The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. Definitely a place that’s worth a visit. It was great especially with the heated pool. Great recommendations and a very accommodating host.

Due to an issue with a previous accommodation we had to find something else. Christian was very accommodating and helped us out with the transition. The place is stunning and has everything you can wish for. The beach and some restaurants are in walkable distance, but a car is still beneficial to explore the wider area. Altogether we really enjoyed our stay and can certainly recommend it.

This is our second time staying in this villa, and we as a family love it, the hosts are friendly and are genuinely lovely people, it’s centrally located to visit many different areas, if you know where you want to head too and don’t mind driving (which we did and I don’t) a car is essential to get around! I can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely return.

Lovely mix of rustic with all modern conveniences, like modern bathroom's. Flat screen TV's and Wifi, Comfy bedroom with patio doors to a nice balcony & a great private pool area. Mark is quick to answer any questions. Happy to recommend and stay again.

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Great Apartment, super location, loads of bars and restaurants close by. Not far to walk to beach did it everyday. Consum and other Supermarkets within easy walk. Nice area to outside, very quiet. Lovely shared pool not busy no trouble getting a sun shade.

Grazyna was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The property was lovely, well kept and had everything we could need. The location was perfect for us and the road was quiet and had no through traffic. The only thing to note is if you have young children like us the upstairs (main bedroom) is completely separate from the downstairs apartment, only accessible through an outer stairwell with main doors that need keys to open them (inside and out) between the spaces. This wasn’t really practical for us as our children were 2 and 12 weeks. If you have older children it would be fine. This was mentioned in the listing but I hadn’t fully understood how separate it was. This is the only reason I wouldn’t rebook. Otherwise the stay was perfect and we felt very much at home in the house. Highly recommend for anyone who this set up would work for but feel it may need to highlighted a little better in the listing or to those who have booked once the mention of small children is made.

The place homely, easy to find, walking distance to restaurants, shops. The place is welcoming and homely. Beds are comfortable. Louise is easy reached reply straight away when asks something, Karen is lovely and very helpful too. I would highly recommend this place and definitely stay here again. Great stay...

Ideal to go with a group of friends or family, very comfortable and spacious, 10 minutes drive from the beach and the centre of Cabo de Palos. Patrick always available, flexible and friendly, highly recommended

Lovely house with 3 different levels and places to sit out on each level. A great rooftop terrace with a place to dine and sunbeds. Nice pool area in a quiet location close to all amenities, especially La Zenia Boulevard.

It was a very good few days, the house was perfect in size and in cleanliness I can't complain. The kitchen is equipped with all the large and small appliances and full dinnerware. You don't need to bring anything the truth. With air conditioning in all rooms, perfect WiFi signal and an incredible terrace I was able to do two BBQs without a problem. The pool is big and with green areas. It was a very quiet area if you're looking for a little peace is the best option. Nearby is the Mercadona and 12 minutes away the shopping center La Zenia. The beaches are also 15 minutes away. But I recommend La Zenia beach is perfect, clean and with restaurants very close by. I went with my two pets and they also enjoyed the dog beaches. I had a little inconvenience with the TV but I was able to fix it. Alain who was the one who received us was always attentive to what we needed as the owners of the house. In conclusion it was a wonderful stay and I would repeat without any doubt

Wonderful house in an exclusive resort ideal for golfers and families. Very stylish and welcoming, fully equipped and with all the appliances you can think of. We had an amazing time!

We have been to Brigitte's house my family and I, it was a great stay. Yolanda the one who takes care of the estate always pending and friendly, very flexible at check-in time, the house is very comfortable. The only thing missing is an air conditioner because it is very hot, but in the listing it did not put air conditioning so we were not tricked, just commented to improve the estate as it is spectacular in everything. Also the beaches and the magnificent village of bonito and it has everything we need for a very good holiday. Thank you very much Brigitte and Yolanda for everything, I recommend it for sure.

Fantastic location in a beautiful setting, the house is homely and comfortable with some lovely pieces of art on display, the location is fantastic with great restaurants within the local area, the beaches are within easy reach. A really enjoyable place to stay with lots to do and located that allows visiting some of the areas fabulous locations, the cities of Cartagena and Murcia are a must to visit.

A lovely very clean villa. super clean pool with great outdoor seating / cooking facilities (outdoor kitchen and large barbecue). Everything you need in villa, family had a wonderful time there. Person meets you on arrival and when you leave. Thank you very much Charlie.
