Vacation rentals with beach access in Providenciales

Katherine's place is great in every respect - cleansiness, location, value and extra amenities (like beach umbrella and chairs, etc). It is near all key areas on the island and is in a safe neighborhood. Katherine provided all needed info and communicates well throughout as needed - very helpful as it was our first time in TCI. Thank you for allowing to use your place.

We love staying at LVA! It’s the perfect location, feels safe, and has all of the amenities you would need at an affordable price. You also can’t beat the view! Nicole allows us to check in early and out late to accommodate our flight times. She was always fast to respond when we needed her. Thank you Nicole!

Cute little place. Private. Nice little pool. Great communication. We were staying downstairs in the blue house - Filip’s suite I believe it’s called. The people upstairs were loud during midnight ish. Other than that no complaints. Clean place. Felt right at home. Good size kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Would stay again. Recommend getting a better car vacuum but it was nice that they had one- thank you.

Anthony's place was really great! I loved the pool area and the overall ambiance of the place. The remote controlled gate made the place feel safe. Anthony was responsive to queries. Definitely would love to stay in this place again.

Amazing host, friendly and very responsive. Lovely apartment with everythingyou need for your stay, great location, very conveniently located, making it very easy to visit and enjoy everything the Island has to offer! We highly recommend. And don't miss out on the delicious food and drinks at Grandma's Boy stall on Thursday night's Fish Fry!!

We had an amazing stay! Such a beautiful location, right down the beach from a yummy restaurant. Our host was AMAZING and so helpful to us. We had some issues with booking, and she was very responsive and helpful. Next time we come back to the island, we will 100% stay here!!!!! Highly recommend 🏝️👙🩷🥳

This airbnb was clean and super comfortable. It came with basic necessities that lasted for our stay as well as welcome snacks and a drink, which was so cute! My friends and I enjoyed everyday there and extended our stay another day. The home was in a great location being across from the Fish Fry, and in proximity to many other restaurants, shopping plazas, beaches and other places.

Location was perfect for us, and the space was also perfect. We loved all yhe small details

Don’t hesitate to book this house! It literally has anything and everything that you could possibly need. I always pack a LOT of stuff like hand soap, fans, trash bags, laundry stuff, dishwasher pods, mini dish soap…they have it all! They also have anything you could possibly need to go to the beautiful Taylor beach that is a 3 min walk. We’ll definitely be back. Hosts were great, we cannot say enough about them! Great restaurant recommendations as well as places we should go and see. It’s our first time there and we fell in love. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Liam’s place was wonderful! It was centrally located to everything we did around the island. We loved waking up daily to the lake and sunrise. We took advantage of the kayaks provided multiple days. The house was spacious and airy. A dream!

I loved this place. It was everything it stated and more. I've never stayed in a place where the hot water worked great, lol, and the AC was perfect. I fell in love with this place the moment I stepped in. The location was great. It was across the street from the beach, neighbors were great, restaurants and grocery were close. The smell of the home was pleasant and welcoming. The back patio was very nice and clean. I loved the lights on the ground. Jasmine checked in on me to make sure everything was going great, which it was and I appreciated that. He is a very nice man and I would rent from him again.

This was the perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon. Private, beautiful, and peaceful! The villa was gorgeous and waking up to a view of the ocean every morning was amazing. Lots of good restaurants nearby as well. We hope to come back!

Absolutely loved staying at Sandy’s place! Deangelo and sandy were both so welcoming and extremely sweet. The place looked exactly like the pictures and it was extremely clean, really well maintained which is the biggest thing i care about personally. Not one area was covered with dust or anything. Would 100% stay here the next time i visit Turks. It’s in a local area so you get the true feel of island life and the neighborhood is so cute too, there’s little baby goats if you walk around the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend renting a car regardless of where you stay! Sandy & Deangelo gives lots of recommendations on everything too and went out of their way to take care of us. Great Airbnb and great Airbnb hosts!

Beautiful and peaceful cottage has everything you need. The shower outside is total bliss. Karen is a great host she had me and my dad over each morning we would go on a run come back relax and head out for the day. Thank you so much for the wonderful time we had at your place 😍

First of all, the room was quiet, clean, and had a pool, which was wonderful. The host, Jm, was very kind. In particular, when our rental car broke down, he helped us by picking us up, which was a huge help! He supported us to the fullest, even though we’re not very good at English, and it gave us a great sense of reassurance.

Really great place to stay. Everyone here and on the island are so nice! We will be back!

Jason was very responsive to questions / requests. The location was within a 5 minute walk to the beach -- quieter area than Gracebay. Close to the airport, Gracebay, grocery store, etc. Jason provide a list of various recommendations that we found very helpful & spot on. We liked being away from the Gracebay crowd, yet close enough to walk to. Chairs, floaties, beach towels were provided (in the unit.) The unit was comfortable with a model feel.

The home was beautiful. It was easy to find. It included everything Noelle explained. And the private beach behind the facility was a plus. The only problem I had was not having a large size broom due to the confetti and party things we had for the celebration ( we wanted to clean behind our self)

This was an amazing retreat from the everyday hustle and bustle of the US. Nice dad & mom getaway. Perfect time of the year to go- weather was amazing and the place was basically all to us! Walkable to Turtle Cove and just a short drive to grocery store and other shops. Minor issue with tankless hot water heater going out when we arrived but Jacinthe had a new one installed the next day. Amazing host. The condo felt like home, very comfortable bed and amazing view. Stephanie’s place is just how she describes it. The beach entrance is just down a short road and it is close to many nice restaurants, bars, and attractions. The main shopping area in Grace Bay is within walking distance as well. We never felt unsafe walking around in this area. Stephanie also has lots of items in the condo you can use on your stay, like beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a wagon to haul everything in, kids beach items and snorkeling accessories to name a few. We had a great experience on our trip.

Great location! Views were amazing!!!! Condo was nice and fully stocked with everything you need. Great restaurants within walking distance. Nice property and felt very safe. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful place to stay. Close enough to Grace Bay but far enough away for peace and quiet time. Danielle was very accomodating and helpful with any questions we had. Condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

This unit looked just like the pictures. It was stocked with ANYTHING you could possibly need. We do airbnb stays quite often when we travel and this was then most well stocked unit to date. The local manager Molly was great and so helpful. It’s walkable to a private beach entrance if you want to just chill. Central to everything with a vehicle and vehicle offered was quite convenient and got us where we needed to go but does need some servicing.

We didn’t want to leave! The location was great. Peaceful and near some great activities and beaches. You will definitely need a car. The condo was clean and comfortable. The better grocery store is Graceway Gourmet. Can’t wait to return!
