wonderful property in beautiful town. Great location on Main Street with walking access to all the amenities. Frances was very accommodating with great advice for travellers.

From booking to checking in to checking out this was a 5-star experience. Oliver is beyond easy to work with and the place is the best in PTown. You cannot beat the location. It is roomy and has a lovely balcony. Even though it is close to all the action, it is not noisy AT ALL. I wouldn't think twice about staying here and I cannot wait to go back and stay at this Airbnb again. Thank you Oliver for a wonderful experience.

Tara was very responsive and helpful. The place was beautiful. Hot tub was great! Only wish I could’ve stayed longer. Definitely a beautiful location.

We had a wonderful week visiting familiar places and exploring new ones. Mary was a great hostess and the downstairs apartment more than met our simple needs. Quiet. Easy to find. Close to good restaurants and beaches. And the flock of turkeys that strolled through the yard occasionally were entertaining.

Tom's Roost was a great place to stay. Diana and Greg were great hosts, and the apartment was very cozy and comfortable. The location was close to our favorite Cape haunts, and we highly recommend it for anyone travelling to the Cape.

I absolutely loved staying here. It was so cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and felt like home for the few days staying there. The fireplace was perfect for cold November days and nights. Allison was extremely friendly and very responsive to any questions or updates. The beach is just across the road and down a street and very easy to get to and is a short drive into town.

Kathy is a great host. Her family property is really special and she was very accommodating answering all my questions before and during our stay. The pond is so quiet, peaceful, serene and beautiful and the home is situated in a quiet neighborhood which is wonderful to walk in. The Cotuit market is 1.5 miles away and there are great eats at Kettle Ho in Cotuit which allowed us to settle in with ease. Kathy graciously allowed our dog to accompany us and he loved spending time in the pond too and having easy outdoor access. We really enjoyed our stay!

Between our visits in New York and Boston we stayed a couple of nights in Hyannis, Cape Cod. Perfect location for us on Main Street with restaurants, local shopping and close to the harbour. The apartment was bigger than expected. The host was helpful in giving advice of what to do, and we enjoyed a magic dinner at Anejo. We must come back!

We loved our stay at Sarah’s house! The location was perfect—centrally located, close to shops and beaches, and on a quiet dead end street where the kids could right bikes. The house was spotless and we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a great stay at the boathouse. There was great communication between the host and I. Nancy kindly excepted an early check-in as I flew on a redeye from LA to Boston.. I will definitely keep this place on my list of places that I stay on the Cape!

Wonderful stay! A cute and classic Cape Cod home- so cozy and charming. The location can't be beat for a peaceful retreat within strolling distance to many beaches and beautiful spots. The area is safe and family friendly. The house is clean and tidy and has everything you need. We stayed for a week and would have happily stayed longer. Sean was friendly and responsive. Check in and out were a breeze. 10/10 experience.

Deena could not have been a more responsive and accommodating host. The house was clean and welcoming. I enjoyed the short walk to the beach every morning. It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do and see. We visited Nantucket, Provincetown and Martha’s Vineyard, but the house would also be perfect if you want to do nothing but enjoy the beach and relax.

This stay in Chatham was lovely. The house was adorable and had plenty of space for all of us staying that weekend. The house was thoughtfully designed with everything you need. You will have to either bring your own towels and sheets or rent and you will need to clean everything to be “broom” clean, which does offload more work and costs onto guests, but otherwise everything was fantastic. The location is so close to everything and is just beautiful.

BEAUTIFUL, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND FURNISHED! Directions, Entry Instructions and communication from Xuan could not have been better. The area is clean, residential, and Cape Cod quaint...and 4 minutes from some great restaurants, a Stop & Shop, and auto shops, as needed. Close to Route 28, so access to the entire Cape is easy. The 3 Bedrooms were great; there were 2 futons in the Living Room to accommodate extra guests---we had 2 couples + 1 single and were very happy. Modern, undamaged furnishings made staying there a breeze. The kitchen was great, clean, stocked with utensils and cooking necessities and very functional (although we really didn't do lots of cooking). Backyard and fire pit were nice, off of a great deck...but there was a state-wide ban on fires, so we didn't use the backyard on cool evenings. For 5+ people, very fair daily cost. Thanks!

If you're planning a Cape getaway with a large family, this home is an absolute gem! We had both homes on the property, and it worked out perfectly—one for the early risers and the other for the night owls. The homes were incredibly clean and offered plenty of outdoor space. The property is surprisingly large for the Cape, with expansive outdoor areas to enjoy, and the outdoor shower was the best I've ever experienced—spacious and very private. Both homes were fully stocked with everything we needed to cook in, which we did a few times, and everything worked flawlessly. Even though it's on a main road, the traffic noise was minimal, and we always felt peaceful. I’m very particular about where I stay, but this home checked all the boxes. I can't think of a single negative. Dom, the property manager, was fantastic—super responsive to all our questions and truly a top-notch host! I hope this property continues to be available because I will definitely be back!

My travel companions and I were so happy with and comfortable at the home. It’s a beautiful house and the property is in a great location. Very short walk to the beach and short drives to shops and restaurants. The kitchen is loaded with everything you could need. Lots of towels too which is always a plus. Although we didn’t use it, the little cottage in the back is adorable. Michaela was a friendly and responsive host. We really didn’t want to leave. This was our third trip together to the Cape and This was our absolute favorite Airbnb. If the fates bring us back to the Cape in the future we’d love to stay again.

Richard's place was clean, spacious for our needs, very well located, and had a nice little outdoor space. The rooms were fine, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Richard was very responsive. The location was great for us, right in town and a few minute walk to all the restaurants and galleries. The onsite parking was very convenient. There are two bedrooms which each sleep two people, and a pull-out bed couch in the livingroom. We were a group of four (one couple) and we used all beds, it worked well for us. We would stay at Richard's again!

Steven's place was the perfect stay for our weekend in Provincetown. Such a beautiful home with plenty of space that exceeded my expectations based on the photos. Steven was proactive and responsive in his communication and provided flexibility with check-in and check-out. And we were perfectly located within walking distance of Commercial Street. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend his place to others.

John’s condo is a great place to stay in Provincetown. On a quiet street but also a very walkable distance to all things on commercial street. The home was so clean but also comfortable, and I think the condo looks even better in person. John was super responsive to any questions/concerns and helped to make my stay fantastic. I’m definitely planning another trip back!

Chris’s place was exactly as described and depicted. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great location…..just steps to all of our favorite spots! Chris was also very responsive…. we hope to return again sometime!

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.

This place was wonderful! Great location walkable to everything with beautiful views of the water. Check in was easy and the place was sparkling clean and cozy when we arrived!
