Villa vacation rentals in Princeton

This place is lovely! The host is responsive and helpful. The hot tub is a real plus - with the outdoor heater on, we enjoyed using it even though it was sleeting outside (too stormy to try the beautiful fire pit). The house and location are beautiful and spotless. The furnishings are luxe and comfortable. Awkward eating space options - no dining table or large kitchen table. It was unexpected that some of the listed beds are sofas and sofa beds in common rooms, including some of the only beds available when you have booked it for fewer guests. (The larger of two bedrooms and second bathroom are a second locked space that I was glad to access.) It may fit as many people as they listed if everyone shares beds, but not all privately or in actual bedrooms. If I'd had all eight single adult guests, like I paid for, the sleeping and dinner arrangements would have been more problematic. As it happened, overall a great, cozy experience despite unexpected bad weather.

We're so happy to stay at Ying's place. It's way more beautiful and cozier than what the pictures show. Everything is new/remodeled and clean. It takes just a couple minutes to walk to the bus stop near the traffic light to NYC. Parking can be tricky but Ying's clear instructions make us at ease. Overall I'd highly recommend this place for family trip.

The house was perfect for my friends and I! Great location and within a short walking distance to the beach. We also really appreciated the coffee and breakfast buffet in the morning!

We spent a weekend here for a quick getaway and it felt really refreshing. The place is very clean and as described. The host provided helpful instructions that are very easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet yet vey close to everything you may need. It’s also within walking distance to the trails at the canal nearby which was a very pleasant walk. Would love to come back again!

Lazy River was very welcoming and made it easy to check in. The place was extremely beautiful and near the boardwalk, as well as a parking spot which was very convenient. Overall such an excellent stay, would 100% recommend Lazy River’s Rental! Thank you all!

The property is private, perched attop a small mountain, with a large fenced in backyard perfect for the pup to get some exercise. Great hiking trails nearby. The host was very accommodating and flexible with our schedule. Overall a fantastic trip and we hope to be back soon!

Communication was great and home was wonderful

The house is absolutely quiet and private on a hill at the end of a private road with perfect views of Manhattan. It is architecturally interesting from 1906 with plenty of space, several terraces and plenty of beautiful seating. Hosts Julia and Alex communicated perfectly. It was all very good. We would love to stay here again on our next stay on Staten Island.
