Vacation rentals with a patio in Praia da Lota

A fantastic apartment in a great location. It was spotlessly clean, all the linen was of a good quality. The kitchen was superbly equipped with everything you needed and more. We spent a lot of time on the lovely balcony overlooking the pool - great for wine and cheese in the evening! The pool was amazing, quiet, plenty of beds, and a bar if you wanted a drink, It was only a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and the ferry to the beach. Sad to leave but we will return!

Great stay and very comfy apartment!

Stayed for 5 weeks in Nov/Dec loved the apartment so well equipped & comfortable, towels folded on bed , slippers,chocolates all on arrival plus fruit bowl,beer & wines in fridge.Made good use of the bbq facilities on the terrace. Manta Rota very quiet around this time of year which we knew as visited before when staying in nearby Cabanas but still have a few bars & cafes decent supermarket & a good butchers. Easy access for a boardwalk to Altura or walk opposite direction along the beach to beautiful Cacella Vella. Lucy was always available via messaging & Ricardo was on hand in village if needed. All in all great place to stay would not hesitate to return in the future.

We stayed in the apartment for 13 days and everything was to full satisfaction. We had a really good time. Everything you need is provided. The kitchen is very extensive with all the necessities if you want to cook for yourself. It is a nice bed with a good mattress. And the bathroom is great. In short, the apartment definitely suited our expectations. Michelly has only been in contact if it was really needed and went perfectly. Quick response to questions and very friendly. We hope to return again soon.

I had a lovely stay at Cindy's! It's centrally located but quiet enough, just a few minutes' walk from the waterfront with all its bars, cafés, restaurants, the municipal market etc. (recommendations: Figo de Pita, Sr. Pombo, Tapas e Lendas). Close to the station too - easy and cheap to hop on the train to neighbouring towns (recommendations: Faro, Tavira, Silves). The cottage is as described: small but with everything you need; huge roof terrace, beautiful vaulted ceilings. As Cindy mentions, it does retain damp, so you will notice the smell/humidity, but it's manageable if you ventilate as advised. I was unlucky with the weather so was pleased to have such a cosy place to wait out the rain. Also, with it being winter, the terrace didn't get any sun - but the waterfront does, so head down there for a coffee! Cindy and Sergio were so kind and welcoming, as well as thoughtful and communicative. I definitely recommend Um Casa as a base for exploring the local area. Thank you! :)

Beautiful quiet apartment. The house is still very freshly renovated and also the outdoor area including pool are in great condition. Around it is very quiet. However, everything can be reached in a few minutes by Uber or rental car. The landlords are very kind and always eager. Communication went great and there were valuable hidden gems for restaurants nearby.

Had a fantastic stay. Was a great welcome by Isabel and was super easy check in and out. It was a perfect location to the main street with a brilliant selection of beautiful restaurants and shops. The home was lovely, really homely and had everything you need. We loved the rooftop view it was nice and private also. It's perfect location to everything with lots to do with the trips to the islands and Train station was just a few minutes walk away spent the day going to different places like Tavira & Monte Gordo and many more. We will definitely come back to stay again in the future

The house is equipped with everything you may need. Excellent cleanliness. Brian, he informed us very well of everything; supermarkets, beaches...etc. Our stay was very comforting. Definitely a place we'll recommend.

My family had a great stay. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to the beach, nearby restaurants and parks for the kids. The balcony with a view of the water was a great place to sit and have a coffee in the morning. Highly recommend.

Just back from a week here, really lovely apartment, a great space for a family holiday - spacious rooms, lots of cupboard space, two great terraces, all the facilities, great TV with all languages covered, Netflix etc, games and books and large pool area - easy/walkable to several restaurants and bars in the Old Village plus only 20-25 mins walk to the marina at Vilamoura(Ubers around €4-5 if you don’t fancy the walk)! Lots to do in the area, right on the golf course and several boat trips from the marina. Would recommend and would definitely stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment was wonderful! Super clean, bright and modern. Very private with a lovely roof terrace that is a nice sun trap! Frederieke and Don were really responsive. Great communication from start to finish. Always on hand to message with our queries or questions. So close to the marina, with great restaurants near by. Definitely will come again! Thank you!

We were in Olhão in 2021/2022. At this time we saw Delmar Residence under construction. I was glad to find this AirBnb at this place. We chose it for the big dining area and salon, the chair and the sofa are incredibly comfortable. Also the balcony is a great place to gave an aperitif. We stayed one month and cooked almost every day. We did use the pool only once. It is too small and the water too shallow to really have a swim. Overall a fantastic place to stay. We will come again.

Lovely relaxing time at The Secret Garden. Super clean & cosy. Excellent location for Vilamoura.
