The apartment is very nice, with a good terrace. Very comfortable. Regarding Pontal do Arraial, and this applies to all the accommodations in the area, the road is VERY bumpy. If you rent a manual car, you must know how to use it very well, as there are very steep climbs with potholes. However, it is important to note that the Pontal area is magical. The difficulties in getting there will not be compared to the immense beauty.

Nice house, well-kept and very close to the beach, you don't even need to take the car out of the garage, 10 minutes of slow walking and you're already at Praia do Peró

We had a fantastic time at Heloise's house with high school friends. The house has everything you need to enjoy the beach, barbecues, spacious and very comfortable. Close to downtown Arraial and very safe because it is a gated community. Heloise was very attentive in the preparations for the trip, our arrival and when we left. I recommend the house and we will surely return another year.

Casa is exactly like in the pictures, close to the beach and the beach is wonderful, only there are no street vendors and no kiosks, so whoever goes to the beach needs to take whatever they are going to use. From the house we can hear the noise of the sea that is wonderful, the house is a little cool, there are fans, but they are well spent, it would be good to change for some more potent or to be perfect to put an air conditioning in the bedrooms, bring repellent there are plenty of mosquitoes at night. Host of the house is extremely helpful and responds quickly. Another point that is not very important but it is good to leave the tip, if you like blankets it is better to take your own, because the house only offers sheets to cover itself, but since there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, we end up not missing a blanket. I and my family had very pleasant days in this house, we will definitely return and we have already recommended it for everyone.

The place is wonderful, the photos do not do justice to the beauty of the environment, the absolute peace, the incredible views, and the practicality to go down to the most beautiful beach of Arraial do Cabo (Pontal do Atalaya), really magnificent. Literally 20m there is a warehouse where we could buy food, water, or any necessities. A simply perfect stay. Rogerio was friendly, always responds quickly and clearly. We are amazed by that little piece of paradise and looking forward to returning.

My stay was wonderful! The place is exactly like in the pictures: everything very clean, organized and with all the information of the ad being faithfully followed. The view is simply perfect, and the location is excellent, close to everything I needed. The host responds super fast and was very attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I would definitely return!

We found this place by a lucky strike but we couldn’t have been happier with our selection. Ruben was extremely helpful and the place is just cozy. Private, comfortable, just what we needed!

We had an amazing time at this apartment. The host was incredibly flexible with Check in and check out but most of all the view from the balcony is incredible. The apartment is really well equipped and there’s also access to a shared swimming pool. The beaches nearby are beautiful and very easily accessed. I thoroughly recommend staying at this apartment five stars for everything thank you so much.

Our time in the apartment was simply amazing! We were greeted by Fernanda and her son, who were extremely polite and attentive from the first moment. The apartment has a spectacular view of the dunes and the sea, which left us enchanted. It is a cozy space, well equipped and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The location is great, a few steps from the sea. Fernanda made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment is beautiful and the view is fabulous!!! Access is a bit tricky, but totally worth it. You have the beach right there. If you want to rest and seek tranquility is the place!

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!
