Great place to stay in Como!!! The views are amazing and we loved using the hot tub. Andrea was always responsive and helpful. Just a short drive down to the restaurants and ferry dock in Varenna.

Really wonderful location located directly on the slopes in a perfect location for hiking the surrounding valley. The cabin is truly magical, characterized by its beauty, equipped with everything you need. We were really impressed by the absolute peace and tranquility that surrounded us. Elisa was very kind and helpful, ready to meet every need of guests.

The visit was extraordinary. The location of the house is the perfect environment for a family vacation. I recommend coming in the summer that there are not many people on the ski resorts and then the trip is also very relaxing and easy. The nearest city is walking distance and there is everything you need to disconnect from the world for a week..

Large apartment complete with everything . Very clean, great. Great location for summer walks. The only note is the third room that, as also highlighted by other guests, is actually made from a slant on the upper floor and closed only by a tent . In addition, the house is not single but belongs to a building of 4 apartments . Everything else is high . Full kitchen with everything with complete equipment with appliances . The two parking spaces are also very comfortable . Hoat was very responsive and present in her communications

alessandros rustico is a beautiful place. very spacious , super comfortable. it has a amazing view and is very quite. there are plenty of nice walks to do. the farmers futher up in the mountains make very good cheese. it is only about 7 min walk to the car. but for the dirt road you need a good car with enough space under the body. we love to come back

Home is home, but sometimes home is somewhere else. It really did feel like a home. The house and the open yard were amazing. There are three grilling spots and all perfectly functioning. The room has a fireplace that makes it very cozy at night, to just chill looking at the fire. Kitchen is great and everything you need is at a finger tip. Bathroom is small but very well designed so it’s perfect. And there is something that you cannot pay for: the view! Definitely a place I’ll go back, next time for more than 3 days! Simone is always responsive even to my stupid and spastic questions, even late at night. If I could rate 10 stars, I’d do it!

Nice cozy cabin with incredible nature all around! Used this cabin for a climbing trip with 3 friends and everything was perfect! The host was super helpful. Would recommend!

Beautiful location, typical mountain cabin nestled in the woods. Great place to get away from the usual routine. Nearby there are beautiful places to go on excursions even for those who do not regularly practice tracking. The host is very helpful and welcoming.

The cottage was decorated with a lot of love and prepared for the guests. The tranquility and the view is unique. Everything was super clean and the amenities left nothing to be desired. Everything has been thought of! Arriving and feeling comfortable 😊 Fabio welcomed us very warmly and the communication was also smooth. We were very comfortable from the first minute, also our dog was welcome. We liked it so much that we left the house and garden only for hikes. If you are looking for peace and nature in connection with a very cozy cottage, this is the place. We will be happy to come back!

I visited Val di Mello with a group of friends for Bouldering. The Hut is located directly in the Val di Mello so you can easily walk to the rocks. The host is really friendly and responsive. She even provided us with access permits to reach the hut through the paid road for free! There's plenty of parking space available and the view is just amazing. Thanks a lot for having us, we will be back for sure :-)

Giordano was a very friendly host and helped us get to the cabin, as our SUV unfortunately had problems on arrival. He welcomed us in a family and we felt right at home. Due to the secluded location, it is the perfect place to escape all the stress and easy to switch off. The hiking and biking region is breathtakingly beautiful! Glad to come back.

We had a quiet week with the possibility of attending the Valmalenco mountain unknown to us. Antonio's house is located in a quiet and friendly district. It has everything you need x a great stay.

We were extremely lucky to stay with Angela at the magnificent Chalet of her family! Angela proactively contacted us about all the technical details related to our visit (e.g. the road pass needed). She also wrote us the day before, accommodating our arrival time. When we arrived, we were welcomed by a beautiful, very clean, and cozy home that is taken care of exceptionally well. We appreciated a well-equipped kitchen with everything one might need, a wide and comfortable bed, a spotless clean bathroom, and, of course, the magnificent view of the valley from the balcony and an overwhelming sense of peace and tranquility. A very practical grill is worth a separate mention - we grilled something every day of our stay. Angela's place was perfect for our mountain getaway where both of us wanted to disconnect from the day-to-day reality. Our best recommendations for everyone contemplating a stay with Angela!

The place was totally beautiful, even though the way there (steep, curvy) was a bit challenging, especially since the road was slippery due to damp foliage. In winter I would recommend snow chains. The house itself is small, but sufficient and cozy for five people. It is also beautifully located in a single location. Surroundings are great for hiking. You can get to the Stilfser Joch relatively quickly and can hike there at 3000m or at Ospizio Berina, which is totally picturesque. Martino is very nice and accommodating. Arrival was more straightforward than expected (you meet with him in the village) and he was also flexible about the arrival time. So we didn't complain about anything and enjoyed the time very much.

The house is small but super nice and functional. The location is great, you can get to the center of Bormio and the slopes in a few minutes. Sabrina was super nice and helpful. Highly recommended

Recently renovated chalet, absolutely comfortable, spacious, clean and well-kept. The structure consists of several separate spaces: the large living room-kitchen, also with a comfortable sofa, and the bedroom, very typical and cozy. From it you can access the bathroom, with new and quality sanitary ware. The 2 spaces are located on the ground floor and the 1st floor of the building, respectively, connected by an external but wide staircase, not steep and easily accessible. The place is magnificent, overlooking the valley and the Fusino Dam. Great if you want to visit the Grosina Valley, with its many points of interest, but it should be taken into account that Fusino only has a small bar, also with catering service, and to go to Grosio you have to walk a road that is not the easiest, for about 15/20 minutes by car. We had a great time but the guest must keep in mind that the hot water is only made by lighting the fire and the gas fridge, which is not too spacious, is located in a separate room

Everything was perfect, the house is very large and very clean and cozy, in a fantastic location with views of the valley and a large garden, it was easy to find thanks to the very precise directions that were provided to us. Ideal for a relaxing weekend in the mountains. A few minutes from the center of Bormio and beautiful trails. Cati is always available, friendly and kind. Definitely recommended.
