Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Preston

Had an incredible weekend. The building was quiet, the neighbours were friendly. The beds were so incredibly comfortable. The accomodation was so close to nearby attractions and cafes. And Lauren was an exceptional host, wonderful communication throughout our stay.

This was a stunning two bedroom apartment with panoramic views. The location was very convenient for public transport and a choice of many restaurants. The apartment was very well set up. The standout was how helpful Sebastian was. The bonus was the secure car park. Definitely planning to return for another stay .

David’s studio apartment was fantastic. It was exactly as described. It was lovely and clean and very well set up for our stay. There were bathroom products and cleaning products so we didn’t have to purchase anything immediately. Tea and coffee was abundant. And the packet of Tim tam’s left in the fridge was fabulous with a cuppa on arrival. The apartment was very central to restaurants, the beach, public transport and a supermarket. It was very easy to find. David gave very clear instructions on how to get in and was very responsive to any queries we had ( not that there was any because he had it all covered) There was good security and we felt very safe there. Even though the apartment is on a main street the traffic noise didn’t bother us at all ( and we come from a country property). But David had that covered because he had very thoughtfully left some ear plugs by the bed should we need them. We stayed for 1 week and would definitely stay again.

The place is located perfectly for walking to cool shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. You feel like a local when you are there. The flat has really cute amenities - they thought of everything! I enjoyed my stay here and loved the area!

Julia was very accommodating for the stay. Super polite and clear and responsive when communicating on the Airbnb app.

Claire and nick’s place is exactly as advertised in a really good location close to lots of restaurants, cafes, etc. super communicative and gave lots of tips and detailed instructions for check in which was helpful. Overall great stay

beautiful apartment, quiet and peaceful corner unit. balcony overlooks the river and just at the treeline where birds perch and chill. werribee park is within walkable distance and there are many eateries and a massage within a couple mins. will defintely return for a stay if we r exploring the area.

Had a pleasant stay, Kim was accommodating after letting him know we were bringing our dogs, very responsive and friendly. The house is in a good location, nice and big and a decent sized backyard. Main bed was very comfy, and the heater in the bedroom heated up the room very well. It’s a nice affordable place to stay, especially if bringing pets with you.

Our entire group enjoyed our stay here, close to the train station and shops, plenty of off street parking for our hire cars. Spacious accommodation that fit our group comfortably, would definitely stay again, thank you.

We booked Aiden’s property on a very short notice for the Easter long weekend. The hosts were very quick to respond and we had a lovely staycation here. The property is huge. It was very clean and had all the necessary amenities including a heated quilt in all the bedrooms. The fridge was stocked with basic necessities such as milk, ice etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place to everyone.

We all had a lovely stay at this property. Very clean and comfortable with amenities all very local. We had a hire car but local trains etc all very good. Large garden area to enjoy and easy for walks and local shops. Host was very responsive if we needed any questions answered. Great week!

Safe and secure location. Easy access and great little yard for the dog. Extremely clean and well presented place. Great stopover for one night for me, but could have easily stayed a bit longer Vivian was extremely flexible and even contacted me about leaving a few items there for me to pick up later.

Comfortable and clean with a secure backyard for pets and lots of large foliage in the surrounding properties made the view pleasant. The shutters are great for privacy, nice beds, heaps of wardrobe space and a good desk and chair if you have to work or want to game on a PC whilst staying. WiFi was fast and efficient, washing machine worked well and the clothesline gets heap of sunshine to dry your clothes. Check in was simple and having a garage meant our cars were out of the Melbourne weather and secure. Serge was responsive and assisted with all our queries.

Leylas property was fantastic! Great location and the views were amazing. The only issue I had was the car park was a bit technical but leyla gave very clear instructions. Great if you’re going to just leave your car, bit of a hassle if you are going in and out. Overall great property, would recommend!

Stellar communication, kind and friendly. Location is in a superb spot. Walking distance to everything you need when visiting Melbourne. Easily accessible to public transport. Abode itself, absolute magic. The simplicity and greenery makes it feel so cosy. Tidy and comfy bed.

Romanie was always there on the other end of the phone if we had questions. The apartment was fully stocked for everything we could need and more. Gorgeous location and close to the city. Quiet area but close to transport links.

Great apartment right near Melbourne CBD. Short walk to multiple tram routes with lots of restaurants and Woolworths right nearby.

Cannot recommend enough, so close to box hill central, train station, close to tram station which make it easy to get into Melbourne central. Box hill was a lovely place to stay, lots of great restaurants! If I was going to Melbourne again, I would book with Vivian or this property again!

Stayed for the F1 race with a few friends. Great location. Walking distance to the race, plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Very nice rooftop with great view. And friendly host. 👍🏻

Beautiful and sunny top floor apartment. The place was very quiet but in great location near all the shops and bars in st Kilda. Lawrence was very helpful and quick on responses.
