Alberto was super attentive and flexible with everything, even with the check-in and check-out times. I was always available and aware that everything was perfect. The house is amazing, huge, no lack of detail and the surroundings are beautiful. I went with friends to spend the end of my birthday and everything was perfect. Just mention that a guardian lives in the house itself, which although he is friendly, does not stop having a person outside the group inside the house and withholds privacy. You share common areas with the Lord and it is still his home.

The apartment is new and very clean, very spacious and comfortable, perfect for two adults and a child, with two bathrooms, which is also very practical. The kitchen is very well equipped, the neighborhood is very quiet, next to a good cafeteria for breakfast. You can get to the center perfectly with the train from the Getafe station, it's 15-20 min away. We loved everything, we came at Easter and we had a great time!

The dd Fabiola house is just perfect. Every little detail is taken care of, the spaces are beautiful, cozy and truly spacious (we were 7 adults, 1 baby and 2 dogs). Communication and entry/check out has flowed smoothly, responds quickly and is pending to be able to help with anything. Also, just a 5 minute walk you have supermarkets, bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy… We really had everything you need and more. Looking forward to coming back!

The house is very nice as described. Spacious and spacious living room, kitchen with all the necessary utensils and bbq, spacious and comfortable rooms. We loved staying here. The photos are accurate, it was clean & Felix is so responsive and helpful with any needs. It’s small and basement level yet with interior light it feels comfortable and has everything you need for a month long stay. The neighborhood is right next to the Palace and tourist areas, and also beautiful parks and the river walk, so you feel right at the edge of being in the middle of everything but with tranquil nature. 10-15 min walk to everything. Good restaurants and groceries and anything you need just a block away. We chose it based on price and being by nature and it was perfect for us. My husband and our two dogs stayed here comfortably.

Fantastic stay, a pity the bad weather because we couldn't take advantage of the whole place, but the house is wonderful, it doesn't lack anything, we were 10 people with babies and nothing was missing.
