Ademirval's house is very nice, quiet, clean, and cozy Great for those looking to rest and still be close to the center of Florianópolis Ademirval welcomed me very well and was always available:)

We stayed 11 people. The house is very complete and equipped. Albertina a genius. the nearby beach very nice. The transit to leave by Ingleses very complicated. would still book again

We stayed between 7 adults and 2 babies at Juceli's house and it was simply wonderful. The house is great, wide, with all the amenities needed. It has air-conditioning in all the rooms which was fantastic in the heat of 35c. The house is very close to the beach (2 small blocks), has an excellent garden in the front to wash everything when returning from the beach and for the children to play, also has a covered area with barbecue on the very comfortable side with table and chairs for the whole family, an external shower and hose, toys for the children and various beach items (many chairs, boards and 1 sunguard). Juceli received us even with a beautiful orchid in the living room and a few beers. We enjoy every second. We create memories that will be recorded forever. Note 10/10!

The house is pretty good and easy to live in. The outside area is nice and cozy. The location is coool, close to the beach, the condominium is secure and nice even more with a children. Ana is cool and responsive. We recommend it. One think we found surprising is they locked the dressing in the main room so we have to put our close in other rooms.

The apartment is for six comfortable people. Very equipped, 3 bathrooms, excellent everything very well maintained and of good quality. The complex is very nice and safe. It is located 5 blocks from the beach access and the road is very pleasant. There is no toaster and only a regular capsule coffee maker, the rest is everything and very good. Everything is excellent, we will be back for sure!

We stayed 11 nights in Açores hosted in Henrique's house, with very good facilities, bedding, air conditioning in the bedrooms, very good refrigerator, horizontal freezer, very good kitchen and microwave. all in very good condition. The treatment with Henrique was very good, very attentive and kind. A great family experience and with friends in Açores.

The place is very good, the place fits the description and had a plus, all in very good condition. Fred and Caico are permanently ready to respond to any concerns and attention to any needs that may arise. They provide information and make available for example a grill, Freezer and ice on a large scale for those who need it. I recommend this place for the accommodation, the area and the hosts.

We spent 3 months at Marcelo's house and it was a very good experience. The house is incredible, very well-equipped, you find everything you need. Luciana was excellent Co-host, very cordial and helpful. I recommend this location. The river tavares is very quiet, mtos restaurants, bakeries, markets. Thank you for hosting.

Great stay. very close to the beach. host Gabriel and his family are very attentive, always ready to help us. We use the space for only one night, as we use a rest point. The place was neat and tidy, the host responded to us when asked.

A peaceful place with all the necessary amenities to feel comfortable. The internet connection is good, making it suitable for people who work online.

There is a Kids space facing the hostel where my son and those of the other guests loved and Mrs. Khrystyna very kind , lovely and attentive to me and her guests...Congratulations...

The stay was beautiful! Reinoldo was there for every detail. He helped us with the water issue, which was a concern for us, and left both written notes and gifts that I really appreciated. I recommend it 100%. I would stay there again.

Great stay in a comfortable and well located place. The host was attentive in communication and showed open to suggestions to make the space even more enjoyable. It was agile check-in and the staff of the building always very kind. I recommend it for short and long stay.

Daniel was available to answer quickly since the very first question I made, and through the whole time before arriving to the apartment. The place was as described, a very confortable apartment in an amazing condominium. 600mts walk to the beach directly from the condo, well equipped with everything you need. Restaurants available walking distance, as well as supermarkets, even a small 24hs self service store within the condominium I fully recommend this place!

The large and comfortable big dptoo, cleanliness and pecrable, nothing to object,how in the publication , kitchen appliances of all , nothing was missing. Paragraph aside for airton and his wife, excellent hosts very kind, attentive, always predisposed for what we needed. It was very good our stay in Mauricio's apartment! I recommend staying there. It has all the necessary appliances, everything very modern and comfortable. A few steps from the main center of Ingleses and the beach. The first day the A/C didn't work and they quickly fixed it. We would definitely stay there again!

Our stay here was great. Comfortable apartment and the community has great amenities, especially for kids. Hosts were responsive even during holidays.

Everything was great! Ana Paula is very kind and helped a lot! Everything is neat and clean. Apartment is great and comfortable. Very nice condominium with spectacular pool and nice little grocery! Gym was not cleared for use. Location is good, close to the beach, but only has one access and is very bottled. And we found with few options of good bakeries, good restaurants, good services. But it was wonderful!!! I highly recommend!!!

Apartamento offers exactly what it says in the description. It was neat and tidy, sheets and towels well-smelling. Quiet place, has two swimming pools in the condominium. It's close to the beach. Very kind, flexible and responsive host.
