The home we stayed in for 14 nights occupies the entire ground floor of anancient historic home. The apartment is very spacious, has numerous bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen so it is also suitable for large families and groups with children like us. The decor is antique style and, although in some cases it is not too functional, it undoubtedly helps to give the house an atmosphere of other times. The building is immersed within a large garden that help make the apartment cool even in summer and where you can park numerous cars. Guests have outdoor furniture and lights to eat or spend time outdoors even at night. The garden borders the railway, so it is not recommended for those with a light sleeper. The property is located near the waterfront of Grottammare, with free beaches and establishments and a beautiful sea.

My family and I stayed in Bruno's house for 12 days, and it was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever booked on Airbnb. Bruno is a very kind host, he welcomed us as soon as we arrived in Grottammare, making us find the house immediately ready. During the stay, she gave us helpful tips on where to eat and what to see. The apartment is very nice and 10 steps from the sea. On the waterfront there are many establishments and there is plenty of choice on where to take umbrellas with sun loungers but there is also a lot of free beach. The house is ideal for those with children because it is spacious and has all the necessary comforts to have a great vacation. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious and the bathroom has a nice shower. The kitchen and living room are spacious and the patio is perfect for hanging. In conclusion, the house and Bruno are 10.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 days, very clean accommodation, beautiful house, remarkable spaces. The owner's availability to recommend places to visit and places to eat was timely, friendly always available. The accommodation is in a quiet and optimal location to reach any tourist city in up to 15 minutes.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at Benjamin’s house with a family of 7 people, including 3 kids. The view is amazing and calming, very nice pool. We were there in august in the middle of the hot season and it felt very not that hot there, so we spent lots of time outside. Some nice restaurants Benjamin recommended are really not far and in very cute and beautiful little towns, that we enjoyed exploring. We had a few issues during our stay, but Benjamin immediately helped us to solve everything. Highly recommend this house for easy and relaxing stay.

A really pleasant stay, ideal space for a young couple who wanted to relax in nature, very nice sea and distance from really short services, clean apartment as described. Everything was characterized by the kindness of Mrs. Katia, and her mother, who welcomed us by making us feel at home, and in addition by offering us local delicacies.

Dori is a fantastic host and will give you expert advice on what to do and see in the neighbors. It is a perfect place to relax at home or explore the mountains, hills and all the beautiful landscape of the Marche. Leonardo's house is perfect, two rooms, double amenities, a simple but perfectly suitable kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, a spacious open area, paths in the woods and a great restaurant 500 meters from the house! It is completely renovated in a local stylus and authenticated as you can see from the photographs. Enjoy this wonderful place. And paradise. This is a most beautiful place, with a wonderful view of Monte Vettori, in peaceful countryside, but not far from all the services you need. The apartment has everything you need, in a beautifully restored and authentic old farmhouse, and Dori is a fantastic host!

we found ourselves in front of a warm welcome, the hosts were kind and super helpful. The house is equipped with every comfort, from the TV to the well-equipped kitchen and the perfect outdoor patio for relaxing but also with a certain usefulness (outdoor shower, washing machine and clothesline). The only notes I feel like making is the lack of air conditioning - which, however, is handled well thanks to the provision of several fans - and the lack of a window in one of the two rooms, or rather there is the window, but it is in the bathroom in the room and if the bathroom door is closed, the room is empty and a littlesuffocating in my opinion. While I particularly appreciated the shower in the suite, which is very comfortable and the cleanliness of the entire house was really impeccably and meticulously. Ultimately, it was a pleasant discovery and I recommend it especially for two couples of friends.
