The location of the property is in an easily accessible street, close to the beach, calm, peaceful environment, conducive to rest and relaxation. 20 minutes (when traffic is normal) from dream beach and 30 minutes from pine tree beach and 40 minutes from Guarda do Embaú with access by BR 101. Excellent stay, your host Sergio was very Gentil and requested, quickly answered all the questions, making himself available, made the stay wonderful and special. I recommend it.

The apartment has a very good location as it is close to markets, bakeries, restaurants and a few meters from the beach. Inside it is a cozy and clean place, with many resources available (wifi, cable, electronics, air-conditioning, among others), but in our view it has left much to be wished for at some times because it could have a better infrastructure. Still, in the moments that we asked for some help or appeal, hosts helped us and everything was excellent, always thoughtful and available.

My stay was great, Keila and her husband were always available to assist us in something or give tips on what to do nearby, always very kind and attentive. Our shower gave us trouble and promptly fixed it. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a few days. It is very close to the beach and supermarkets, a nice and quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay in Vanda's apartment, she was very kind and was waiting for us to give us the keys and give us directions. The apartment was spotless and has all the amenities to be comfortable. The condo is quiet and well maintained. The location is perfect, with direct beach access and 100 meters from shops and restaurants. Vanda was very kind and allowed us to check out late to match the departure with our return flight. We would definitely like to come back. Thank you very much Vanda!

First of all, Zenaide is a wonderful host. She is sweet, happy and very helpful. The place is fantastic. Every area has a relaxed feel and Zenaide’s decorative style is very peaceful. Our family of 5 with three young kids enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this place.

Our stay was great, the house is the best I and my family have already booked on airbnb. It is extremely spacious and comfortable, we arrived and everything was clean and organized, in addition it is super complete, it has absolutely everything, from utensils (pots, cutlery, etc.) to kitchenware to sunguard, chair and everything else (putting it here because I find super valid information that we didn't know). Alexandre responds super fast and is very helpful. The neighborhood is great, has markets, bakeries and super close pharmacies. The nearby beach is very brave but super beautiful. The only issue that can get in some way who wants to go with friends or a more hectic family is the issue of sound, because the neighborhood is super demanding, even with ambient sound. Other than that, for those who want to go to rest with the family like we were is super quiet. We like it very much and we have nothing to complain about, we definitely intend to go back!

The apartment is for six comfortable people. Very well-equipped, 3 bathrooms, excellent, everything is very well maintained and of good quality. The complex is very nice and safe. It is located 5 blocks from the beach access and the road is very pleasant. There is no toaster and only a regular capsule coffee maker, the rest has everything and is very good. Everything was excellent, we'll be back for sure!

Casa Linda, clean, airy, accommodates 3 couples comfortably. Kitchen fully equipped with utensils and appliances. The only negative point is the bathroom of the suite, shower with weak water. Super attentive host, always responded quickly. We love it.

I stayed with my boyfriend at Andrea's and it was a highly recommended experience!! She was very kind to us the entire time. The day we arrived it was raining heavily and due to traffic our arrival time was delayed 1 hour. Anyway, he let us in and when we arrived he recommended reliable delivery services in the area to eat. Communication was prompt and efficient at all times. The accommodation is just as seen in the photos, impeccable. It's a container, I think that's the only thing that's not mentioned in the ad. But the fact doesn't change the comfort of the house at all. Everything works perfectly and the air conditioning was the star on hot mornings. The neighborhood is average, neither very nor so so. This was my first time renting through Airbnb and it was a resounding success. I would definitely stay with Andrea and her husband again, who was also very kind!

My wife participated in a competition and we needed a little extra time for her to bathe and organize for the trip back and Elio was very attentive and allowed us a little more time to get organized.
