My sister and I were allowed to spend our autumn vacation at 27 degrees at this place! Every morning we enjoyed the sea view, the sun and the silence until the sun slowly hiked around the house. In the morning we saw dolphins jumping. It was really a dream! There are many coves for swimming, which are within walking distance. Otherwise, we took some hikes and were also able to do some great runs. (our recommendations can be requested from Vedran, he has the Komoot routes). We highly recommend the beach at Njivice, where the sun sets. The place was really great. Vedran was great to reach and responded to any of our requests immediately. What we actually didn't find was different from the shampoo provided. Otherwise, the basic amenities were great! We'll be back ☀️🌊✨

Outstanding and the most hospitable hosts. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the stay here the most out four Airbnb places during this trip. Highly recommend to all the guests who want to stay in a beautiful house with an amazing view in a very peaceful environment. Will go back here in a heartbeat. Kudos to the hosts.

We had an incredibly nice vacation in this wonderful house. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the well-kepted condition – it was really flawless! You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on details here to make guests feel at ease. Communication with the landlords was excellent: They were always available, helpful and very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic roof terrace. The view from there was simply breathtaking and gave us many unforgettable moments – be it at breakfast or at sunset. The location of the house is perfect for those who want to experience the beauty of Croatia, with the proximity to the sea and the many sights in the area. We can warmly recommend this gem and thank the hosts from the heart for a great stay.

Sanja's Airbnb is located below the village of Dobrinj on the edge of the village. The recommended approach leads about 1 km via a gravel path through a forest. We drove with two normal compact cars and got through well. Communication with Sanja was very quick and good. Sanja described everything well and was able to help out very well with questions. The entire place itself was very clean and everything was as described. There were also utensils, such as Coal for the grill or dish soap already available. All floors (ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor) are connected via a spiral staircase and the lower two are also connected via an external staircase. The two bathrooms were very clean, only the fact that the upper bedroom does not have a bathroom door can become an inter-storey auditory as well as olfactory experience;). Would I book again like this!

We had a wonderful stay with a large group of people (adults and children) at Fabian's accommodation. Here are the key things we loved about our experience: The apartments were very clean and incredibly comfortable. Stunning Sea Views Fabian was a fantastic host, always friendly and helpful. He provided us with plenty of valuable local tips. The apartments were perfectly situated close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, while still offering a peaceful environment. The spacious apartments and outdoor areas made it ideal for our large group.

We were very pleased with our stay at Timo's villa. It is a beautiful house, very spacious with unique gardens. Everything you could need was there. From the perfect coffee maker, to the hair dryer in the four bathrooms. The villa is a bit remote, but if you are happy to walk, it is no problem. More villas are being built all around - here we had some construction noise in one day, but if you go to the sea, this one doesn't bother either. Debby and her family were really great - she looked after us in the area and I immediately loved her. Debby, thank you for being there for us with your open heart and your loving , helpful manner.....You are really wonderful All in all a very nice and relaxing holiday in a great ville, with perfect care

Lion's House is an excellent stay, hosted by one of the most genuine, friendly and helpful hosts I've had the pleasure of meeting. The view is one that keeps on giving, your camera will be full! Upon arrival, Vlad greeted us with a guided tour, kindly flexible around our late arrival due to flight delay. Our large group thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and the large space surrounding, 2 nights were spent using the spacious bbq grill area, upon request Vlad was gracious enough to pop round for a chat and walk us through the utensils etc. and is always happy to make recommendations for food and drink choices. We appreciated his knowledge of restaurants and other local attractions in the surrounding area, offering his advice and assistance in wine tours etc. if this is to your fancy. The pool was clean as was the rest of this stunning house, Vlad ensured maintenance of the pool throughout the week - kindly doing so at suitable times as to not disturb our fun! Can't wait to go back ;)
