We had a lovely stay in the flat! Everything was clean, the introductions were clear and we really enjoined the location.

We arrived late at night in the dark and Dan provided very helpful instructions and maps. He was also flexible re check out time which helped us out.

My son and I enjoyed a relaxing and comfortable break and were only sorry that we only had two nights! The cottage was really lovely with everything you could possibly need including a very helpful folder with lots of suggestions and ideas. The extra touches, like milk and butter in the fridge, were really appreciated. This is the best property by far that we have ever stayed in in terms of provision of logs and lighting materials for the fire, which, given that we were there during a chilly snap in January, was really appreciated. The charge for the property was also very modest, meaning that we enjoyed a very economical yet luxurious break. I would hi #ghly recommend this cottage and think that the owner has done a marvellous job with it.

We had wonderful 3 night stay at Carl's place. The holiday home was well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed exploring the area including Mudeford (15 min walk Along the beach), The New Forest, and Christchurch. The panoramic views on Hengistbury Hill were worth the walk, as were the sandpit marshes near Christchurch priory. Plenty to see and do!

Thank you so much for having us in your lovely home. The house is absolutely beautiful. Furnished with such pretty things, full of little personal touches - toys for kids, lovely toiletries, radios in all the rooms. Pandora was super responsive and helped us find lots of fun local activities for the kids - it honestly felt like a home away from home and we’ll definitely put it up there with one of the best Air BnBs we’ve stayed in. Thanks again for having us! We’d love to return in summier climes!

We really enjoyed staying at David’s cottage for the week over the Christmas break with our newborn baby and dog whilst we visited friends and family in the local area. The size and space of the house was the perfect set up for us. The house was in a great location with local access to a great selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and bars and a really short drive to the beach and Poole town centre. There is a railway line bridge very close to the house but the noise didn’t bother us at all during our stay. For any questions we had for David he always provided a fast and friendly response.

The whole family were amazed with the beauty of the thatched cottage The inside was spotless and well equipped and the hosts were only an email/ message away. We only wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the cottage a little more......next visit it's a guarantee.

Perfect for a winter weekend getaway. Accomadation and contents as listed, clean and in a pleasant setting. Would recommend and return in future.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Joe’s place. Everything was spotless and nicely decorated. Joe communicated clear instructions of check in and was quick to respond. The apartment is a gorgeous escape, and was much needed from our busy lives. The kitchen is well equipped, it was nice to be able to make some food instead of having to order in, and it is always nice to have a coffee machine. The hot tub is a must, so nice and hot, a perfect place to spend the evening. It was great to have robes and slippers provided too. We would 100% recommend Joe’s place and hope to return.

Beautiful, warm, clean spacious house in a quiet but central position with parking for 3 cars. Samantha provided everything that we could have wished for and decorated the house for Christmas. We had a great time and Tisbury is not only a beautiful village but it has amazing places around it to visit. We recommend the Boot Inn just around there corner for a meal out. All in all a very happy few days.
