Massimo is super helpful, he gives very useful tips and all the necessary directions to make the most of your visit to the area. Impeccable house perfect temperature, equipped with everything you need, very clean. Super recommended

We stayed at Rangeles and were greeted by his parents, who were kind and hospitable. Check-in was earlier than expected. Very clean and well furnished apartment. They made us find some groceries. The kitchen was complete and there were cleaning products, washing machine, and dishwasher. Bathroom with spacious shower, towels and toiletries. Bedroom with super comfortable bed (with topper). The balcony with laundry rack is also convenient. Great location a stone's throw from the Coop, pharmacy and bar below the house. I only contacted Rangeles at the time of check-in and check-out but simply because we did not have any difficulties and she was always responsive in her responses. Parking below the house is almost always free. Thank you Rangeles!

A small oasis of peace in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. La casetta is a small studio located in a basement equipped with all the necessary amenities. The owners are exquisite people, very helpful and hospitable. There's even a gorgeous pork inside a fence that wings people's views. Super Recommended We will definitely be back and also return to the Castiglione della Pescaia area because we still have so much to visit.

I've never found an apartment so equipped with every comfort and every accessory. It was like being at home. It's not obvious to get so much attention! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and really has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The surroundings are fairytale, and it is located in a well-connected but still quiet and relaxing area. Highly recommended! Too bad we only stayed for a few days, but I hope to be back soon! 😄 In addition, the hosts are super responsive and available for any need/request. Thanks Sara & Sere!

A wonderful little spot! Perfectly located with only a 5 min walk to Cascate del Mulino and 5-10 min drive to the beautiful surrounding towns. It is gated so you feel safe parking your car in the back. Would highly recommend when visiting the area!

Apartment in the middle of nature, well connected to both the beaches and the hinterland. Clorinda and the in-laws above the apartment were friendly and kind. All good!

Beautiful surroundings, easy to find. Around 10 minutes away by car from shops etc but thats what we paid for, to be away from everything. Great hosts and 3 very friendly cats knocking around. All amenities as promised and home made olive oil on arrival.

As always, we had a very good time. The apartment is well organized, tidy and clean. The location is central and you can park your car by walking pretty much anywhere. Raffaele is always ready to respond to you and help you if you need it.

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

Our stay with Leone was everything we could have wished for in a Tuscan countryside visit. The place is clean, charming and simple - no more than you’ll need and no less. It was an honor to meet Leone and spend time on his property. He was incredibly kind, warm, helpful, and has a good sense of humor. Despite the fact that he told us his English wasn’t very good, he was a joy to communicate with and felt like an old friend. Couldn’t recommend more!

Johanna’s delightful listing is in part of the family’s historically significant home. Inside, the apartment is filled with books and interesting art of all kinds. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is small, but I cooked some nice meals. The outdoor space is amazing. We loved having our coffee in the morning in the garden, and our wine in the evening overlooking the harbor. We loved the winding walk into town and back, and there is a nice grocery store very nearby. Johanna and her daughter Giulia were very kind and responsive when the WiFi stopped working. They did everything they could to fix the issue and it was fine for the rest of our stay. They also left us a lovely bottle of wine and we even got a ride from Johanna to and from the bus stop upon arrival and departure. We felt we were truly “guests” of the family. Be sure and ask about the history of the home if you get a chance. Enjoy your stay!

Great apartment and great location to explore Tuscany. Everything was very clean and Othmane was very easily reachable. Next door lives a really nice lady who greeted us nicely. We would definitely book the apartment again. 😊
