House vacation rentals in Province of Fermo

We have been to this beautiful place for the 3rd time, and will come back here again and again as the air, atmosphere and the Casali are very lovingly and constantly maintained. Olive trees, vines all around with 2 well-kept pools, we didn't even drive to the sea so nice is it just relax there and indeed it is a wonderful silence. The dirt road to the houses is a small challenge with lowered cars in the first 3tel (community road), once they have driven the way, they quickly get the hang of which is the ideal line. Great accomodation with lots of space, stunning view to the ocean, nice pool area and a lovely garden with lots of fruits to enjoy. Francesco was a very friendly host.

We are a group of friends who chose Irene's farmhouse to celebrate an important event. The house is very well-kept, well-maintained and clean, there is no shortage of play and leisure equipment, billiards, ping pong, basketball, etc. The garden and surrounding countryside are wonderful, the pool is cleaned every day and is quite large. I recommend this farmhouse to spend days immersed in nature and relaxation.

Charming setting for anyone who wants spend a full vacation relaxation in the peace of nature. The apartment is comfortable with mosquito nets, fireplace and well-stocked kitchen of utensils. All surrounded by a large garden fenced in with oleanders and rosemary, barbecues and sun loungers in all privacy. The farmhouse has parking, a solarium area, a beautiful pool with reserved umbrellas, small fitness area and play area. The farmhouse is just a few miles from the town tourist and places of interest. We were greeted by Mrs. Cristina with courtesy and kindness and he gave us recommendations about restaurants and places to visit. It was a nice vacation I would have gladly extended!

The first thing I would like to emphasize is that Giorgio is the ideal host: I would like all hosts to be like him, accurate, kind, available at all times. The villa she made available to us was as if no one had ever set foot on us; nice construction, well furnished in every detail, equipped with every possible accessory, including an air fryer!! State-of-the-art air conditioning system and a nice very clean pool and kept almost maniacally. We had not had any problems on dates, I would have requested availability for the entire month. My family, including the 3-year-old grandchild, was also very satisfied with the vacation. We all want to thank Giorgio for having us spend a holiday in August with absolute satisfaction.

We were with 2 families in the house. It is noticed that the house is also used by itself. However, this should not be a negative feature, on the contrary. The house was very homely, especially the great kitchen with more than good amenities. The rooms were good. Insect screens are available everywhere. Plenty of outdoor seating everywhere. The pool was magnificent. Absolute privacy. The only drawback: nothing was within walking distance. A car is required But didn't bother us any further. Clear recommendation.

The house is very nice and has plenty of space for a large group. It was very clean through the house. Gregorio was always very eager and gave us good tips for the area! We had a great time and felt very comfortable!

The thing we appreciated most, in addition to the courtesy, cleanliness and great availability, were the calm and tranquility of the area, the large green spaces where our children were able to play and the great friendliness of the neighbors, always available but never intrusive.

On a visit to the famous Carnival of Offida, we had a great time at this house not too close to the historic center. Great structure, new and super clean. The host Luca is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back, to taste the excellent wines of the only regional wine bar in the Marche region and the many Offidane wineries.

I really can’t recommend it enough – we had an amazing time in an amazing location. The flat is big, lovely and has everything you need (incl. dishwasher and washing machine) as well as a huge terrace with absolutely stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and the town of Sarnarno. Simply a breathtaking sight to wake up to every morning. Pool is great – although shared, there are only two properties on the site, so it’s not shared by many, and is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Fabio and Lucia (and the family) were wonderful – there for absolutely anything you need, but not in an obtrusive way: you’re left to enjoy your holiday. Sarnarno itself (15-20 minute walk away; 2 minutes by car) is lovely and has everything you need: supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants. I miss it as I write this review… There are also multiple other stunning places to visit in the area, all within an hour’s drive (or much less). It was everything I hoped it would be - and much more.

Our experience at "Sotto i Pini" was positive. Lovely place, quiet and full of charm. The place is well-kept, there's nothing missing, so we just have to worry about food. It is the right solution for those who want to combine sea and countryside, to also find moments of relaxation. Unique small note, since it was a hot summer, in the bedroom you can suffer a little, depending on the habits of each of us. Anyway, to try, also because Daniela is a perfect host and Roland is an efficient right arm.

great place in a quiet location with wonderful terrace. Beautiful sunsets were guaranteed daily. The place was as described. Very clean and kofortabel. Each bedroom had air conditioning. Thank you for the great time!

My family and I spent two weeks in Donatella 's house and we had a wonderful time. The location is very quiet and peaceful with nice views. It was a good starting point for visiting interesting places , like macerata , sarnano, lago de fiastra and several beaches. We enjoyed the house and le Marche!

A unique, beautiful, traditional house with lots of charm and history located in a village on a hill. We were a family of six and loved everything about this place. The host was very responsive and helpful, communication was easy, we felt like we didn’t have enough time to explore the area and the region and would love to come back and stay in this wonderful house. Much recommended to other Airbnb guests!

Availability and friendliness are the watchwords of the owners! Comfortable, spacious, modern, clean and equipped with everything you need to spend a carefree vacation! The well-kept patio exterior and garden are the added value for complete relaxation. Great for a reunion with family or friends thanks to the large living room with fireplace. Highly recommended!

excellent hospitality from Michela and co-host Gianni who helped us take conscious possession of the house and useful outdoor spaces. various and numerous equipment of bathroom and cooking materials for consumption great operation of gas, electricity, H2O heating view of the Sibillini, Mount Piselli and Gran Sasso very quiet area with excellent air and base for excursions M.te Sibilla, Lake Pilate, gorges of the infernaccio, hermitage of San Leonardo, and visit to the Santuario Madonna dell 'Ambro, etc. possibility of using a pool for adults and children about 700 ml. from the house (for a fee today 8 euros today) overall a great life experience in a very well kept home and enjoyable. What a wonderful place..! The house has all the comforts and the view is great. But also the area is fantastic. Hiking in the mountains, swimming in the sea, tasting wine in the wine region, strolling through beautiful villages, towns and cities... It's all possible. As far as we are concerned 6 out of 5 stars if possible.

The farmhouse is perfect for a relaxing holiday being immersed in the beautiful Marche hills. The sea is easily reachable by car and is close to the village of Offida which offers many activities, especially for festival lovers. We also had a great time thanks to the tips of Nazzareno and Lucia who were very kind hosts and always available! Value added the company of the Fufi kit:)

Giovanna and her daughter were two courteous, attentive and helpful hosts. The house has much more than you need to relax, unwind and have fun. The bed is very comfortable and new! The only factor that may not be clear from the listing is the layout of the house: to access all the bedrooms and the terrace, you have to take the stairs. In any case, the accommodation is highly recommended, even for couples of friends looking to spend a few days together in joy!

A beautiful villa with fabulous views and spectacular sunsets. Everything had been well thought out and the villa was really well equipped, comfortable and homely. Daniela was a great host and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The area was quiet and tranquil and also within easy reach of areas of interest. We went climbing and hiking in the spectacular natural park, drank coffee in the pretty square of San Ginesio, visited unique small Italian villages and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pizza oven and the bbq were brilliant and we loved the outdoor kitchen. We had a great family holiday and would thoroughly recomemend a stay at this villa.
