Great location, practically waterfront, with nearby markets, restaurants and pharmacies. Very thoughtful and kind host. We forgot cell phone charger and he lent us. We just felt a lack of air conditioning in the apartment (I didn't see in the ad I didn't have), but as they were fresh days, the fan was enough.

Mr. Aroldo was attentive and helpful from the booking until the day of check out, always available if we needed anything. Well-structured apartment, it has pretty much everything, well located and in great condition. I recommend it.

The apartment is beautiful, well located, close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacies and amazing restaurants. The housekeeping and cleaning of the apartment are noteworthy in addition to the functionality, super comfortable. We were my wife me and my two children and we didn't lack anything while we were there. We use the barbecue, skewers and the entire structure for our barbecue. LISI who was our host is very predisposed and friendly!! Reinforcement that apartment is exactly like in the ad, we love it, very well located and the condominium pool is a spectacle apart. Very well located accommodation, close to market, pharmacy and the sea, meeting expectations! The communication with Renato always very easy and fast and always very attentive!

The place is perfect for those who are traveling on a motorcycle alone or in a couple, although small is super cozy and quiet, there is nothing to spend a few days, it is almost in front of a good market, close to pharmacy, pizzeria, and the neighborhood is good. Definitely when I get through the city I'll be staying on the spot again.

Lugar is a spectacle, an extremely well located apartment on the central avenue of Atlantis. The apartment itself is large, with great pieces and very complete. Wonderful Sacada in L with the perfect front to enjoy a late afternoon. I recommend it with my eyes closed and when we can we want to go back.

Marisa's place is excellent for a vacation with the family. The photos represent the place very well. Very well equiped kitchen and comfortable rooms. The outdoor space (Garden) is very useful and completes the space well. The decor is very well cared for and we feel at home. The condominium offers a beautiful pool and gym space, including extra services that are very useful and of quality. We have spent enjoyable days and Marisa is an excellent host, always available to help us in our stay.

GREAT EXPERIENCE ! We had a great stay, very comfortable, very well equipped, complete kitchen, all new and working, excellent showers, comfortable beds, clean and smelling bed and bath linens, air conditioning FREEZING in the bedrooms and living room. Condomínio has great infrastructure, heated pool in operation, a lot of security for the family. The Condominium near the sea, if only 5 minutes by bike, 20 minutes' walk, by car 2 minutes. Hosts Luiz and André were very kind and considerate, from time to time they asked if we were enjoying hosting, and whenever we called them they responded quickly. Many games in the house, fun for adults and kids. We'll be back for sure.
