The super organized house, we went in a couple and a child and the house answered us perfectly. Great shower in both bathrooms. Wide, fenced-in backyard. There are few utensils in the kitchen, for three people it was enough, but for more people I suggest taking it.

This is my second time staying with Fernando. Great apartment, all working perfectly, clean, bedding and towels of great quality and super clean! Super peaceful locale, has a large area of grass, a great pool, and for those who like dogs have even a mini dog track. Likewise, the dogs are super welcome and my b***h loves to stay there! The site also has a very cute little torment! Fernando is super accessible, responds fast and flexible with check in and check out! I will definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Amamos the town is close to everything market, pharmacy, bars and restaurants including everything accessible on foot and the beach less than 1 block away. The window view from the direct to the sea. Everything was just as listed, kind host, and the lady who hands over the very helpful keys. We will definitely come back more often.

We rented the apto for 3 days, we had never gone to Capão Novo. I really liked the beach and the location of the apto. The pictures well describe the place, full cuisine and close to the beach as well as restaurants and market. If you have a chance, we will definitely return. Please note that the apt does not have a washer but has a tank that allows you to wash clothes by hand or you can also take it in a nearby laundry room. The apt had beach chairs and a cart, making it easy for those who are staying and cannot carry these items. In short, a great place for a great value.
