Sandy Feet exceeded our expectations! It’s a great modern one bedroom unit looking out over the beautiful pool area with nice vegetation that gives you some privacy. You also have your own outdoor shaded seating area with 4 chairs and a table overlooking the pool. The BBQ is quite new and cooked our steaks beautifully. The bed, pillows and linens were all top quality and the A/C worked great to keep cool at night. The welcome package of water, snacks and sodas was a nice touch and much appreciated. The unit is a 5 minute walk to public beach access and also The Shore Club which has two very good restaurants. We had a rental car which I would highly recommend and the parking spots at the unit are in the shade all day which was a bonus. Laverne is an awesome host and answered all our queries very promptly and also gave us great suggestions on places to go and which restaurants were the best. I can’t emphasize enough what a great experience we had staying at Sandy Feet-see you next year!

Had an excellent stay at the Poco Villa, Micheal is a great host, makes sure someone is there to greet you, and shows you around the property, unit had all the basic necessities, the patio is really nice for enjoying a drink after a long day at the beach. The best part for my wife and I was their very friendly cat, Tica, who would always greet us in the morning and when coming back from the beach, Tica also loves treats so make sure to bring her some. Definitely will stay here again when traveling to Turks and Caicos.

Hosts are amazing and very friendly. They gave us a lot of good recommendations on what to do on the island. They also respond to the messages very quickly. The facility itself is very nice, so is the apartment - it was very clean. Since this was a part of our honeymoon, we were very surprised to find some surprises in the apartment. Thank you!

Keno's place is perfect for budget travelers, which I am, who don't want to sacrifice location. It's less than .1 mi to the white sandy beaches. Also, beach chairs, towels and an umbrella were provided. I used them all daily. The fridge, coffee maker and toaster saved on eating out for breakfast. Food is really pricey, so I was glad for this. There were fresh white towels and the bathroom seemed recently renovated. Overall, the home is well described and the reviews are pretty spot on. The noise from upstairs was noticeable and did wake me up several times. No parties, just a lot of movement. Also, the bed is not the most comfortable, but doable. Again, it's great for budget travelers who want to stay in a great location. I would recommend for that reason!

My partner and I had a wonderful week here! Had everything we needed for two people. Grabbed the best Cuban coffees each day from Que Bola, enjoyed a few dinners at Bugaloos and Omar’s, and had a delicious breakfast at Las Brisas- all within 10 minutes of the house. The infinity pool and views were stunning and made this location priceless!

Our first time in Turks and WOW, it did not disappoint. The Villa had everything we needed and we felt so welcomed and taken care of staying there. Our host was always available to recommend places to eat and visit. all yhr great beaches and restaurants are within a short drive from the Villa. it's so close to the airport yet off the beaten path and felt completely safe and private. I highly recommend this centrally located spot. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat. Truly heaven on earth. 🥥🍸⛱️☀️👌💝

We visited for a week. The place was exceptional. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. We visited new beaches each day and enjoyed the pool and the sunsets. Snorkeling in the reefs was fun. Don't miss Thursday night's fish fry. The location made it easy to access everything. We are already planning to return.

The unit was perfect for my wife and I and our two teenage daughters. The condo is spacious and clean. It has everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed having the beach so close to the patio and appreciated the relatively smaller size of the resort. Beach chairs were easy to access and you don’t have to deal with the overcrowding at the large resorts. Moises and JJ were always welcoming and helpful with getting beach chairs, which are right on the edge of the water. The snorkeling was great too.   We also loved the yellow cat the lives outside the unit. He ended up visiting us every AM and PM to get pets and treats.     Sherryl and Wayne were excellent hosts and were very responsive! All their restaurant recommendations were spot on.   Regarding the construction/noise…It didn’t bother us at all in the unit or on the beach. We only occupy the condo at night and early morning so if you are out enjoying the beach or the island, it is a non-issue and this condo is an excellent value.

Rose is an exceptional host! Despite our very last-minute and late reservation, she welcomed us with a warm, inviting smile. She was incredibly fast in her responses and provided support until the moment we arrived. During our stay, she was always full of kindness and hospitality. The apartment it's great, in a calm area, perfectly situated - within a 10 minute drive, you are in one of the stunning beaches of T&C. It is also very close to a big supermarket, gas station, etc. It's fully equipped with all the essentialss for cooking and even laundry. We highly recommend Rose's place and would definitely return without hesitation.

Where to begin? The place was paradise!! We had a starter kit if coffee,tea,sugar . A basket of fruit, a six pack of Turks head. The condo lacked for nothing. l had an accident (not there) and Michael’s had a first aid kit. Indeed there were things l brought that were noy needed. It’s walking distance to restaurants, shops, groceries. It’s peaceful and anytime l had a question Michael responded ASAP!! I LOVE his unit, his cordiality. The property manager was responsive as well( Ronyn, spelling). In fact we loved it so much we are coming back in July. He has a customer in me for life and his place is well worth recommending (which l will also be doing ) . Greatest Host !!!!

We highly recommend this Airbnb! The location was perfect, with everything you need just a short walk away—restaurants, shops, and the beautiful beach. The condo and surrounding property were quiet and incredibly comfortable, making it an ideal retreat. The hosts were excellent communicators, providing us with fantastic recommendations for dining and exploring the area. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to our next visit!

I really enjoyed my stay- everything was as described. Quiet and relaxing- close to Leeward beach and Grace bay as well. This place is clean and it has everything you need for your vacation. I was mainly communicating with Charlene and she was so nice. I called her few times for some questions and she was always very responsive and helpful. She also recommended restaurants to go and places to visit. Overall excellent experience!

This was my first Airbnb experience and I must say I’m impressed. I know that not all hosts are as amazing as Nina and Dale so I do consider myself lucky. Pre-arrival: Very quick to confirm my dates and provided great recommendations regarding running routes, food, and car rentals. First impressions: It matches the description without fail, if you booked this to begin with you won’t be disappointed. It’s cozy and has everything you need to survive (good wifi/great AC) and best of all, there was a cold water dispenser in the room that saved me from buying a case of water or two. The area: I’m just going to be real, there were some “fireworks” the first night but I genuinely felt safe my entire stay. I ran daily to Grace Bay without any issues. The groundskeeper takes great care of the pool and is very friendly. TLDR: I’d absolutely stay here again and look forward to coming back. Thank you Nina & Dale for welcoming me into your home away from home!

Amazing stay! Sonia and Deveraux were so kind and helpful. The place is also very clean, has dishes to cook with and a very cold air conditioning unit. Grace bay and a bunch of different restaurants are in walking distance too. Don’t even bother renting a car if you don’t mind a little walking. Would definitely recommend. Especially for the great price!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Esencia! It is a beautiful spot. Ritama and Caridad are responsive and welcoming. If you love a beautiful sunrise, easy walking access to the beach, kayaking, paddle boarding, and kiteboarding, this is the spot for you. The other guests were great, too, with enough privacy between each villa. Our villa came with a car, which you will need if you want to explore other parts of the island. We can't wait to come back! Beautiful condo steps from the beach. The unit was perfect for a week vacation with kids home from college. The pictures were accurate and check in was one of the easiest ever. Plenty extra touches in the unit that were appreciated. IE nice beach towels, Basket of paper goods and tide pods. One restaurant next door, Pelican Bay. Was perfect to stop over. Other restaurants and shopping are easy 10 to 15 minute walk. Also-- parking lot is gated for extra security. Would highly recommend staying at this property

I had a wonderful stay at Antonio’s place! The space was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Antonio and his wife was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had all the information I needed to enjoy my time there. The location was perfect for a couple it’s private and was close by activities and restaurants . I truly felt at home during my stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for being such a great host!

We would book here again! Overall, Nicole's lovely condo and the property as a whole exceeded our expectations. Everything was exactly as pictures and description. Extremely clean with everything we needed. Bonus was the heavy duty beach umbrella, which was needed with the strong winds. Quiet building, clean pools and clean hot tub. The property is very well cared for. Loved being on this level as we could just step off our balcony and be on the main deck or in the pool. Amazing view of the ocean from room. Good quality bed. Very safe area to walk to a couple of restaurants at Turtle Cove- Baci Restaurante was our fav. Sharkbites pub was nice for casual. Disappointed with Mango Reef - food and service not very good for the high price. Down on Grace Bay Beach our favs were The FARM, Somewhere Cafe, and Hemmingways. Neko was quick with responses to a couple of questions we had. Thank you Nicole and to Neko for his service. Rented car from Scooter Bob's = excellent company.

Adam was very accommodating for a last minute booking. The condo is in a peaceful community and even nicer than the photos. Well-appointed, pristine and comfortable. Highly recommended for a couple’s retreat. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Adam!

A beautiful pool just in front of the apartment is a big plus, gorgeous view and central location. If i came here again, i’d pick this place as my number 1 place to stay!

The condo we rented was great and the pool area was quiet and clean. The staff was amazing!! We would love to stay there again. We rented a car and there was underground parking which was safe and great to keep the car cool. The location was easy to find and it was minutes from Grace Bay. Overall, a great experience!
