Beachfront vacation rentals in Preston Beach

Ness is a lovely host who looks after her guests well. The place was super clean, tidy and had everything we needed for the stay. Would definitely consider staying again when we are back in Rockingham in future.

We were three generations, 3 years - 84 years, and there was plenty of space for us all to enjoy Fiona and Paul's beautiful home. We particularly liked the barbecue area where we shared many meals. The children went crabbing and fishing off the jetty, and a number of the group enjoyed a paddle on the canal. We were enjoying ourselves so much, and the beds were so very comfortable, we decided to stay an extra night.

I hired this property for some of my employees to stay whilst working in the area and they loved it and did not want to leave

Fantastic location and well-stocked kitchen and house. Our group found the large amount of cooking utensils incredibly useful for all our kitchen needs. Bedding was clean and the electric blankets were a nice touch - well utilised! The living area was set up really well for entertainment and instructions were clear on how to use everything. Our dog loved the back yard area and we spent some time out there relaxing. Overall a very nice stay and would definitely consider returning!

Loved our stay in rockingham , the apartment was in the perfect location and had everything we needed for our stay , it was very clean and the pool was fantastic for the hot afternoons ! would definitely recommend and will look to stay here again if we return to Australia for a holiday

We had a great time staying over the Christmas holidays for a quiet getaway. The apartment has everything you need and the pool and beach are right in front of your doorstep. We especially enjoyed the 4WD access to the beach, the pool and local kangaroos- perfect environment for little kids!

We had a family Christmas at Leonie’s place and found Leonie to be extremely helpful in both the planning of our vacation and personal touches we found on arrival 😃 The house was just perfect for our family and without hesitation can highly recommended to other families with adult children. The house was very clean, well equipped and an easy 15min drive to most amenities. Thank you for sharing your home 🙏

A homely and serene location, great for the kids with the lawned outdoor space as well as the resort pool facilities. Loved all the beautiful styling and the quality of the bed linen, towels, kitchenware etc.

Being part of the resort and having access to all the facilities makes Jane’s apartment the perfect place to stay either for 2 couples sharing or a family - direct beach access too a bonus! Jane’s place is pristine new, sparkling clean and easy to access! Highly recommend

This house was amazing so easy for the 6 of us to stay. The whole area plus the opposite beach had a wonderful welcoming clean feel. Everything was in easy reach too. The place was quiet at night and so relaxing. Would stay there again for sure. Davinia was a great host with easy communication.

Convenient location close to Dunsborough shops, beach. Beach & walking/running track accessible via a short corridor between 2 townhouses. Wayne set up the beds into singles for us once we asked. Balcony is fantastic, comfortable & private. Pool table. Comfortable lounge area with throw rugs to snuggle with. Huge kitchen. We were on a girls weekend & the townhouse was perfect.

We had the most amazing stay over Christmas! Such a beautiful home with all the best amenities - great air con, bbq, ample seating and easy parking. The beds were incredibly comfortable. John and Nicky were so friendly and helpful, always quick to respond. Best of all, it’s right next to the beach! Such a special AirBnB, we will definitely be back. Thank you!

I'm extremely fortunate to have found this place when searching for Airbnb. Look no further if you are looking for one around this area! The surrounding tranquility is so peaceful and calming. You will only hear the wind and waves, enjoying that will family and friends in the house is such a blessing. The house is so well equipped. Bedrooms extremely comfortable with its thick carpets. One the bedrooms has bunk bed, the kids love it! Towels provided, extremely clean and comfy. Kitchen is well stocked from plates, bowls, cups, cutleries, cookware etc. Even comes with water filtration system, save the hassle of buying mineral water from supermarket! Comfy huge sofa in living room with large TV, everybody can gather around the sofa area. Kids can help themselves with the toys just 2m away from living room area. Wanna relax? Two lounge sofas facing the sea is all you need. The whole house is clean and pristine. Can't pick on anything. Book now!

Bridgette was very accomodating, friendly and responsive. The location was fantastic and the bathroom/toilet arrangements worked well for our group of 9 adults and 3 toddlers. We had such a lovely family time - thank you!

Peppermint Grove Beach is a real getaway with a quiet beach and endless ocean views. Loved this getaway with the family, the highlight being the beach access that we used daily. Thank you again to Sarah for hosting us!
