my fav airbnb I've ever stayed in. it was so easy to get to and the host, nell, is incredibly helpful and kind. and the spa is GORG. defo book this place!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Vicky was very nice. while we were there there was an ice storm and Vicky cleared off the steps and sprinkled salt, we thought that was co siderate.. The house is clean, the beds were super comfy, and the shower was warm with excellent water pressure. Extras Included big fluffy towels. You can tell Vicky puts a lot of thought and care into the space.

Cory was a very friendly and accommodating host. He was very responsive to any issue or concern we had. Would gladly stay at his place again.

Jaime's place was an absolute unexpected gem in Asbury Park! In the middle of the city, it feels luxurious, and looks like a great deal of work was put into making the home a very comfortable stay. She has great pride in her home, and it is clear Jaime has taken great lengths to offer everything you could want. We stayed during Christmas and were able to prepare a wonderful dinner in the full kitchen without a need for anything (dishes, utensils, appliances etc). I am very selective about where I stay because cleanliness is very important to me. This home hits all the boxes in that area!! The linen was pristine and the bathrooms were above and beyond in care. We did not get to take advantage of the beautiful backyard amenities given the season, but we can't wait to do so when we return. When an unforeseen issue arose, Jaime was responsive. She and the property manager worked to troubleshoot and resolve the concern to our satisfaction as timely as possible. We will be back.

Loved the Bow and Arrow ! We had a wonderful experience here and the host even helped our family celebrate the holiday with a Christmas tree. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place! It was a magical Christmas !

We really enjoyed Kira’s place! It was perfect for our weekend getaway! Everything was very clean and exactly as described! Kira met us upon arrival and was very helpful. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful experience at Lisa's carriage house! We were in town for a Bachelorette Weekend (9 women from all over the east coast) and this was the perfect home base for our trip. When we arrived, Lisa gave a tour of the property and house, showed me how everything worked, and provided very clear instructions and suggestions. She gave us a great recommendation for dinner delivery that evening and was exceptionally responsive and helpful for the whole weekend. We spent a day at Sojo Spa and enjoyed a great dinner in downtown Englewood on Saturday night. The house had everything we could have needed from an amenities perspective and tons of warmth & charm on top of that. Thanks Lisa for having us! We had an amazing weekend celebrating the bride-to-be.

Michael’s place was great. From the time of booking to check-out, he and his team were superb with responding to the million questions I had, and I’d always have success with the resolution provided. The place was tidy, clean and matched exactly what was outlined in the booking. We felt that we would be able to enjoy the place and take advantage of other amenities (i.e.: backyard, rooftop deck, grill, beach supplies, ping pong table) a lot more in the warmer months and are definitely considering rebooking a stay during that time. Thank you again for the wonderful stay!

Had 9 adults for the weekend. Place was clean, well decorated, inviting. Nice to be so close to the beach and boardwalk. definitely walkable to town and back. Kitchen has everything you need. Bring nespresso pods if you need your java in small cups. Host was communicative and hospitable. great weekend.

The most important question I think you can ask in a review is… would you stay there again? In this case the answer is a resounding yes! Such a charming place in an absolutely perfect location. Close to anything you’d want to do in old city, south st, and penns landing. We’d recommend it to anyone.

Evelyn was great! Super responsive and friendly. The house was absolutely perfect for our family visiting Philadelphia for Thanksgiving.

We stayed at this bungalow while we were in town for a fundraiser event. The home was very well kept, larger space than we expected. It was perfectly comfortable for us (2 couples). Kitty was very responsive and a wonderful host.

I loved my stay. I had the pleasure of meeting the host and her husband. They are wonderful people with great spirits. They absolutely adore animals. God bless the both of them. For the rate they are charging this is a steal of a deal. You get an entire residence to yourself. Feels just like grandma's house. I highly recommend especially if you're "ballin on a budget" whole house.. washer dryer included.. awesome hosts. Street parking big enough to accommodate a Ram 2500 pickup truck. I'll definitely be back for a stay in the future. I wish the host success and prosperity this 2025.

Great place , great location , great host. Great for Summertime if you like the beach ,she had snow removed and a bag of salt for us . Clean and very nice host .would definitely stay here again and recommend

Had a Galentines sleepover at Roxana’s place this weekend and it was a blast! All of us loved the space, it was decorated so cute and had plenty of space for us to have a wonderful time together! Great space for kids/family and groups!

Could not have asked for a better host in Jan! Jan and her dogs greeted us as we pulled into the driveway and gave a warm welcome. The house was cozy and the scenery was beautiful. There are a number of wonderful restaurants and shops in the nearby towns. You will have to drive to visit the sites, but they’re all very close by and the towns themselves are very walkable. My partner and I had misplaced a very sentimental item while there and did not realize it had been lost until after checkout. Jan went above and beyond to make sure our item was found and shipped it back to us safely, even refusing payment despite our best efforts! We stayed during the winter, and the heat turning on and off did make a noticeable sound, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs or a white noise machine. That is a very very minor critique though in an otherwise perfect stay with a remarkable host. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

The barn is a perfect place for a family with children. Beautiful surroundings would enjoy a summer stay and use the pool. Micaela perfect host all requests were attended too quickly. Look forward to another stay on next visit to NJ.

Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. Thank you so much Ave, Nicole, and all the staff and neighbors. See you guys soon again. You guys take care always!

This was my second stay at Jennifer's barn. It's very cozy and charming. I grew up in the area and it's been a perfect place for me and my dogs to stay during the holidays. The dogs especially love the easy access to the tow path along the Delaware. The location is fantastic and only a quick ride to New Hope, Stockton, Frenchtown and all they have to offer. Jennifer is a very responsive and accommodating host. We were a little late checking out and she was very kind and forgiving about it, which I really appreciated because I know she needed sufficient time to clean for the next guests and we were in the way. Thanks so much, Jennifer!

Perfection - best Airbnb stay we have ever had! Heidi was a thoughtful & gracious host in every way. She went the extra mile to welcome us & make our visit memorable. The cottage was well-appointed, cozy, & peaceful. Would definitely return!!!

This property and the host were both wonderful. The views and scenery did not disappoint. Being able to watch the deer peacefully walk by and enjoy the beautiful views I'll never forget. The property is private, perched attop a small mountain, with a large fenced in backyard perfect for the pup to get some exercise. Great hiking trails nearby. The host was very accommodating and flexible with our schedule. Overall a fantastic trip and we hope to be back soon!
