Claudemar was extremely attentive and was there at the check-in, very well located and quiet building, we had no problems with the ap during the stay. Just a point of attention is that the 2nd suite is a very small room at the back of the kitchen and the bed takes up all the space, getting in and out of the bathroom is a little challenging, and our boys ended up not staying there by staying away from everyone. The location and situation of the suite had not been so clear in the listing.

Without a doubt it was the best I was. It's very nice when you're positively surprised at a hosting. Very good benefit cost, because it is in one of the best neighborhoods in the city, with everything around, without ceasing to be silent. The accommodation is very good, with the best possible view of the city

The experience was memorable! Everything magical, host note 1000. Space 1000 note. My family loved it. We hope to be able to get back as fast as we can.

Before deciding to book, I had mixed feelings due to the varying feedbacks. I decided to book anyway & I did not regret the decision at all. Thays did an amazing job at keeping the loft clean & fresh for our stay. Towels & blankets were nicely rolled in individual plastic bags. New a/c was installed & kept the place very cold. No private parking space available but plenty of spots nearby & you could surveil your car from the loft. There were comments about the jacuzzi not heating up but it DEFINITELY does. It just takes a while. Since I knew about this issue from the comments, I planned when I wanted to use it & turned the heater on a few hours before. Communications could generally improve a bit but I understand that Thays probably has many things to handle & could sometimes be very overwhelming. Perhaps preparing a standard template with all useful information could help. Overall, my husband & I truly enjoyed our stay. Thays & family are very welcoming hosts & friendly. 😊💯👏🏽?

This place was absolutely incredible. Even better than the pictures and description. The cohost Marlon was so nice and helpful throughout our stay. We mentioned going to celebrate Valentine’s Day so we were greeted with some complementary wine and allowed to check in earlier than anticipated. The location was perfect, drug store, bakery, restaurants, and a beautiful beach all within a couple minutes walk. Huge floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the view, everything was newly renovated with some of the most beautiful bathrooms I’ve experienced. Out of the 6 months I’ve been visiting and traveling through Brazil, this was the best stay we’ve had! Will definitely come back! Highly recommend all to experience this wonderful place.
