Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola

An apartment that holds more than the photos promise. Dream location with direct access to the lake, so we could swim and sup. Although it is located directly on the highway, the street noise is not heard at all due to the clever construction of the house. The apartment is very spacious, cozy and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our favorite place was of course the loggia, which makes you feel right on the lake when the window is open. There is a public parking space within a few minutes' walk. Ursula provided all the important information in YouTube clips, which we found very helpful. The town of Ghiffa is tranquil and those who like action are in the middle of tourist life in 15 minutes by car. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable at the place and had a great stay. The apartment is super clean, very well equipped, modernly furnished and at the same time has a lot of charm. The contact with Jonas was impeccable and very friendly. Everything was wonderful - we definitely recommend the place and would come back.

The apartment was the perfect base for our getaway on Lago Maggiore. Once you were at the top of the apartment;-) , you could enjoy a magnificent view of the lake from the kitchen and the covered balcony. The amenities didn't miss a thing. Rarely inhabited such a clean apartment, even the bedding smelled fresh. The communication with Jasmin was very friendly, responses came quickly. Thank you, we highly recommend the apartment.

The place is small but very clean and it has everything you need. It particularly captivates with the wonderful garden and great location. You have a beautiful view over the lake and our daughter had great fun with the play equipment, which we were allowed to use at any time. Marco and his family were very friendly and incredibly hospitable. We felt completely comfortable. Thank you Marco!

Marco provided us with a place related to his descriptions, clean, well maintained, and equipped for a holiday apartment. Clear directions to access it, quiet area, easy walking distance to amenities. Price complies with what is provided. As far as we are concerned, consider a return.

Beautiful and quiet spot right next to the lake. Aurora was great to deal with - very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is beautiful. We stayed as a couple with one teenage son who slept on the fold out couch in the living room. It has a garden and parking on site. It is part of an old mansion which was largely empty when we were there, so very quiet. Beligerate is a very very quiet town with nowhere really to eat (we were there in early October) so nothing there to do or eat but it is a short drive to Stresa which is well worth a few days visit. Apartment has everything we needed and you could cook there if you wanted to as it is well stocked. We did the chestnut walk to Stressa which starts nearby and was good but a bit challenging in the wet.

Fantastic accommodation!!! The apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires. The apartment is fantastically beautiful with unobstructed views of the lake and the mountains. Walking, in a few minutes, you can reach super great restaurants and the beach. There are many ways to do something, be it the taxi boat with which you can get to any other city of the lake for a few euros or rent a boat or even a water chart. I can only recommend the apartment in the beautiful little place!!!

We had a perfect stay at the department of Aurora. She and her mother were perfect hosts and the department was wonderful, super clean and quite big with two separated rooms. The department is located in Griggs which is close to Verbania - so it has a perfect quiet location. Tips for restaurants from the mother of Aurora were perfect as well. 100% recommendable!

very pleasant stay of 5 nights at fabricationzio. The accommodation is faithful to the description, the rooms are spacious. The plus is the communal pool which is very large but remains calm and pleasant(think of the bath cups). another positive point: the communication and the many tips from Fabrizio that made our stay a real success. thanks again

House was clean, spacious and the central heating kept it warm. Extra credit for the nice view at the mountains from the balcony. In need to mention that traffic from the street was quite loud but who needs to sleep until lunch anyway =) PS: Definately check out Ristorante Del Vecchio Borgo in Vogogna for a genuine Italian dining experience.

Very quiet apartment in the mountains. From the parking lot you have to carry the luggage because access by car is not possible. But especially the little streets are wonderful. Apartment super suitable for relaxing. It also didn't bother us that there was no TV. Always happy to come back

Marco was always available and we had a very nice time in an even more beautiful area! We were very warmly welcomed by Patrizia, the angel on site, and our kids had a lot of fun with their super cute dog Lilly! The neighborhood was also open-minded and provided us with fresh fruit and vegetables. We say thank you for this lovely vacation!!!! Absolutely recommend!

We had a great stay with friends in this magnificent villa located next to the lake and with a beautiful view of the mountain. There are plenty of activities to do, good restaurants and Mrs. Kristina, a very nice personnes, advised us on restaurants and activities to do and I thank her and with the swimming pool it was incredible. Overall, I recommend this villa to family or friends.

Luisella is a very kind and flexible host, we booked the same day of arrival and she allowed us late checkout. The house was really clean, it is new, it has a beautiful window with lake view, a small garden. We had a great time, if we came back I won't hesitate to return to Luisella. I highly recommend

Not only was Nicolo's place spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and lovingly decorated, he was hands down the best Air BNB host we have encountered in over eight years of Air BNB stays across the world. He picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, drove us to the grocery store, made restaurant bookings, and provided turn-by-turn directions for a nice hike. He was incredibly helpful and kind, and went above and beyond as a host. Should we return to Orta San Giulio, this will be the place we choose to stay!

The condo is located about ten minutes drive up the mountain from Stresa. For us (family of four; kids ages: 9 and 13), this was the perfect distance. It is more peaceful in Levo and cooler because of the added elevation. The space itself was very practical, comfortable and convenient. The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular. Michela is a terrific host! She was very easy to communicate with (we speak English) and really helpful and accomodating. She also gave really good restaurant recommendations.

We were Omega for work, the accommodation was great and the experience was positive. Close to downtown with a nice walk along the lake. Quiet area

The three of us had four beautiful days in the apartment and on Lake Maggiore and good luck with the weather. The kitchen is small but equipped with the most necessary, the supermarket is about a 15-minute walk away, and you can walk to the lake in just a few minutes. Only the low, futon-like bed in the bedroom has somewhat affected our holiday feeling. We're probably just too old for that now.

The apartment was perfect for us and we loved the private rooftop terrace! Pool was nice and warm for our 1 year old to swim in it. Thank you Francesca for a great stay!

I booked in the afternoon of the day we wanted to visit and Francesca responded soon after and was organised to take us in. The place was well located in the Centovalley, walking distance to a grocery store and restaurant. Just note - there is no wifi which I didn't read as I booked in a rush.
