Great apartment with fine finishes, very elegant kitchen, small bathroom but with lots of cabinets and therefore the place is not missing, very elegant shower from Spa, room with a lot of space for clothes and very dark for a good rest, the only advice I allow myself to give, and that maybe you would need two pillows with a heavier grammar for the bed, but and a personal consideration. Under the apartment there are all the services you want, food tobaccos, restaurants ice cream shops bank, pharmacy, bike and scooter rental all within walking distance of the apartment.

Very comfortable apartment in a convenient location to shops, restaurants and a few minutes walk from the ferry boarding. The fact that it overlooks the waterfront makes it easy to get around the country even with a stroller. The historic and characteristic building where the accommodation is located and the refined and very personal taste has given our stay an authentic flavor. Thanks, Sandro!

With her husband and young daughters we spent a magnificent weekend of mid-August in the house of Billo: beautiful newly renovated courtyard house, cared for in every detail, equipped with everything you need, very clean, surrounded by greenery and the tranquility of Mount Amiata. Great location for nature hikes or to reach the main attractions of the area. Gianpaolo has been a caring and always available host, perfect communication. All 5 stars!!

We had a really wonderful, pleasant and comfortable two-day stay. Great location of the apartment, located in front of the sea, quiet area, well connected and therefore super accessible. Impeccable cleanliness, as well as the host Luca, always available and ready to assist us with every request. We will definitely be back!!!

Barbara was friendly and helpful. She contacted us before check-in and made it easy for us to get in. The apartment was clean and centrally located. It has everything needed for cooking. The air conditioner was a great advantage during the hot days of Italy. I recommend this house for your stay in Grosseto.

The apartment is beautiful as well as the location. Marcello was so kind and accommodating. He was available for anything and helped direct us in the best way possible. He gifted us a bottle of Prosecco and a cake due to the Easter holidays. I cannot recommend the apartment enough, as well as Marcello as a host. It is a very special place. We took the opportunity to visit the Terme di Saturnia which was very close to the apartment as well as a nearby town of Pitigiano. A great base for exploring the area and coming back to relax and enjoy the beautifully restored accommodation. Our only negative was that we stayed only one night, I wish we could have stayed longer and already plan to return as soon as we can! Thank you for everything!

The perfect location if you are looking to relax. We especially enjoyed the pool and the stunning view over the the valley and the ocean. Arnoldo and Paula are lovely hosts who were very attentive and happy to help with everything from restaurant reservations to sightseeing recommendations. Thank you for having us!

The cottage is fantastic, we fell in love with the house from the first few seconds. The house is perfect and decorated with a lot of love for design. The garden and the complex are fantastic and breakfast in the garden with the fantastic view remains unforgettable. The amenities are excellent, we didn't miss anything. We used the fireplace every night, and enjoyed our cappuccino in the sun loungers every morning. Holger is an excellent host, communication worked flawlessly and he prepared us with important tips before arrival. Enrico, is an excellent concierge and has taken a lot of time for us. We had to enjoy the privilege , the cooking skills of Enrico Exclusively, to enjoy real Tuscan delicacies (all from the region km 0). Angela served us with her excellent and friendly hosting skills, and told us a little story behind each hallway and plate. We drove away with heavy hearts! Grazie!

Porto Santo Stefano is on the back side of an island that pictures cannot capture! Had no problem finding the location, but did need to communicate with the care taker who did not speak English. I did not expect it and with hand gestures and google translator we got the job done! The Sea is certainly the star of the house and there were wonderful masks and fins of all sizes to use to explore the sea! The pool was reachable by car but walking was a little tricky with the thinness of the road. Once arriving at the restaurant who had a fully stocked bar and then going down to the pool level there were lifeguards for the pool as well as the sea. Ample chairs and umbrellas with restroom facilities with kickboards were all available.

Great apartment in a beautiful area. Clean, spacious and good appliances in the kitchen. Plenty of towels and sheets. Great and quick communication from Carlo during our whole stay. 👌

Amazing apartment. South-facing over a picturesque sleepy harbour. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants you need in town. Can’t wait to return.
