host. This apartment was perfect. Exactly what I needed. One of the best priced options in the area. Close enough to everything. Short car ride to the beach.

There is no question that Carola set out from day one to establish herself, her place and the guests’ stay to be a top 1% experience; no shortcuts. Not only is everything exactly as described; if anything, the photos and description is understated, because the quality of the penthouse and the feel when being there can only be truly appreciated in real life. The penthouse is pristinely immaculate and everything in it is top quality. The area is safe and more things than you will have time to do is either in walking distance or a short, or very short drive/ride (beach, shops, restaurants, etc.). Her communication is instant and thorough. She pays great attention to detail. Additionally, there are several things that she does from the booking to checkout that other host have not even thought about. I won’t list them as I will keep the surprises for her guests. Other hosts would do themselves a favor by booking a stay at Carola’s; in order to take their hosting to the next level.

Leah's place was absolutely perfect! Our favorite highlight was THE VIEW! 🤩 Highly recommend! Everything was comfortable, secure, homey, and really fantastic! The patio made us feel pampered! We were so grateful for everything!

the apartment is brand new broken, top amenities. Fernelis was available very quickly and efficiently for every question. The residence is great with very nice neighbors, a beautiful pool as well as plenty of space for fun. i had an excellent stay, I recommend this apartment, thank you very much to Fernelis for his kindness and professionalism.

Juan was hands down the best host I’ve ever encountered. Always responsive and extremely professional. The area was amazing as well with the beach, restaurants, and bars all being 5mins away. Travelers will be fortunate to get Juan as a host.
