French doors open on to a deck overlooking a pond and back yard. This studio is attached to our home, but has a private entrance, fully stocked kitchen and bath. It feels like you are in the country but only minutes from town, the Arkansas River, and trails. A great place to stay while whitewater rafting the Royal Gorge, mtn biking, climbing, or just want to take in a meal downtown and relax on the private deck. The studio offers a queen size bed and a small couch that folds out into a bed.

Quiet neighborhood located in Pueblo West. Sits real close to our house. This is a very small, but newly renovated tiny house! 12' x 16' one room, queen bed, nice size shower and toilet with barn door for privacy in bathroom. Sit-up bar with two stools, smart TV with electric fireplace in the corner gives it a touch of romance! Loveseat with ottoman. Small loft that kids could sleep in for short stays. Small coffee pot, under counter fridge, and nice size mirror over farm sink.

Cozy Casa Downtown by Beautiful Park & Riverwalk

We have made our short term rental the way we would love it - comfortable!! Our COZY CASA also RUNS ON SUNSHINE. ☀️ It has 2 Queen size memory foam pillow top beds covered in Egyptian cotton sheets & down blankets. There are also lightweight quilts for those who sleep hot. Each bedroom has fans & white noise machines. We take pride in our space & offer only what we would enjoy. Cleanliness is very important to us. Less clutter & clean with comfort!!!!
