Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of Fermo

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this house in Italy. Upon arrival, we had the nice surprise of receiving a welcome basket filled with delicacies prepared by our hosts, including a freshly made cake, simply delicious! A delicate attention that set the perfect tone for our stay. The house is superb, perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts for a worry-free stay. The setting is exceptional. From the terrace, we were able to enjoy a breathtaking view of the Italian countryside, ideal for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The serenity of the place allowed us to completely disconnect and savor every moment. Our hosts have been very available, always ready to answer any questions or resolve any concerns. We leave with our hearts filled with wonderful memories and with a certain desire to return. Thanks for the exceptional hospitality

We have been to this beautiful place for the 3rd time, and will come back here again and again as the air, atmosphere and the Casali are very lovingly and constantly maintained. Olive trees, vines all around with 2 well-kept pools, we didn't even drive to the sea so nice is it just relax there and indeed it is a wonderful silence. The dirt road to the houses is a small challenge with lowered cars in the first 3tel (community road), once they have driven the way, they quickly get the hang of which is the ideal line. A cute little cottage, very well equipped with a terrace with exceptional views. The pool is clean and accessible. Daniele and his wife are lovely and available people. We highly recommend and also recommend the restaurant (simple and delicious cuisine with great value for money).

Unforgettable experience in a dream farmhouse We spent a night in this farmhouse with my friends and I can say that it was a very special experience. The property is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and perfectly cared for in every detail. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, ideal for those looking for a break from the daily routine. Upon our arrival, we were greeted impeccably: the fireplace was already on, which made the entrance even warmer and more welcoming. We immediately felt a feeling of "home" and the courtesy of the owners helped make the stay even more enjoyable. Every room of the farmhouse, from the rooms to the living area, is perfect to spend moments of conviviality and relaxation. The location is ideal for those who love tranquility, but also for those looking for a starting point to explore the surroundings. We'll definitely be back soon to relive this magic. Beautiful house set up with a lot of care, from the living room with a well-equipped kitchen, to the terrace overlooking the pool with the wonderful view. Thanks to Maria and Gianfilippo, very discreet and available if needed.

We had a fantastic week at Vincenzina and Angelo's place. The apartment and pool were pristine and the kids absolutely loved the pool. They created a really open and lovely atmosphere amongst the guests, many of whom return again and again. The real highlight was the evening meal they prepared for the guests, with beautiful homemade food and wine. Their incredibly talented son Piero played for us and several musicians amongst the guests joined in, including our 11 yr old son! A very memorable evening! The area stood out for the old cities on the hilltops. Fermo was particularly beautiful as was Montalto. Grottemarre beach was great for the kids and the old town there was spectacular too. We also visited the natural thermal baths nearby too. Mama Rosa just a 5 min drive away was one of the best meals we had in Italy. One day we would hope to return. Thank you Vincenzina, Angelo and Piero for such a memorable stay.

great place in a quiet location with wonderful terrace. Beautiful sunsets were guaranteed daily. The place was as described. Very clean and kofortabel. Each bedroom had air conditioning. Thank you for the great time!

A beautiful house in stunning rural surroundings. This is the perfect house for those who want peace and quiet. Host Giampiero is an incredibly sociable guy who wants to provide the best experience when staying in his house. He responds quickly and fixes what's needed. The only thing I have to postpone on my stay was that it wasn't clear from the listing that there was an external annex with 2 beds. This annex should be upgraded due to a fairly extensive moisture issue. In addition, unfortunately, 8 persons received ear infection during the first week due to poor water quality in the pool. Overall, though, it was an amazing stay where Gianpiero really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

What else can I say if not: Exceptional! If you plan to relax after a day of sightseeing or hiking: a terrace aperitif facing the Sibyllins Mountains: it is possible by tasting a wine from the Ciu Ciu estate! If you prefer to rest by the pool: it's possible! (With always the same view ...) In the midst of a hamlet of a dozen houses, Sonia (the daughter) and Dario (the Dad) entrusts you with their Casa di Sonia. Great, thoughtful, comfortable with all the necessary equipment (up to the outdoor foosball table!) The welcome was warm and generous ( the fridge was adorned with multiple tasteful touches...) A small town (Comunanza) is 10 minutes by car where you can find everything: butcher shops, charcuteries, bakeries (4!), supermarket, caterer (pasta) etc ... Lots of charming hilltop villages (Smerillo, Sarnano, ...). A large city nearby (30 min): Ascoli Piceno, worth spending the day. The Adriatic Sea is less than an hour away: Grottammare, with its historic center overlooking the beaches. Ah yes, it is in the middle of the mountain, so the car is essential and the travel times to be increased a little. Thanks again to our hosts. Véronique, Quentin and Emmanuel

We were a group of 8 and we very much enjoyed our stay! The grounds are beautiful. Carlo was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive when a question or issue arose.

The accommodation is perfect for holidays with friends. The property is very large, offers plenty of space, and the many outdoor furniture offers plenty of opportunities to spend time outside grilling, eating, sunbathing, etc. The pool is also larger than it looks in the photos. The equipment of the house is very good. Due to the secluded location, a car is very important for the stay. Supermarkets or beaches are not accessible without a car. The house is also hard to find at first. Since the property is also used as a venue, there may be other people on site. Apart from that, apart from that, the location offers very great privacy and a beautiful quiet ambience at the vineyards, as there are no neighbors in the close proximity to Simone in the annex.

The house is very charming and the secluded location offers plenty of privacy and space for our loudly playing children. The number of loungers and seating outside is great. The saltwater pool is super nice and pleasant . It is not enough for proper swimming, rather splashing and refreshing. The house is special, the decor is functional. For very small children with the gallery in the children's room and the steps difficult. Our youngest is 4, that wasn't a problem. The terrace is great for sitting together! Great view! The road is clearly audible, which should not bother you. There is very little room for improvement...with the kitchen equipment. (Sharp knife/number of cutting boards,..) And a few more mosquito nets. Unfortunately, a few windows do not have a terrace door and bathrooms. We were far too short to explore the surrounding area. You can certainly spend a week busy with beach excursions, looking at castles, towns, Fernando knows and has lots of tips!
