Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Pistoia

We had a beautiful couples of days away, very peaceful and amazing views, the pool was lovely which our son absolutely loved. Marco was an amazing host and so very helpful and caring. Thank you Marco 😊

We had a wonderful time staying at Carolina's house. The views from the backyard overlooking the valley and surrounding hills was breathtaking. With a really fast WiFi, it is possible to get some work done too ... but why would you want to work, sitting in a place like this :)

Staying with Giulio was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Every attention to detail and the highest standards were apparent throughout the apartment. Giulio was very present and responsive with help, suggestions and offered transportation as I did not have a car. The area is beautiful and Giulio’s mother was extremely helpful and kind when I enquired about property. A very special place with the beauty of the area and its people. Many thanks Giulio!

Met Tessa and her mom Tizian on arrival. Only thing we missed was a full stove with oven. Just a 2 burner induction top with a microwave. Place was wonderful. Nona Tzian was a fantastic host, exceptionally friendly and always checking when we saw her outside if everything was ok. Gave us locations for restaurants, took us to the train station and told us what to see in Florence, and then picked us up. The setting of the Airbnb was beautiful with olive trees surrounding the property. Tizian gave a cooking class to us which was fantastic, and while eating our made dinner, we exchanged all kinds of information of her live and of ours. Our unit was one level which was great. We would strongly suggest staying here, as it was so tranquil, relaxing and peaceful.

The house is so nice, clean and cozy. Daniele gives us many helpful tips and place to go, very nice and proactive host.We enjoy our stay very much thanks to Daniele. The place is peaceful and easy to go anywhere, Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Cinque terra. Such a lovely house , highly recommend for family trip👍🏼

We had a fantastic stay at the farmhouse which exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for our stay with two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent and was most welcome during our stay in August. The pool is just amazing and it's close location to the house was ideal. Clotilde was very welcoming, very responsive and helpful. Clotilde offered us an opportunity to visit the vineyard and wine cellars and we were able to sample the wine produced there - this was a fantastic opportunity! There is a bank, bread shop and restaurant within a 10 minute walk and the supermarket is only 10 minutes drive away. We were only 20 minutes drive from Lucca and took the opportunity to catch a train to Pisa which worked well. I would fully recommend visiting and I hope we will be back again soon,

We stayed here 3 families (6 adults and 4 children between 2 and 5 years old). we already stayed here last year and like last year, everything was great. In addition, the second bathroom was renovated this year, so both were new and modern. the host was very accommodating when booking the stay. in addition, he provided us with a third crib, on the day of arrival he allowed us an early check-in and on the day of departure allowed us a later departure, which was very appreciated by small children. every day was cleaned the pool, which we ended up using only at the beginning of the stay due to the weather. with small children we appreciated the large fenced garden.

Felt right at home. Chiara and her family were very helpful and considerate for us being available at midnight for a smooth checkin. Though it is little far from the station but the stay was definitely worth it. 100% recommended!!

The location of the apartment is great. The garden is fantastic and there are comfortable loungers in different places on the premises. However, you have to know that this is a kind of basement apartment - but you can actually see that in the photos. Had both apartments rented from Elena as a grandparent was there and were super satisfied, as both apartments are very close to each other.

At Daniele and Chiara's we are not only hosted, we are very well hosted! The apartment is full of small touches (refreshments in the fridge on arrival, coffee, electrical adapters and more!), everything has been thought out to make our stay as pleasant as possible! After several Airbnb rentals over the past 12 months, Daniele and Chiara are by far the best hosts we have had. With its terrace and mezzanine, the apartment is wonderful. Impeccable, well-equipped, walking distance to the train station, good restaurants and other amenities. Pistoia is a place to discover and where it's nice to come back after spending the day in the crowd in Pisa or Florence, Our hosts and their beautiful city are in our best memories of our trip to Italy!

Two adults one three year old and one 16 months. We had a good time. Big lawn for the kids, walking distance discount supermarket, 5 minutes driving distance to pastry shops, bread shop and bigger supermarkets, 20 minutes to Prato and big malls. Clean quiet neighborhood, nice people. Clean apartment, big closets, proper kitchen, personally I like better the dish washer than my own. Everything is new. We enjoy the local cuisine/food a lot, do go to try calzone at Pizzeria Gina, the pastry and bread of L' Angolo Del Pane...

Estadia was excellent! Carlo and his family were very sympathetic and requested. We will definitely stay in your residence again! I recommend it to everyone!

Our stay at Andrea’s place was lovely, the apartment itself is very cosy and she is a wonderful host. The surrounding area is beautiful and has everything you need. It takes a while to get into the centre of Florence but there is good public transport that is easy to navigate and services run regularly.

Beautiful spot and setting. Property is very well taken care of. We loved the apartment and the property. I'd say the only negative is the parking. It's an extremely tight turn and narrow passage down to the parking area. And when another guest parked in our designated parking space before we got there, it was quasi impossible to park into the free space. That said, this is to be expected when travelling to small beautiful communities in rural Italy. I would still highly recommend this property, but come with a small car :-)

Really spacious, clean and well organized apartment. There is everything you need to cook (gas, microwave, kettle, dishes). In the bathroom there are sets of towels, shower cap, hairdryer. Free parking a few meters away. Ease of communication with the owner. Very good price. I recommend it.

Our stay with Anna-Maria and her family was great! The whole family is warm and friendly – we felt welcome from the first minute. We also especially loved her sweet dog. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, super clean and you have everything you need. Everything you need is there, and you feel right at home. The location is ideal – you are quickly in the next largest city, but also just as quickly in the mountains. The surroundings are fantastic and perfect for walks right behind the house. An absolute highlight was the hot tub – perfect to relax after a day in nature. In addition, Anna-Maria gave us a few nice tips for excursions in the area, which were very helpful. We can only warmly recommend staying with Anna-Maria and her family and will be happy to come back!

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment with a group of friends and we were extremely satisfied with our choice! The location is really perfect, just a short walk from the center of Montecatini, which has made our explorations of the city comfortable. The apartment is spacious, well organized and equipped with every comfort, clean and cozy just as described in the previous reviews. Oksana was an exceptional host, always available and attentive to respond promptly to our questions. The atmosphere was quiet, perfect for relaxing, but at the same time convenient to visit the main attractions of Tuscany, easily accessible by train. We felt right at home, thanks to modern amenities and detailed check-in instructions. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to spend time in a pleasant environment and in a convenient location. We'll definitely be back!

Cozy and helpful host

Everything was perfect, impeccable villa, ideal for families with children and set up with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay. Gaia was very helpful, friendly and kind. 100% recommended.

Very clean, very well-equipped and very comfortable apartment! Federico is an excellent and very welcoming host. The place is beautiful in the Tuscan olive groves. Very enjoyable experience.

The place is really a dream! We had a lovely, relaxing time with Deborah. The pool and location are great and Deborah gives great recommendations, is totally warm and you feel right at home. And we liked it so much that we want to come back!

I felt so at home in Barbara's cozy apartment. The kitchen was well-supplied, with everything I needed to prepare meals. She also had eggs, yogurts, water, coffee, cream, and more food to start my mornings. Barbara recommended some of the best local restaurants. I came to Italy to write. Her office was a writer's dream, adorned with motivational quotes and bathed in natural light with a breathtaking view of the mountains. However, the biggest unexpected bonus was Barbara's mom. She warmly greeted me at the train station, effortlessly helping me with my luggage to the third floor. Once inside, she graciously walked me through everything I needed to know during my stay. A few days later, she returned to show me how to operate the washing machine. Then, on my last day, she kindly returned to take me to the airport, my luggage. All made my departure seamless and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Barbara's home without hesitation to anyone seeking a warm and welcoming retreat.
