The location not too far from center area. Which easy to find. There are large spaces for living that suit for big family. Kids friendly. Comfort bed suit for an insomniac like me! The bedroom and bathroom are very clean. The owner is very helpful and humble. Recommended!

Walking distance from the beach 50-100m. 4 spatious very clean bedrooms with proper aircon in a guesthouse in a beautiful exotic garden with privat pool and large outside seating area. You are separated from the main buildings and have your own parking space and access. Very private , chill and relaxed vibe. Honest price. I can recommend and I would go back.the host and owners are very kind and keep to themselves.

My husband , myself and our two daughters stayed for 5 nights in Annette and Wim’s unique and beautiful garden room . I was afraid that our experience wouldn’t match the fabulous reviews that I’d read but I needn’t have worried as we had a really wonderful time . The pool is amazing and a joy to swim in also at night , very clean and fun to laze about in . I loved the house , all the nature that you can hear in the lovely garden , the beaches nearby and the choice of good restaurants in the surrounding area . We had a Thai massage next door in the massage parlour which we all enjoyed and helped loosen us up after our long flight. We hadn’t hired a car originally but it is better to have one and Annette and Wim were a great help in arranging this . There was food and fruit available on our arrival which was so thoughtful and our hosts were always available to help with any queries we had . It was a special time in gorgeous surroundings. Thanks Annette and Wim for everything.

This premise is beautifully structured. It fits for 6 members family with 3 private cottages and 1 socialized area by the pool. Kitchen is opened-air, spacious, and cookable. At the time the premise is not literally surrounded by other premises. It is about a block apart from others. So it gives you a pretty nice serene. We love it so much. It is good for family vacation.

Charming Thai colonial style beachfront pool villa. Very nice location away from the crowd. Host (Chonnikan) was great to communicate with and check in was easy as I was greeted by a most welcoming housekeeper (Pui). Has everything you would need for a getaway. 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Outdoor kitchen for barbecues, pool table and to top it off, an awesome view of the ocean while lounging right by your own private pool. I would highly recommend this spacious home especially for large families.

Great communication with Daniel. He kept in touch throughout our booking and stay and has been an excellent host. The villa is in a great location - a lovely beach across the road. There is an excellent size pool to cool off - also really enjoyed the top veranda for an evening sundowner. Great also to be able to bring our dog too.

The house is really beautiful and clean. Every other day staff comes to clean the house. Can easily sleep big families. We were there with a group of friends and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

The villa is just like the pictures and even more amazing in person. Plus theres a great beach only 8mins away. Big shout out to Plian and his team/staff. They were very hospitable, kind, and very responsive making sure to meet any and all of our needs. 5 stars for sure!

Nice place to stay. Clean at the cover of the pool. But the pool is clean at the time after check in (14.00). A little confusing, but it doesn't take long to manage the pool. The room is suitable for bringing older people to visit because there is no need to go up the stairs. Everyone can joy. There is a TV in every room in the 3 rooms and the living room has a mic to sing. The host is prepared with ice, charcoal (for grilling). There is a refrigerator both in the kitchen and outside. Very nice. Clean, spacious bathroom, well-maintained housekeeper. Overall atmosphere around the place. If you like the peace and quiet, I really recommend it. No fuss, but it's a short drive to the restaurant or to Hua Hin.

The arrival was very dark, but the place was much nicer than expected. Whoever from Mefeelma Holiday recommends this place. Comfortable. Quiet. It's better than you think.

Great accommodation in a very well maintained and quiet complex. We stayed there with the family for 8 days on vacation. Check in and check out worked out great. Communication was excellent. I hope we have the opportunity to come back here again. Warm thanks to Kjetil.

We were a group of 8 adults and 3 kids.We had a marvelous time! Ernest helped arrange a very large van to bring all of us from Bangkok to VR and back because we didn't have a car. The housekeeper met us and gave us a house tour and all it's amenities. She was with us during the day and helped us by driving the house's Saleng (motorcycle powered "car" it's bigger than a Tuk Tuk). There were also 4 adult bikes. The house we saw in pictures was exactly what we got! It's spacious and spotlessly clean! Common areas were well arranged. Bedrooms were laid out like a hotel's.Each family had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen is well outfitted for cooking & has plenty of plates, silverware, etc A 7-11 store and some Thai & western restaurants are a few minutes walk.The beach is a 6 minute walk.Only some kite surfers were on the water, we had the beach to ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.We are already discussing returning to VR and we very highly recommend Villa Roca!

Loved are stay. Staff great too. Could do with some hand & face towels. Bathroom flooded a little . Problem was solved. Grab east to get & food can be ordered. Would stay again. Thank you.

The villa was perfectly matched and the team did a great job, they came every 3 days to clean the pool and fumigate and 1 cleaning of the weekly full villa. The team at the reception, as well as the Security and Club team were always very friendly and helpful. The only flaw is the price of the light, which is too expensive. I paid almost €200 for 1 month. I have been very comfortable, quiet and comfortable during my stay. It's been a pleasure ☺️

As described in photos and easy to get to. Room was ready for check-in AC turned on, ice and charcoal provided for BBQ etc. Kids had a great time in the pool and pool slide. Recommended.

Silvana Hideaway was the perfect jumping off spot for an easy trip the beaches and restaurants. Management was excellent with extremely good communications. Would highly recommend
