House vacation rentals in Puigpunyent

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

We loved our stay! Thorsten was helpful throughout and was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool was outstanding as was the outdoor space. Everywhere was spotless and I can genuinely say nothing needed to be improved! We loved the accommodation and three generations simply had the best time together in this exceptional place.

The house was great. We had enough space, the surroundings were quiet, beach, shops and restaurants very close. The owner communicated really well and it was a pleasure to stay.

A wonderful week at Can Coa. The villa was spotless throughout. apart from the shower drains that needed cleaning out as a couple of the showers flooded. The kitchen is well stocked but some items such as washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets and bin bags had to be bought. The terraces outside and the pool area are great. Fantastic views of the mountains and town. However there are a lot of steps so be mindful if you have mobility issues. A small table and chairs outside the kitchen door would be useful. Josep was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions and Emilio the taxi driver from Mallorcabs was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here.

What a wonderful place to stay! Communication with Jamie was excellent. He arranged for us to drop off our luggage before check in time and for half of the group (with a later flight time) to stay for an extra few hours on the check out day. The villa is beautiful. Plenty of space for two families with teens to be together and to be apart when we wanted! We appreciated the Christmas decorations and the welcome gift in the fridge too. We enjoyed several hours of winter sun each day at the villa and walked into Palma on most days to explore. There is a large supermarket only a few minutes walk down the road. There is an excellent bus service. We visited Soller on one day and the aquarium on another. So many wonderful local restaurants to choose from too. We were very pleased with the location. Great, very quiet place. Nice setting and very clean accommodation, I recommend if you are looking for a quiet place to recharge your batteries.

We had an enchanting time staying at the place. The house is quaint and cozy, just to feel comfortable. Amenities were manageable, but was completely sufficient for 5 people. The landlords were always helpful with problems and questions. We will be happy to come back!!

Lovely stay at this townhouse in Pollensa. Well looked after accommodation and great location for access to Pollensa. Communication with host was excellent and we were able to check in early and check out late. Only downside was in October there was no sun at the house at all since it didn’t get high enough in the sky. We went to the beach instead which was fine but a shame not to enjoy the pool area. We would definitely return in the summer when I suspect it is a sun trap. Thank you so much we had a lovely stay.

Beautiful view from the backyard. Big property with a lot of privacy. 15 min walk to Soller center. Nicely renovated and clean. 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bathroom and are a little tight on the top floor. Light on towels.

Amazing stay in the house. Everything is perfect!!!

A great weekend , beautiful surroundings, super serene, magnificent views, really nice place! House was smaller than expected on the inside, not convenient that you had to go through each other's rooms, but fine with a big family. Also too few bathrooms. Nevertheless, a nice house! Close to Sóller, beautiful hike made to Cala Deia. It was unforgettable!

We were allowed to spend 3 weeks in Can Calet in October 2024. It was an incredibly great time. The property is beautifully landscaped. An oasis in the countryside with a breathtaking pool, brilliant views and wonderful architecture. It was perfect and couldn't have been better. Communication was smooth and all extra requests were fulfilled quickly, without problems and at no additional cost. We will definitely come back and thank you for the incredibly good time.

We had a great trip to Mallorca and this home met all the needs for our family. We were grateful for quick response when we ran into a few issues. The location allowed great access to beaches and bike paths.

The place is really even better than the photos show. A lot of space, beautiful grounds, great pool and the dog is very sweet. We felt very comfortable and the communication with Fernando and Pepe was great, both are very friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay here! The home is beautiful and very clean. Perfect location walkable to the restaurants/bars, beaches, and port. Right in the action but also did not hear any noise at night to disrupt our rest. The garden and rooftop terraces are amazing to have space to relax outside. Phaeton was an excellent host and very helpful for check in / out and providing local recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pancho’s villa in Santa Ponça. It was enough off the beaten path that it felt peaceful and quiet, while also being within walking distance of a few good food/coffee spots. Street parking worked well and it was a good spot to explore the island from. It fit our group of 4 adults (plus two babies) nicely!

We had a tremendous stay at Michel's house in the centre of Soller. The house is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Ideally located in the centre of Soller a few minutes stroll to the main square with an abundance of bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful finca. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped, but that didn't bother us much. The sea and various nice places are easy to reach by car. Our flight didn't go until 7 pm and we were allowed to stay in the finca until our departure to the airport, so we had a very relaxed departure day. We will be happy to come back!
