Beachfront vacation rentals in Praia do Capricornio

we were in another Accommodation and decided to extend the stay. We entered Airbnb and found the Jade House. A pearl of place. Extremely clean, great location and Hosta helped us a lot. It was empathetic and spared no effort to help us. We can say that it was the best Hosting we have done in recent years and we intend to return soon In fact, we didn't want to leave the place.😁 There was nothing missing but enjoying it so much that we decided to leave a little gift for The House and the next Guests who are sure will be very happy in their choice. Congratulations, congratulations, congratulations.. and thank you.🙌

We can't help but fall in love with Casa do Barco, Sepituba Beach and everyone who takes care of it. Starting with Francisco, an extraordinary person, Rafael, extremely helpful and competent and the Giba, always impeccable. Everyone really bought in making your stay something special (and they can get it). The house smells like softener, is extremely clean and comfortable and the experience of being there is surreal. Much more than you can imagine or describe with words. We will return with ctz. Sign. Cristiano, Marina and Gigante. 🐶

Wonderful house, I will go more often

It was an amazing experience, it met all expectations, the rooms are great and we were very comfortable, even though it was in 8 adults and one baby. The kitchen has everything you need. The condominium is very quiet, right in front of the beach, the barbecue area is complete and the pool a delight, saved a lot on rainy days. A special thanks to Rodrigo, it was very welcoming and made everything easier. Bringing a blanket is good for colder nights.

Casa Boa, with lawn in the back yard with a very tasty hammock on the balcony, well-equipped kitchen. Outdo da Lagoinha can do amazing walks. The must-see trail to the Bonete, the architects' red beach, Domingas Dias beach...

The house was excellent, very beautiful and large, beautiful backyard. Just an observation about the pool area of the condominium that was very dirty the water and the abandoned-looking environment. Plus , everything went great.

The location of the house is simply excellent, perfect for those seeking convenience and easy access to the beach and local commerce. The property is well taken care of, offers everything that was described in the listing and guaranteed a very pleasant stay. I recommend it and we will definitely come back!

The accommodation is comfortable, organized and has all the things necessary for a good stay. The hostess Maria Alice was very attentive, responded to all the messages sent and relaxed check-in and check-out according to availability, provided us with great tranquility both at the entrance and at the exit. The condominium is very organized, the pool is very quiet and tasty. You can walk quietly to the beach and has good restaurants and structure nearby. Everything was great and I would highly recommend hosting.

The apartment is seaside, great for walking around, with a good location! Less than 10 min from the city centre and shopping! All the staff of the condominium are extremely kind and polite! The apartment is very comfortable, clean, corresponding to the photos! The balcony has a beautiful side view of the beach! My family and I love the stay!

The house of António e da Teresa is exactly like in the pictures. Very clean, well decorated, very well equipped and perfect for rest days on the beach of Santiago (the most beautiful one I've ever been on the north coast of SP). The beds are very comfortable, the bath is great and the common areas are perfect for sharing happy moments with family and friends. We can't wait to return to this refuge! Anthony was an excellent host. Very kind and helpful throughout the stay.

The place is quiet, for those looking for tranquility is perfect. Casa Tasty but we miss the air conditioning. The house had air but it didn't work which made us a little frustrated. The house has a good structure and comfort.

My family and I loved our stay at Mrs. Georgina's place! The space is cozy, well taken care of, and ideal for relaxing and enjoying family moments. Since our arrival, we have been greeted in an impeccable way. Dona Georgina welcomed us with a beautiful café accompanied by a delicious cake, which made us feel right at home from the first moment. We spent wonderful family days at Luiz's house. He was always very attentive to all the details. Imagine waking up and having a beautiful home in the sand, with a super hot beach and going out with kayaking or swimming in the sea. SUPER BEACH HOUSE!!! The accommodations are spacious and very comfortable. The garden is wonderful with plenty of space for kids to play. The location is great, with restaurants on the beach and the pier with the Aqua Bus next door, which takes you to the northern and southern beaches. We meet Ana Paula, a love of person, who provides housekeeping, babysitter and is a super cook! Luiz, thank you very much for all the affection and we will definitely be back soon!

We had an amazing stay in a unique AirBnB with plenty of space. The managed neighborhood is run by very attentive staff and the beach was a dream!

The house is exactly the same as the photos. Amazing sea view, super-equipped kitchen, and warm cosiness in the house. Design of the house is super gorgeous, and the distance from the beach is super short. I loved spending days here! In addition, the hosts were super communicative to answer any questions. Super Indico!

Our stay at Refugios at Praia Grande do Bonete was perfect. The house is beautiful, even better than in the pictures. It's comfortable, bright, full of beautiful details in each of the spaces. The kitchen is super equipped, the rooms have good beds and large mosquito nets for the bugs, beautiful bathrooms and three terraces with different views. The house is above the beach in a privileged location, in a couple of steps you are on the sand. It's a very quiet beach, usually with few waves, which is perfect for going with small children. Both Cafu (the landlord) and Miro ( the botero) were very friendly and helped us settle into the house and with the transfers whenever we need it. We hope to be back soon!

Very friendly and attentive host, very well located and clean house, many ventilators, well ventilated, very safe, quiet neighborhood and with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea, less than two minutes from the beach on the walk, very calm and clean beach (for children to stay at ease), super friendly street vendors, very good portions of the kiosks, market and pizzeria very close by (by the way the pizza is wonderful and super fast delivery). We will definitely be back!!!
