I live in another country and wanted to present my family so that my mother would know the sea, even without me being present, Anderson was very kind, made contact with me and my sister and always promptly answered all the questions. The house is very cozy exactly as it is described and with a great location. Both the arrival and the exit of my family were very quiet. Super recommend and sure if I have the opportunity in the future I will stay to take advantage of the gaucho coastline.

We were among 13 people and we love staying in this residential! The house is the same in the photos! It had all the utensils announced! Very close to the sea and guitar lagoon! Donos always very kind and responded very quickly to what was questioned! Each is extremely clean! Swimming pool always being cared for by the owners! We enjoy the days at the house a lot and we will return at another opportunity!

The well located apartment, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops. Heated pool and play library are excellent for those traveling with children. The building also has a game room, gym and cinema. Well equipped apartment, comfortable bed and sofa bed, good shower, good internet. Glaucio and Claudia are very kind and respond quickly. This is my second time staying with Fernando. Great apartment, all working perfectly, clean, bedding and towels of great quality and super clean! Super peaceful locale, has a large area of grass, a great pool, and for those who like dogs have even a mini dog track. Likewise, the dogs are super welcome and my b***h loves to stay there! The site also has a very cute little torment! Fernando is super accessible, responds fast and flexible with check in and check out! I will definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The stay was very good, the service of Samantha, Rodrigo's secretary, was impeccable. We had problems with the television, the Netflix app did not work and only picked up a TV channel, but nothing that compromised the stay. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable, as in the photos. As a suggestion to further improve the stay that was already very good, it would be to put a light in the outdoor area to be better used at night.
