La Casetta Aia Le Monache - garden, swimming pool

Great stay in a beautiful cottage, in the midst of a olive courtyard. The cottage is authentic, but large enough for a 4-person family. Swimmingpool is well maintained.

Relax and nature close to the sea

AndrewRating, 5 stars4 months ago
We originally booked Stefano's Villa in 2020 but due to Covid we were not able to visit but finally got there this August (2024). It was so worth the wait, we were a family of 8 - 5 adults, 2 children and a baby - and it worked fantastically well. The pool was amazing and the layout of the house was perfect. Stefano was a great host, always responsive with my hundreds of questions, he helped arrange airport transfers and local car hire as well as assisting with enquiries about where to eat and shop. As other have said in reviews, the photos don't really do the villa justice, it really is wonderful. The local amenities such as shops were spot on for our needs and local towns like Fondi were only 15 minutes away in a car. If you are visiting Rome then that is only 75 minutes on a train costing less than 10 euros return, it's also about 2 hours drive to Pompeii which we also managed. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending or returning ourselves in the future, we loved it!

Pool&Vineyards south of Rome

We liked the house a lot: the interior is nice, it fits a group of 10, and the kitchen is well equipped. We were lucky to have beautiful weather at the end of October so we had lunch at the large table outside, enjoyed the swimming pool and sat by the fire place in the evening. The communication in the beginning was slow but when our stay was coming closer everything was ok. Marie Liesse provided a baby bed and was flexible about the time of arrival and check out.

Fantastic stay in Abruzzo Park! The hosts went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and enjoyable, and the food was truly exceptional. It was a perfect escape for peace and relaxation, surrounded by wildlife and scenic trails. The dorms were exceptionally comfortable, and the whole house had a cozy, welcoming vibe and had puppies, so cute!! . Highly recommended!

We went to celebrate the New Year together with 2 other couples of friends and we were very satisfied with the stay in this very beautiful farm, surrounded by greenery. The farm is very well cared for, extremely cozy. Host Agnese is very kind and has provided us with all the necessary directions. Recommended!

Farmhouse with stone pool surrounded by greenery

Pasquale and Anna (the hosts parents) met us and helped get us settled. They have a beautiful country home that was well stocked with essentials. You are very secluded and right in the mountains. The walk up to the pool is a very steep incline (hard with our 2 young kids) but you are rewarded with a magnificent pool. They also provided us with a cowbell used to ward off wild animals, as there are local dogs and wild boars in the area. We didn’t encounter any during our trip. Thank you for a great stay!

A serene place

RoseRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Beautiful place and kind, generous hosts. We loved our stay here with our 9 month old baby (it is well set up for family travel). Lots of spectacular walks, even from the house and to say hello to the chickens. Domenico and Annamaria are exceptional hosts, they make you feel very welcome with many kind gestures and perfect recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Their place is a home away from home and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Holiday home with a view of the vineyard

PeterRating, 5 stars3 months ago
What to say to summarise an incredible stay... The property itself is beautiful, run by a passionate group of people, with incredible produce grown on site or by their neighbours. We had expected to go to visit local restaurants but instead spent both nights in the winery sampling the home cooked food and incredible wine. Despite being 40 minutes to an hour from central Rome the property was incredibly peaceful and quiet, with views overlooking the vineyard. Waking up to see the clouds moving across the mountains and Rome in the distance was lovely, with ample outdoor room to sit and relax in. Maria could not have made us feel more welcome, going out of her way to help us sample the very best authentic Italian food and wine, align with suggestions for our ongoing trip. 1000 words isn't enough, I cannot recommend this enough. Also Cleo is an absolute star 🥰

Air-conditioned house with pool in the vines

FelixRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We had a great vacation at Stephane's beautiful estate. The location and views are stunning, we had an enormous amount of space (family with three children) in the large house, on the various terraces, the huge garden and of course the infinity pool😊! All the time we were completely together. Nevertheless, Stephane was always prompt to reach by mobile phone and on hand! The welcome by Stephane was very warm, detailed and informative. The area is well suited for hiking and unwinding, but tourist attractions such as Rome or Pompeii are also easily accessible. We expected that you also encountered ants, wasps or mosquitoes in the vineyards in or around a standing house in the vineyards and was never a problem. We felt very comfortable at this property and hopefully come back soon!

Casa di Luce - Relax in the countryside

UmbertoRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Dimora. Fresh and cozy house, comfortable and complete with the indicated amenities. View from the terrace, where we had dinner and had breakfast, fantastic. The host's people. Kind and thoughtful that the stay was perfect. Before leaving Marialuce's father, Giovanni, gave us the products from his garden, which were very appreciated. Excellent people, whom we thank. Places to visit nearby. The Monastery of San Benedetto, nestled in the rock. The San Benedetto pond, ideal for a relaxing walk. Ponte di San Francesco sul Aniene. We stayed too little, just two days, we'll be back.
