Walking distance from the beach 50-100m. 4 spatious very clean bedrooms with proper aircon in a guesthouse in a beautiful exotic garden with privat pool and large outside seating area. You are separated from the main buildings and have your own parking space and access. Very private , chill and relaxed vibe. Honest price. I can recommend and I would go back.the host and owners are very kind and keep to themselves.

This place is amazing! One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. The property is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need, from bikes to beach towels and even toys for the kids. They even had a baby cot ready for our little one! The house is super spacious with lots of spots to relax. It's a quick walk to the beach and great restaurants—if you can pull yourself away from the pool! Aline and the house caretaker were so welcoming. Honestly, wouldn’t change a thing. We loved every minute of our stay!

We strongly recommend staying here! We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this cozy place. 😍 A short walk to 7-Eleven, located next to an Italian restaurant where you may enjoy brunch or dinner. The house was tidy, and having a living area with a large couch was perfect for recharging. There is also all of the cooking equipment that we require. We would definitely stay here again. Very nice house in a nice development. Every thing was as per described and as per the pictures. Very well equipped with good quality furnishings, towels bedding etc much better than normally experienced in AIR BNB properties which was really appreciated. Great local restaurants and beaches within 5 min drive. The host also very generously stocked the fridge which was such a welcoming thing and again really appreciated ...Thankyou !! No hesitation to recommend this lovely home and host and we will come again, Cheers Mike

Large house, common living space and large kitchen area. There is also another kitchen and food outside. The main house has 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite bathrooms, 2 rooms share a shared bathroom with 2 rooms that are separated from the main house, but they have an en-suite bathroom. Overall, it's a pleasure.

My husband , myself and our two daughters stayed for 5 nights in Annette and Wim’s unique and beautiful garden room . I was afraid that our experience wouldn’t match the fabulous reviews that I’d read but I needn’t have worried as we had a really wonderful time . The pool is amazing and a joy to swim in also at night , very clean and fun to laze about in . I loved the house , all the nature that you can hear in the lovely garden , the beaches nearby and the choice of good restaurants in the surrounding area . We had a Thai massage next door in the massage parlour which we all enjoyed and helped loosen us up after our long flight. We hadn’t hired a car originally but it is better to have one and Annette and Wim were a great help in arranging this . There was food and fruit available on our arrival which was so thoughtful and our hosts were always available to help with any queries we had . It was a special time in gorgeous surroundings. Thanks Annette and Wim for everything.

Hua Hin has amazingly beautiful beaches and the beach in front of the building is really wonderful. The space is beautiful and relaxing and comfortable and has most everything you need for a long stay. You can see the ocean from the balcony although it is probably 200 to 300 m away. I highly recommend having a car while staying here because it’s impossible to take public transportation other than taxi to get anywhere and it can be difficult at time s to even get a taxi to come. Over although the bed was very comfortable and firm, it was mostly quiet, except for a couple of noisy neighbors, one or two nights, the security and office staff are really great,

Khao Tao is away from busyness of Hua Hin and is lovely and quiet. This place was lovely with direct access to the beach and pools in a delightful and well maintained low rise condominium. Its distance from hua hin means that Grab is not so easy but reception can help. I would stay here again and the host was wonderful. Tips: -There are more conveniences (7/11, pharmacy, massage place open later etc) across the train track (which by the way is nowhere near the apartment so doesn’t affect the stay at all). -No washing machine - apparently this is normal for Thailand and there is a nice lady just outside to the left of the condo who will wash and iron your clothes for very cheap. He even arranged for a cleaner to come (at our cost) which made our stay more comfortable.

I can’t recommend this apartment enough. It’s a very stylish and spacious apartment - 2 big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms both with huge power showers, so for my friend and I it was perfect and felt very roomy. The balcony was also gorgeous but it doesn’t really get the sun - so if you’re looking for shade it’s great. The best place for the sun is by any of the pools (there’s choice) or overlooking the beach which was stunning. A few steps take you onto the beach and there is kite surfing and other sports you can do as well as a small beach bar as well! The gardens are a priority for this place and are beautifully maintained every day. The staff could not be more helpful! And the lovely pictures you see do not do this place justice! While it is a 15 min taxi ride into Hua Hin - it’s 200bht (£4) each way with a local taxi driver who also charged 1700 bht to take us back to Bangkok airport. He became a friend as we arranged our following days transport with him... we spent every second evening in Hau Hin and the rest of the time we were local to the apartment. At the end of the road, Within 5- 10mins walk of the apartment there are shops, and 3-4 popular restaurants that are ridiculously cheap! There is also a laundry opposite the apartment as well as a bar and more expensive beautiful cafe (double the price of anywhere else, but still cheaper than the UK) We stayed over the new year period and it was lovely and quiet with no one else really around... The value for money was fantastic and if I were coming back to Hau Hin I’d definitely stay here!

Very cozy and sweet place for week or two. Not too far from the Hua Hin, but far enough to be in the middle of nowhere and quiet, 10 out of 10. Excellent sea view. But personal transport is necessary. Internet is enough to work from home, but the apartment is great to enjoy the environment. Perfect kitchen. Will be back, thanks.

We had a great stay. The apartment is well equipped and very nice. We cooked meals every day and had everything we needed, and ate on the balcony. The property is great, with many pools and great facilities, right on the beach. It was also very quiet during our stay (March) which was nice. We rented a motorbike to get around and explore, but Grab is also available. The town of Huahin is a 15 min drive with large malls and supermarkets. There are limited walkable options, but things like 7-11, a few small restaurants, and a local market on wed/sun are within 10-15 minute walk.

Everything is good. Have stayed twice. The air conditioner is cool and comfortable. Would stay again.

The photos are accurate and to be honest so a disservice to just how ‘beachfront’ this beachfront condo is. You look straight out into the ocean by a matter of metres. The condo itself is just right. Nice little lounge area with a small kitchen, dimmable lights, large tv. The bedroom has plenty of storage, large windows to look at the sea and an actual comfortable bed! Both rooms have excellent aircon. The bathroom is spotless and the rain shower is great. Hotter than you could need and very strong pressure. The building itself is absolutely enormous with large portions still being fitted. Not that you’ll ever hear any noise in the room but by the large and very nice pool area sometimes the sound of construction can be heard. It’s near enough the only thing down the road its on so the beach is often totally empty. The beach itself is typical of the area. It’s not white sand blue sea but it’s clean. The room also provides some fun photo ops with the squid fisherman at night

This condo is just as advertised. Spacious and clean, with a delightful private pool & lounge on the roof. Also a larger community pool downstairs. Ocean breezes all day. Just be aware, this building is somewhat remote. You cannot walk to anything so you should have a car if you stay here. If you are looking for a clean, peaceful, relaxing stay, this is the place for you.

This is a family trip which we spend lots of time looking for the place. Im so glad we found this place which fits perfectly for what we were looking for. The place is roomy, and all facilities work perfectly especially the aircon and water pressure. The kitchen is fully equipped and the large dining table is a great place to gather around. The area is very peaceful however you will need a car to get around. My son asked if we can stay longer. 😊

Absolutely fantastic host! Very responsive & extremely helpful. Can’t thank Kent enough. Penthouse is beautiful & clean. Kitchen well equipped and all of property fully furnished with comfortable furniture. The views from the top floor are absolutely beautiful. Being able to look out to sea is so relaxing. Great pool and terraced area to be able to sit and dine/relax and take in the views. Very peaceful and waking up to hear all the animals/birds waking up with you. Building staff are all friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Loved the apt. Big spacious great lightning everything you need basically The only downside is that it's not very accessible so if you have a kid or wheelchair something, you'll probably need a lot of help. The place is also a bit far from the town so youll have to drive there. But I would say that in general, this is an amazing place for people who like quiet, having a private bitch and just having fun.

I had an amazing stay at this condo. Everything was great and the condo is clean and has all the amenities you need. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

The rooms are very clean, tidy and complete facilities. The atmosphere and location are quiet, suitable for relaxation.

Great if you want to wake up to the sound of waves looking over the ocean. Saw dolphins from the balcony one afternoon. Comfy bed, nice pool and well equipped. Hot water and Wi-Fi would be a massive improvement (mobile data signal is really strong in the area though). Car or motorbike is needed to get around.

Had a great stay, three people bringing three cats. The compound is large with a huge pool running around the whole place and right next to the beach on the more beautiful and quiet side of Huahin. The room itself is much bigger than it looks in the photos, perfectly clean, and had all the amenities we wanted/needed on a long weekend trip. The host is extremely fast to respond. Would definitely stay again!
