The property is exactly as described in the listing. Very neat, comfortable, clean. We adore! The condominium is organized and very beautiful. The distance to Arraial was not a hindrance because we were by car and we wanted more tranquility indeed. I highly recommend it!

Great space, very clean and airy, a lot of natural light enters the apartment and, although there is no air conditioning, the ceiling fans accounted for the note. There was only one problem upon arrival because we did not know that there was a period without a doorman, otherwise it was all wonderful. Wonderful location close to everything and very quiet. We will definitely return!

I super contenta that chose esa casa. Ten all at home. Playa Ferradurinho e Jeriba 5-10 min a pe. Quiet everything and safe. Valor extremely good!

My family and I loved the experience we had. Excellent House, good taste in the choices of coatings and furniture. A lot of natural light comes in and it's all clear and new. Excellent apartment, very well located and equipped

Sônia's place is perfect, all according to the description. The very equipped Apartment and has everything needed to make the stay extremely enjoyable. Kitchen complete, and even games for distraction. Sônia is an excellent hostess, always responded quickly, with clear information and, inlcusive, gave us great indications about the region's trades. I will definitely come back again and again.

The house is even better and better than in the photos. We spent a week with the family and two small children and it was great. The outdoor area is wonderful and all covered, which was great on rainy days and a lot of heat. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

The house is exactly as described in the listing and photos, nearby trades and the lagoon too! Adapted house, clean pool, wonderful and cozy outdoor area. Claudio responds quickly and willing to help! I went with elderly and wheelchair and I had no problems since there was a room on the ground floor.

Casa muuuuito odirosa!!!! We love the reception. Right in front of the beach. Everything is very clean, organized and brand new. We love it and will definitely come back more often.

Since we arrived we felt very comfortable, the house is giant since it is the house corner, the bathroom the rooms and the kitchen were in perfect condition when we arrived, the shower water is totally adequate, the environment is super safe! and the best is that you are about 8 min walking from the beach two anjos from which tour and taxi boats to other beaches such as the atalaia and the playa do farol, some 25 min walking is the Playa do Oven that is beautiful!, it has nearby businesses and the truth everything is very central to us, we had a small problem since it was a tray of the refrigerator, but the best thing was that when I told them they gave me a solution according to what I had gone through❤️and I felt much quieter since I felt very guilty🥲, everything was perfect! I recommend 1000% to stay with rodrigo🥳 and the best is that they spoke to me on several occasions to see if everything was okay. I hope they can staying in this cute house and touring how cute it is arraial

Great place and very nice

Visited the place with my family of four for three days. Excellent place to spend some nice a quiet vacations. We really enjoyed it. Will definitely stay there again. Safe parking, kitchen has everything you need, there is a laundry place that despite is busy, it is available for use.

The apartment met all our expectations of value, and dependencies. The leisure area is great and the access with a 24-hour porter is very secure. It's less than a 5 minute walk from the Forte beach and 10 minutes from the Passagem neighborhood, which is great to go to the night. I recommend it!

Our stay was great and we were well received. The location is close to commerce, restaurants, beaches. The condominium has a good leisure structure, security and helpful employees. The apartment is well equipped, quiet and comfortable beds.

Beautiful and quiet place to rest Those who enjoy agitos, a mess in a group, this is not the ideal place. We chose this place precisely because we understand that it is a quieter location and a few kilometers from the hustle. My pet loved the place and the seaside walks. The hostess is always kind. I missed some cooking utensils, but nothing to hinder our stay on site. Nice place!

Incredible place, Kely a wonderful host, we arrived with the children and had a cake for us , just gratitude . The apt is wonderful , spacious, everything perfect and in the condominium several things to do , the children loved and didn't even want to leave any more kkkk. I will come back for sure.
