We had a lovely few days in Armaçao. We didn’t meet Valentine, but Antonio was very responsive to messages, and met us late at night when we arrived after a long drive, showed us around and said he was happy to help with anything we needed. The apartment is in a great location, close to the beach and lots of restaurants, but quiet enough that we didn’t hear any noise from local bars. It was very well equipped and nice and spacious. Would stay again!

The location was perfect - big balcony on the 7th floor with a beautiful view of the sea. Easy to walk everywhere for shops an restaurants and great for walking along the beach for miles! A very comfortable apartment with big TV in the lounge and all the amenities for eating in. Nuno is very responsive and helpful particularly when we had a power cut due to a severe downpour. He talked me through getting the power back within 10 minutes of contacting him. Would thoroughly recommend!

Top Class Spacious Apartment which contains all the amenities anyone would need for a relaxing and enjoyable break. Gard has thought of everything down to the smallest detail. It has a stunning large terrace with and incredible sea view. The location is excellent and surrounded by cafes, restaurants bars and shops and easy access to fabulous walks along the promenade. Lovely apartment. Well appointed and the welcome bottle of wine, greatly appreciated. Lovely pool, secure property and parking space a real bonus for the area. Close to the beach and restaurants and surrounding cliff top walks. We did utilise the kitchen to cook some meals and found it wasn’t lacking in cooking utensils. Great location, thoroughly recommend this property.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable place, had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful, greeted us when we arrived after dark and helped us settle in. The hot tub was a great pleasure to enjoy in the morning and at night. Everything worked out so smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment has a nice view over the sea if you think of the roofs of the houses for a while. It is perfectly equipped in terms of kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom. The large terrace offers the opportunity to relax there, except when it rains because then the rain strikes half of the terrace inside. Breakfast, lunch and /or dinner are done on the terrace, because there is no space inside the living room, only a folding table in the kitchen. A manual and some guidelines regarding the use of appliances and house rules, where, for example, the waste has to go, would be convenient. The commissioning of the apartment happened excellently. Guidelines were given by phone and upon arrival there was someone who let us in and provided all the necessary explanations. A plus is also the underground garage where you can safely park your car. Excellent wifi, which was important to me.

It was what we expected, since being in the center of the Algarve, we were able to move in both directions and visit almost everything.

Good location, only a few minutes walk to the beach. Good communication, we arrived after 23.00 and met with rep easily, slight problem with power during our stay which was assisted with promptly and efficiently. Kitchen well stocked with quality equipment and utensils. Our trip was late October so the place as quite enough. All good, no hesitation in recommending this host.

Beautiful home in quiet location with amazing views. Short drive to attractions and restaurants . House had everything we needed and suited our group of 5 perfectly . The sunrises and sunsets over the cliffs were spectacular. Loved being able to walk along the cliffs each day and to a secluded beach . Cecelia was a wonderful host . Sam is a fantastic host and we couldn’t have asked for more. The apartment was spotless and in a beautiful, quiet location only a short walk to the local beach or into the old town where there are some great restaurants. This is the third time we have visited Ferragudo and will definitely be back again next year 😍

Group of us stayed in 2 of Andre’s properties and it was perfect for what we were looking for. Great location close to beach and strip for bars and restaurants. Access to complex pool as well which was great. Both Andre and Nadine were really easy to communicate with and were very helpful.

Mariana's place was exceptional. Living directly on the beach. The only disadvantage of the place is that it doesn't encourage to go further than long walks on your own territory :)

We enjoyed our stay at this authentic small Portuguese home on a quaint tiny street within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. 4 stories tall with 3rd and 4th floors open to the outside providing incredible views of the city and the ocean. Bedrooms on the second floor, bathroom on first floor and on third floor. Incredible views from the 3rd and 4th floors. Marina was wonderful to work with and responded promptly to our questions.

Set back off the promenade with a perfect view of the beach. Ideal location with most amenities close by.

With all the many positive reviews here, I can only agree and emphasize again how great this place is! - The view of the castle and the harbor entrance with the river Arade from the balcony and terrace is simply stunningly beautiful (you can hardly sit more beautiful!). The decor of the villa is authentic and not hypermodern. Overall, we found it very consistent, also with the decoration. The bedroom with terrace and shower room is very spacious and the view is also super nice here. The 2nd bedroom is a bit dark, as the large window in it "only" goes to the small terrace in front of the house and does not really fall in a lot of light here. But since we didn't stay in this room for long except for sleeping, that didn't bother us. The only downside is that there is little space in the cabinets because there are many blankets, etc. The house itself is spacious, the living/dining area large and cozy. A great place for us!!
