The apartments have a very good location. We had a rental car and we were able to take a tour of the most important points of the country. The place and the neighborhood are very quiet. Very attentive and kind staff.

Zandvoort is beautiful and the stay will be perfect if you stay at the La Rosa house! It is quite enchanting, clean and lovingly furnished and you get everything you need - the super well-stocked kitchen is very great. Here you get great coffee and tea and if you're lucky, a delicious cookie :) Thanks for a great getaway - we will definitely be back!

Davide’s apartment was in a fantastic location easy to walk and explore Amsterdam. Davide was a great host with good communication and very friendly and helpful with good knowledge of Amsterdam. Snacks and sweets left for guests were appreciated. Would definitely return.

Martin is a very nice person. He has no problem in helping his guests. Also the place is nice and close to Amsterdam. Will definitely choose this place if I am in Amsterdam again.

My girlfriend and I stayed in this wonderful house for 7 days. The photos shown accurately reflect reality. Check-in was easy, and there are also some staff members around during the day who are available to help if needed. The shared kitchen is well-equipped and functional, and the room is clean. It’s a lovely place surrounded by nature, and despite the season, we were very comfortable with the weather and temperatures. Overall, a very positive experience.

Such a beautiful part of the world which we thoroughly enjoyed staying in! We would recommend a car if you book this place as we travelled with a bit of luggage and it wasn’t the easiest of walks from the bus stop to the accomodation. The place was clean and as described.

Great place to stay with the most fantastic staff and owners. Location, location.... Everything from Amsterdam's sites, museums, restaurants and bars is withing walking distance. Overlooking a canal and very peaceful given the location. We stayed over a weekend which meant the area was busy but the location is just to the side of the main night out locations so still quite. Breakfast was an added bonus. Stairs are narrow and windy as some people have mentioned but it's a 300-year-old building and adds to the charm. We had no issues, just a little bit of patience with large luggage.

More than we expected with stylish communal areas and good food/coffee. Absolutely recommendable!

Original hotel Game consoles in bedrooms with access to games on the ground floor with arcade kiosk It's easy to find, adapt to a young population because it's quite noisy but largely bearable I recommend it!
