Laverne’s place was very cozy! We came for the Christmas holiday and Laverne was very flexible with allowing an early check in. We were very grateful for this. We had a nice private patio that overlooked the pool area.The washer and dryer was located a few steps away from our place and was very clean and reliable. It’s always a nice touch on any beach vacay. The gentlemen that worked for the property were so incredibly nice and welcoming. They offered to help with our luggage and get us settled. A warm welcome is always greatly appreciated. Laverne also had some great snacks, beverages, and full stock of coffee/tea that was also appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the natural sunlight from the patio sliding door was a great way to wake up every morning. I do want to highlight the shower..so good. Great water pressure, very clean, dual shower head which is key when you have a rainfall shower. The door is a half glass pane so the floor does get wet but dries fast w/ open window

The house was exactly what we were looking for, private and secluded, yet ten minutes top driving from any place on the island. Nice pool and outdoor patio to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening after a long day at the beach. Sturdy wifi, comfy bed and a full kitchen with everything you need when you feel like having dinner at home. You will even find beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler you can bring to the beach. Mike and his nephew Stewart were very welcoming and very responsive every time we needed something. There’s a super cute and friendly kitten in the garden, she wouldn’t come in the house but she would always wait for a treat and a cuddle when she spotted us. Perfect stay, we really enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to be back.

Oscar was the consummate host. Our pace was exactly as advertised and the price was beyond reasonable. My fav perk in the apartment was the snacks that he left for us and the bathroom towels were incredibly soft and cozy. Not only was Oscar available for questions but he went out of his way to accommodate us when we asked for early arrival when available. 5 stars haves down and location was not far from anything. But definitely rent a car from Bob’s car rental up the street. Thank you for everything and we will definitely be back.

Keno’s place was great for our 4 day trip out of freezing NYC. The location is perfect, quick 3 minute walk straight out to the beach through the public walkway through the Grace Bay resort, 10 minute walk to lots of restaurants, supermarket, coffee. No stress. You can get a taxi at the resort or take a card from your taxi driver from the airport if you need to go anywhere else. It’s a studio, basic setup, but all you need for two. Great value compared to the pricy resorts and other airbnbs you’re staying next to. I think they may have remodeled a bit since some of the photos in the listing were taken. As some have mentioned, the walls are thin and you may hear the adjacent guests in the apt slightly at times but luckily ours weren’t too loud or up late. Very quiet area. Would definitely stay here again for an easy, no stress quick trip.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Rachel’s place in the Chalk Sound area! The villa has a beautiful pool with a great view. The location is in a private neighborhood and it is very peaceful! The beach chairs were also very convenient to use. Rachel was also a kind a host who was very responsive and helpful! We also appreciated some food and beverages she provided for us during our stay. We recommend using a rental car as beaches and restaurants are about 10-15 minutes to drive to from Rachel’s place. The road does have some pot holes but it is generally manageable to drive on. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend it for anyone wanting to enjoy another side of Provo!

Stayed for 8 days and felt at home! Not only was the Airbnb just like the pictures, but he was the best host. He gave us a tour of the apartment when we got there, recommendations, offered to give us rides if we ever needed one, checked up on us, and gave us a parting gift. Truly the best host. One us the guests caught a fever one day while there and he did not hesitate to bring us electrolytes and help in any was possible. The apartment is also in a nice, quiet spot with beautiful scenery. We felt super comfortable our time there.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at Alanzo's place over the holidays. It was quite, clean, and close to all the activities we wanted to enjoy on the island. I would high recommend this location for anyone looking to visit Turks and Caicos

Rose is an exceptional host! Despite our very last-minute and late reservation, she welcomed us with a warm, inviting smile. She was incredibly fast in her responses and provided support until the moment we arrived. During our stay, she was always full of kindness and hospitality. The apartment it's great, in a calm area, perfectly situated - within a 10 minute drive, you are in one of the stunning beaches of T&C. It is also very close to a big supermarket, gas station, etc. It's fully equipped with all the essentialss for cooking and even laundry. We highly recommend Rose's place and would definitely return without hesitation.

We had an amazing stay at Michael’s place. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Grace Bay beach, restaurants, groceries, and the airport. The unit itself is fantastic – it's the best in the building with a spacious screened-in porch, two great places to barbecue, and plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals at home. The property is secure and safe, providing peace of mind throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

This listing was one of the best airbnbs i've stayed in, in Turks! It was super clean and looked just like the pictures. Our host was very welcoming, helpful and made my stay the best one yet! I definitely will be booking again!

We had such a great time at this location. Getting inside the gate was easy and the unit itself was very easy to access. It was so peaceful and the unit was beautiful and spotless. Beach towels, snorkel gear, and beach chairs were provided. TCI itself is a very quiet and relaxing island overall so don’t expect any loud late night parties keeping you up at night, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommend renting a car. Pro tip: Grace Bay Car rentals is the only company with a lot onsite at the airport. All others require a shuttle from the airport to the rental lot.

just what we wanted : very clean, very comfortable bed, close to amenities, quiet. Make sure you use the coordinates to find it the 1st time, and in day light. if not, Deveraux promptly answers and helps. We would definitely come back.

We truly loved our stay! The complex was quiet, safe and close to beach and restaurants. The unit was perfect for our family of 5. It was beautifully furnished, decorated and clean. Heather had everything we needed for beach and pool - beach chairs, sunscreen, beach towels, speaker, bug spray, wagon to carry everything, toys, etc. We especially liked that the unit was on the 1st floor and easy walkout to pool. We used the fitness center often as well! Heather was a perfect host and responded promptly to all of pur questions. Highly recommend!

Everything we wanted. Beautiful villa right on the beach. The beach felt private with only a couple or two there every day. There’s plenty of chairs, towels, beach gear. We used the paddle boards and watched a lot of kite surfers. The space had a kitchen w everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunch throughout the week. The deck was amazing and we used three hot tub a few times. Having the car was awesome as we used it to get groceries, go to dinners, and explore the island. We will be back!

Beautiful condo steps from the beach. The unit was perfect for a week vacation with kids home from college. The pictures were accurate and check in was one of the easiest ever. Plenty extra touches in the unit that were appreciated. IE nice beach towels, Basket of paper goods and tide pods. One restaurant next door, Pelican Bay. Was perfect to stop over. Other restaurants and shopping are easy 10 to 15 minute walk. Also-- parking lot is gated for extra security. Would highly recommend staying at this property

Staying at this Cozy hideaway was the best choice. We were less than 10 minutes aways from the restaurants, shops, and beaches. Antonio was truly an amazing host. He had a solution for any questions we had. Thank you for recommending Coco Bistro for a fantastic dinner. He went above and beyond for our birthday celebration. We felt safe and comfortable. The location has a beautiful outdoor hot tub. There was a designated parking spot for this location. I would recommend staying here.

We love staying at LVA! It’s the perfect location, feels safe, and has all of the amenities you would need at an affordable price. You also can’t beat the view! Nicole allows us to check in early and out late to accommodate our flight times. She was always fast to respond when we needed her. Thank you Nicole!

Terrific space in the Leeward Settlement area! We felt very comfortable and safe in the condo and area. We especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 1 1/2 baths, pool, and covered patio area. Pelican Beach is not to be missed. We recommend a rental car so you can explore the entire island. Adam was very communicative and a pleasure to work with. Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I had a wonderful time in T&C and staying at Steve’s place was the icing on the cake. From his location it was central and very easy to explore the island in our rental car. I would definitely recommend Steve’s place to my clients.

Really enjoyed the condo! It’s a very calm complex with a lot of full time and seasonal residents, so it lacks a touristy feel. Also felt very safe. The beach was good enough and the pool was amazing, and it was very easy to drive everywhere on the island. We thought it was a wonderful value for the price paid too. Pamela was very sweet and welcoming as well. Overall extremely happy both with the property and the island as a whole!

The condo we rented was great and the pool area was quiet and clean. The staff was amazing!! We would love to stay there again. We rented a car and there was underground parking which was safe and great to keep the car cool. The location was easy to find and it was minutes from Grace Bay. Overall, a great experience!
