My husband and I spent a month here. The location is good, about a 5-minute walk to the Petronas Towers and KLCC mall, which has 2 grocery stores (and much more). The unit is on the 30th floor, with views to the NW over Jalan Ampang. The apartment feels bigger than it looks in the pictures, and there is ample storage. Internet was fast (240-325 Mbps) and reliable. The gym was decent: dumbells 2.5-25 kg, cardio machines, few weight machines, small yoga room. Pool was nice (great view). It was less well-stocked than the average AirBnB, lacking things like glasses, laundry soap, trash bags, cleaning products, etc. A bit worse for wear in places (e.g., peeling veneer). Kitchen did smell a bit. We also never got the 2nd key card we were promised. Check-in was a bit anxiety-provoking--after contacting Denise a couple times, we managed to get the instructions ~12 hours before arrival, right as we boarded our flight. After arrival, communication was okay.

It was a super pleasant stay. Easy step by step self check in, very responsive host, fast reply to my queries. Short trip at KL with my families and 3 infants. With the water dispenser it really ease and shorter the time for us to prep our babies milk and microwave oven to heat up our babies frozen food. Would recommend this place to all! 💯

Had a very pleasant four days in Leon's apartment in a good location.Lok, the housekeeper, responded promptly and thoughtfully, helped us contact the plumber to solve the hot water problem, and will choose here again next time we come to Kuala Lumpur.

The host was very very responsive and respectful, I would definitely come again because I felt more safe than hotels, everything was amazing! Definitely will come again to the same apartment!

The unit is clean, comfortable and complete. Fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. One small recommendation would be to install a water heater in the second bathroom.. During our stay, the cuckoo machine wasnt functioning, the owner was very responsive annd gor it done the next day by cuckoo technician. Overall very good price for money.

Great place to stay with big group. Cozy and relaxing place. Good for gathering and nice pool and man made beach. Facilities and amenities can be improved. I like the bbq area, host provided charcoal and fire starter. There’s karaoke set that kept us entertained. Had issue with the amplifier not connected. Host came to fixed it thumbs up for his service, excellence!. It would be nice if host can consider to provide other game such as ping pong table, carrom board, etc. to have varieties of activity that can be done. Overall this place is highly recommended as it is not far from city.

The villa was spacious, well-equipped with everything like Snooker, PS4, Karaoke and etc, and the team was incredibly accommodating and responsive to our requests. The setting was perfect – serene, surrounded by lush greenery, providing a peaceful environment. I would highly recommend Forest Villa for anyone looking for a unique and inspiring venue for meetings, gathering, or events.😍😍
