Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Province of Parma

The apartment and the village are out of time and superb. Furniture, bed, cooking utensils are of high quality. The bathroom is splendid. Aldo is very kind and helped us to get to know his area better and what we could do there. We had a great time at Aldo's and will be happy to go back.

Giacomo and Sara's apartment is very comfortable, close to the center but not in the middle of the confusion, recommended for exploring Pontremoli and in good weather the terrace overlooking the village is fantastic!

Lú's place is exactly as described in the listing. It is very well equipped for a short stay. It's around 25 mins by walk from the train station so be prepared if you're carrying your luggage and plan to walk but it's just a short 5 min ride away in a cab. Fabio is always responsive and very helpful in case you need any local recommendations. There is a very nice family run traditional pizzeria just below the apartment along with good supermarkets close by, so you don't have to look around too much after your day exploring the quaint city of Parma. I recommend Lú and Fabio's place without hesitation.

The apartment is in excellent condition, the location is very convenient, close to the station and the center. If I had to go back to Parma, I would definitely go back!

Flavia is incredibly friendly, helps with every question and for me it was important that I could work in peace and also have some fun. If you like peace and space then this is an amazing place! My route planner was able to find the street but not the house because it's in the middle of the land on a hill, so off the road. That was first search, but then easy to find. The area is wonderful and good restaurants where you can find it for lunch: Menu Lavoro (3 courses) 12€,- up to €15,-

Fantastic location just a few feet from the cathedral. The apartment was great (the bed's comfy too - always a bonus). Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Emanuele’s place during Pontremoli’s medieval festival. It’s a perfect location, quiet but close to the center. Everything you need in a very large kitchen, sitting room and bedroom. It’s on the second floor of an historic building. Emanuele is very nice and responsive. I would stay there again.

Our stay at Riccardo’s place was overall very pleasant! He and his mom are very friendly and helpful. We were able to park at the apartment with no problem. The place was spacious for 2 and very clean. We also loved that there was a washing machine. We also loved the spacious balcony. The only thing is that there is no wifi but Riccardo offered a pocket wifi but we didn’t need it anyway because we were just exploring Parma and relaxing at home. Will definitely book this place again if we come back to Parma :)

House surrounded by greenery, spacious and very clean as well as being a real jewel immersed in the reggian hills. Enrico was a great host, always helpful and very kind. The house is in a very quiet area in the countryside, very spacious and perfectly matches the photos and description, great value for money and an unforgettable stay! As soon as we have the chance, we'll definitely be back!

Very nice place, on a huge private, fenced property. Surrounded by olive trees and a really enchanted property, this invites you to have breakfast, sunbathe or dinner. Without disturbing views, sauna is made possible here with adjoining wood-fired jacuzzi. A dream! The massively surrounding winemakers provide the right wine. Wine tasting is also available everywhere here. The owner is very accommodating and respects privacy. Your residential building is located on this property, but not in the view of the Guesthouse. Shopping facilities such as a supermarket, specialty shops, bakeries, etc. are about 30 minutes walking distance. All in all, a perfect place to relax and enjoy. We will be back! Thanks for the great getaway!

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

It was all as described in the listing, we were only one night as we were invited to a party in the area. The only disturbing thing was the dogs in the area, but this barking doesn't always have to be, otherwise everything was perfect, so highly recommended also in terms of price, performance. We stayed for 3 nights, my partner, my newborn daughter and I. The home is very quiet, clean and equipped with everything. Stefania is very friendly and very proactive in responding to our requests. Upon our arrival she made us find homemade sweets and jams and every possible delicacy for breakfast. The kitchen is very well equipped like everything else in the house. A nice variety of books are available for guests. We also took advantage of the fireplace. Unfortunately, there is not much nearby, given the period, but we will definitely come back in the spring with the possibility of also taking some walks. It was really a relaxing vacation!

It was easy to talk to Cecilia and get to her house of poetry in Salsomaggiore Terme. A very large, bright, well-structured and comfortable environment; just right for a weekend of tranquility away from the chaos of a city like Milan. There's no wi-fi, but on the other hand there are lots of books to read. The house is also equipped with a parking space for the car and is very close to the city center, so you can easily get around on foot. It was a nice weekend and I highly recommend this apartment. Cecilia turned out to be a great host.

The apartment has an atmosphere of times gone by, which hovers lightly and quietly in the large spaces available. The feeling of staying in those rooms is really special, so similar to a place that seems to take you back in time. Returning to those warm and welcoming environments was really pleasant during our short winter stay. Its location, in the perfect historic center, is not at the expense of absolute peace and tranquility, but also guarantees the possibility to comfortably enjoy the many pleasant aspects that Pontremoli offers its visitors. The restaurants, inns, bars and shops present, in large numbers I would say, compared to a town that has less than seven thousand inhabitants, almost always mix the modern with a veil of antiquity. Perhaps the bathroom could be a little more modernized and the kitchen equipped with a few more accessories. But these are details that do not change our opinion, which is absolutely positive. Fully recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Antonio’s. The scenery and comfort was amazing. Our 3 year old boy fully enjoyed the garden area, we sat there for hours drinking wine while he was having fun running around. It was so quiet and relaxing which was what we really wanted for our short break. Thank you.
