Very quaint spot, perfect for a quiet getaway with a loved one or another couple. Far enough from town for peace and quiet yet close enough to walk just about everywhere Ptown had to offer. David was very quick to respond no matter the time and wanted the best for his guests. I would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay. Laura immediately responded to any questions and had plenty of very helpful local advice. She is by far the most attentive and thoughtful host I have dealt with. The cottage is very charming, bright, exceptionally well equipped, and perfectly situated. We were there with two energetic children and they loved the basketball hoop and free tennis courts around the corner. There were plenty of toys, games, movies and it was a quick walk to Forest beach. We had a truly perfect long family weekend. Thank you so much!

This tiny house was perfect for a couple and our two dogs! It’s a unique spot that’s tucked into a small compound in a neighborhood, so very quiet, but less than five minutes’ walk to Commercial St. We had everything we needed and check in/out was a breeze. We’re extremely grateful for Leslie’s flexibility with early check in, it truly made a difference for us. There is some minor cosmetic wear which I only mention in case that is important to you, but the space was very clean and comfortable.

Sandra‘s cottage is delightful and charming. It is a simple old cottage. There is no dishwasher or clothes, washer or dryer. The walls are thin, so there is no acoustic privacy. But, I would gladly go back. There was lots of space to spread out. There is a very nice grill and refrigerator is modern and spacious. There is a very nice TV and Wi-Fi. There are sleeper couches and a daybed in the living room. There is a delightful screened porch that looks out to the bay through the trees. It is less than a block walk down a sweet street to the bay. The walks there are terrific.

This was my second stay there and everything was fantastic. No problems getting in and everything was super cozy, and just perfect. Briana was a great host and I look forward to booking again in October. The cottage is close to just about everything that we like to do. I'm looking forward to my next visit there.

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Cottage B in late October. The cottage was clean, modern, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, etc - it had everything we needed to make the meals we had planned. It was about a 2 minute walk to the beach, easy to find the beach access stairs, and super convenient to be so close to the beach. The cottage looks exactly like the photos and description. It was very comfortable and felt spacious for the 2 of us. We would definitely stay here again next time we plan a trip to the Cape!

This charming Cape cottage is ideally located within steps of the beach (as is The Skipper Chowder House - one of our favorite restaurants)! The back yard with an AMAZING outdoor shower and sitting area (complete with fire pit) is fenced in and extremely private. And the cottage itself was very cute, clean and completely outfitted with everything we needed. We had a GREAT time and hope to return!
