Perfect place for my stay. Everything you need. Perfect for pets and kids. Aaron was super responsive. Location is great. Very clean, great heaters, and secure area for pets.

Brenda and Bart are fantastic hosts! They were proactive and responsive in their communication. I had a question and they called me immediately to clarify, which was much appreciated. Moreover, we were coming from LA in the midst of the wildfires and they were super thoughtful checking on us and how things were going in LA. The house is ideal. We loved the space and the pup loved the yard. There were lots of towels and blankets which is always nice. And the kitchen is updated and well stocked. The washer and dryer worked great too. Highly recommend!

Staying at Nancy's place was a fantastic experience for my family, a family of four including two children. The house is beautiful and Nancy was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is very well equipped, the front and back yards are lovely to sit in. The only difficulty we encountered was that we didn't have longer to stay! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

The home was perfect! It is very well supplied and very walkable to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable for 6 adults. We enjoyed playing the board games at night. Definitely would stay here again next time visiting Carlsbad.

I was willing to pay extra for the location, and boy, did that pay off! I wound up proposing to my fiancée at the top of the street, where a private, secluded cliffside bluff exists. You have to tiptoe down a pathway, but thank goodness we'd walked home from Newport Ave the night before where I located the quintessential proposal spot! Otherwise, the Airbnb worked out terrifically. The neighborhood is delightful; you're so close to all the action in downtown Ocean Beach. 15-minute walk places you right near the bars, restaurants, and shops. Traffic getting in and out of the neighborhood was a breeze. No issues getting rideshares, either. We loved the little compound the owners have set up. There's a grill for each house plus a shared hot tub that we took advantage of using. The apartment itself is a bit outdated, and the price point might be on the higher end. But you're paying for the scenery, proximity to action, and private space.

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! This charming home is the perfect retreat—cozy, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped. The location is conveniently close to everything, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure. The space is incredibly well laid out. The main living area, kitchen, and bathroom were spotless and well-appointed, and we especially loved the fully stocked coffee station—the perfect way to start our mornings! A huge perk of this stay was the fully fenced private yard. Another bonus was the separate office space, which made working from home effortless and comfortable. The host’s responsiveness and hospitality were outstanding. They made communication seamless and provided great recommendations. If you’re looking for a private, cozy, and well-equipped stay with great amenities, this Airbnb is a gem. We can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely weekend in Ocean Beach for the holiday parade and the opening of our son and daughter-in-law's new indoor playspace and bookstore Bluebird Play (above the Noodle House at Niagara and Bacon). The house is adorable. Beds and couches were comfortable, and the property was quiet and also well supplied. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. Would definitely stay again if going to this part of San Diego.

House was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out went smoothly. Communication was great with the owner. Perfectly accommodated our family and location was great. We loved that Better Buzz was within walking distance for a coffee! Grocery store and restaurants also close by. Would highly recommend this rental!

We enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing and beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub . We were close to a lot of beaches -Coronado island and La Jolla and restaurants - old towne and downtown San Diego and the zoo and the airport. The house was beautiful and clean and we felt right at home.

Carli's home was adorable, location was awesome for our event at SnapDragon Stadium. The entire home was clean, linens were great, the kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING you could imagine, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, spacious rooms, the outside area was awesome, while we didn't use the pool, but we did use the hot tub and the pool table which were great! The proximity to everything you would need is wonderful as far as Fashion Valley, restaurants, grocery, etc. I would recommend anybody staying in the area to stay at Carli's home. If I find myself in the area again, I'll definitely stay here!

We had 7 adults and a 2-year old that stayed in the house and then we also had a 32 foot RV that Bruce let us park behind the garage and fence so it was in the back yard. It was the BEST set up for us!!! My husband and I travel in our RV about 9 months a year so we stayed in our RV with electric and water connection. All our kids flew to San Diego for Christmas and stayed in the house. It worked out so good! We had fires in the fire pit multiple nights and the hot tub was amazing. The back yard was so beautiful. My 2-year old granddaughter loved the sand and all the sand toys too! Can’t say enough good things about Bruce’s hospitality!

Love our stay atTiggs home. Was amazing dogs got to swim. We walked to the beach rode by to pickle ball all around great trip.

Beautiful location, nice clean house, and Navid was responsive and kind. Location is very central has grocery stores and restaurants close by.

Rich and Adrienne's place was the perfect beach getaway. It was quiet, comfortable, and well-organized. They've used the space efficiently. The home was very clean and inviting. The kitchen was thoughtfully well stocked. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed the outdoor space and the short walk to the beach. We appreciated the beach gear including a cooler, chairs, boogie boards, and toys. The hosts provided local recommendations on arrival and were quick to respond when asked about specific things like bike rentals, providing great, local recommendations. It was an easy walk to the two main areas of OB with restaurants and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again with our party of two adults and one teenager. This is a real gem in OB.

This was my second time staying here and it was amazing! The location is perfect as it is near all of the best tourist locations in San Diego, and the studio itself is awesome! The hosts are so nice and made us feel right at home. I will definitely be back!

The home was exactly as described. Our dogs loved the outdoor. Gregory was friendly and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again on another occasion.

The place is so safe and cute. We felt right at home. We travel with a 4-month old infant for the first time, and Lisa’s place is perfect for our baby. Lisa even offered a Graco Pack-n-Play which was a perfect bassinet for her. The place was situated in a convenient neighborhood close to Grossmont Center shopping mall and grocery stores and restaurants. We’d stay here again when we are in the area.

Great location and friendly responsive host. Easy check in and out. Clean and comfortable space with all the basics we needed. Showing some wear and tear but suited us perfectly.

Place was clean and spacious. There was a large dog kennel available to for use. Will must likely stay here again as it is very pet friendly. You have your own private patio and dog run, but my pup managed to find a way past the barrier to the larger yard (shared) to sniff around all the interesting smells.

My fiancé and I stayed here for two nights with our two dogs and we had a blast. The backyard was perfect for our dogs and the unit itself has everything you need for a weekend getaway trip. Complimentary coffee and water is provided which was a plus. Kitty was a great host and is very welcoming. Our dogs and her dog Finn had a great time playing with each other in the backyard. We will definitely be coming back for more weekend getaways to San Diego!

The place is very much as advertised. Clean, cozy and we felt right at home. Not in a fancy neighborhood but all the neighbors were friendly and kept to themselves. It is within 15 - 30 minutes of places to eat and other things to do. We will very much consider staying here again.
