Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Puerto Princesa City

We couldn't believe that we live in Palawan for many years and we only just discovered this Oasis of a place right in Puerto Princesa City! This place is perfect for what we were looking for. We live in Northern Palawan and we usually stay in hotels in P Princesa. Unfortunately, it is hard to find a good place to stay and eat ( might have something to do owning 2 hotels and restaurants), so we would rather cook for ourselves. The roofdeck view is awesome expecially in the morning. This place has everything I needed for cooking and more. I love that it feels like home and it has beautiful surroundings, they have solar power that could be used when it's brownout, which is almost everyday. Yes, P Princesa has regular brownouts so that's another big plus for this place! Thank you very much Ken and Begi for opening your place up to people like us. We are looking forward to coming back to this place again. Cheers!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! We had a wonderful stay - the space and farm are beautiful and our hosts (especially Emily) were SO helpful and kind. She had so many recommendations for us about how to get around town, what prices to expect, etc. and also helped us set up airport transfers and tours to see the underground river. The food here was also incredible - homemade with local ingredients and even some from the farm. Despite being “glamping” the level of service was on par with a 5 star experience. Cannot recommend this place highly enough! Was the perfect start to our trip in Palawan :)

Don’s place is an absolutely delight to stay in. First of all, when first communicating with Don before arriving. I found that he is responsive and always positive. He picked us up the airport late at night and even made a quick stop for us to get something to eat before checking in. On our first day, Don’t family took us to the local market and shopped for some fresh fruits, vegetable and fish. It was a great experience! We even had a taste of Mama Zeny’s sinigang soup, made with one of the fish that we purchased from there. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. We were welcomed by some beloved animals that were rescued during the pandemic. The pool is the absolute topping on a close to perfect stay. It is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Great to jump in after a day touring. Finally, the hospitality that Don’s family showed us is unparalleled. I don’t have enough words to describe it. You will just have to find out. :) Thanks Don and family!!!

We were extremely happy on our second stay with Jo. Once again the condo was pristine and reflected the on line description. The staff were friendly and helpful making our visit so easy. We loved the location , quiet, yet minutes by trike to town and amazing restaurants. We highly recommend a stay with Jo . We loved puerto Princesa and we hope to return in the near future. The place was as described and it was a lovely stay. The house was spacious and the pool was clean. The kitchen was complete and I loved how the refrigerator was huge. Towels were also provided so no need to bring. It is also very near Robinsons for grocery shopping, and the airport. Bathrooms were clean and there's a bidet! Note that there are two showers but only 1 has hot water. Air conditioning all over the house was great except for the 3rd room where the air conditioning connects from the 2nd room, so you have to have a very low temp on the 2nd room to pass on the cool air to the 3rd. A bit of a weird set up. Mel also allowed us to rent the car so we were able to go around to buy groceries and even visit Talaudyong and the southern area. The car is fairly new and automatic so it was easy to drive. They also offer airport transfers which made it convenient for our parties. Overall a great stay as Mel was very responsive over text and very accommodating.

Highly recommended for those who want solitude and reflection. The place is secluded but near a white sand beach.

We stayed for 4 nights as a group of 3, and it was an incredible experience! Accommodation: The Kingfisher House is a charming two-story wooden house with a lovely terrace with a beautiful view, just a few steps from the beach. The outdoor bathroom is beautifully designed with lots of plants, blending seamlessly with nature. At night, you are blessed with hearing the ocean. Food: The food was an absolute HIGHLIGHT—fresh, authentic Filipino cuisine that we highly recommend. It was a true treat for the taste buds! Hosts: Elli and Pascal are amazing hosts—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They gave us great tips and contacts for the rest of our trip. Thank you so much for everything! ☺️

The place is clean… if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay and relax you come to the right place. The host is very responsive and helpful. Very accomodating to my requests.
