Me and my family love to stay in Mr. Roger. He answered us to check in early, we were welcomed and attended by the condominium staff. The apto. is funny, exactly as in the pictures and description. When we arrived it was clean and fragrant. It is very cozy and very close to the beach and we were able to rest assured about the security of the place. We highly recommend it, and if we go back to Caraguá, we will definitely look for Mr. Roger's apt.

Leandro gave us precise and clear guidelines including videos. He kept in touch whenever necessary. The accommodation is in a great location, has movement on the waterfront at night, bakery, liquor distributor, everything nearby. The best point is to be in front of the beach, which we enjoy a lot!

Second time I stayed at the place Vivian, is an excellent host. very polite and responds quickly to messages. The site is the same as the listing, is in a great location, close to the historic center of São Sebastião, close to the bus station and close to the ferry between São Sebastião and Ilhabela. I highly recommend it and I hope to stay other times rs.

The beach where the house is located is not exactly for bathing. However, a breathtaking view and close to the other beaches. The house is simple but cozy. Great value for money. Easy to access.

Edio was extremely understanding and flexible throughout the stay. I had a problem going and I ended up late for check-in, and Edio was extremely patient. It also allowed us to check out later. The house is beautiful, very well cared for, close to the beach and comfortable.

Great residence in a gated condominium, with two large suites, living room with TV and Wi-Fi, full kitchen, lavabo, barbecue and laundry room. Air conditioning in every room. It has all the necessary appliances, including even to a toaster. Everything works perfectly. Quiet and quiet environment, with easy access to the beach, shopping mall, center, bakery and restaurants. We enjoyed fifteen wonderful days on the property, and the host, Mr. Adilson, showed great promptness, promptly responding to all our requests and questions. We will return for sure.

Very well located in the southern part of Ubatuba. Easy access to the beaches of Caçarca, Fortaleza, Maranduba and Lagoinha and also to the castle of the Heralds of the Gospel. The cozy condo with a pool. Apt well looked after and clean. I recommend it!

Very good, safe place and very family. Concierge security. Super kind host and answer all my questions very quickly. We love the apartment, just like the photos and super cozy. We love it and will be back more often for sure. I loved that there is a mural in the apt where people who passed by leave a note telling how the experience was. We leave ours also there. Wonderful, you can be afraid, you won't regret it!

Second time we stayed in this apartment, very close to the beach, there is a very close market and the internet is very good to watch movies etc.

We went in January. We stayed at the Lotus house with a child (2 years) and a dog. Airbnb is amazing, especially for dogs. The leisure area is very large and spacious.
