Spacious and comfortable one-bedroom apartment equipped with everything you need. "Two steps" from the marina with its promenade full of restaurants, clubs and shops. Host very present and responsive to requests. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time in Giglio. The apartment exceeded our expectations, everything was there, everything worked, just so that it was comfortable for us from the first moment. The view of Campese is spectacular, the surroundings around the apartment are beautiful and functional. The communication worked tip top, we arrived late, but that was no problem. Since friends of ours were also on the island and we visited each other, I really appreciated that the kitchen equipment was not "counted", which means that there were also glasses, cups, etc. for visitors. We will be happy to come back!

Perfect location, very close to the sea and about fifteen minutes from downtown. The house was perfectly as described and we had no problem finding parking. In particular, Spartacus, the owner's son, was very helpful. A pleasant stay!

We stayed at Rangeles and were greeted by his parents, who were kind and hospitable. Check-in was earlier than expected. Very clean and well furnished apartment. They made us find some groceries. The kitchen was complete and there were cleaning products, washing machine, and dishwasher. Bathroom with spacious shower, towels and toiletries. Bedroom with super comfortable bed (with topper). The balcony with laundry rack is also convenient. Great location a stone's throw from the Coop, pharmacy and bar below the house. I only contacted Rangeles at the time of check-in and check-out but simply because we did not have any difficulties and she was always responsive in her responses. Parking below the house is almost always free. Thank you Rangeles!

My two day stay left me wanting for nothing. Cooked, rode the bike to dinner, enjoyed the beach. Would recommend for a long or short stay. Very comfortable.

Wonderful place. Beds are comfortable, bedrooms & bathrooms and common areas are spacious, and the unit has a great view of the seaport. Has all the key amenities you need. Host was very responsive and kind to provide plenty of local recommendations.

I've never found an apartment so equipped with every comfort and every accessory. It was like being at home. It's not obvious to get so much attention! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and really has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The surroundings are fairytale, and it is located in a well-connected but still quiet and relaxing area. Highly recommended! Too bad we only stayed for a few days, but I hope to be back soon! 😄 In addition, the hosts are super responsive and available for any need/request. Thanks Sara & Sere!

Perfect stay, the apartment is nice and good location. Riccardo and Serena are charming and available, warm welcome from Serena, flexible check-in and good communication. I particularly appreciated Serena's availability on the check-out times. I would definitely recommend this place, well located and with all amenities. Orbetello is worth a visit.

Where to start, the place was just fantastic. Monica's flat is lovingly furnished in a combination of antiques, her own artwork and that of her contemporaries. The expansive flat is on the top floor of a modern building, but just outside of Orbetello's old city walls. This affords it the best view of the lagoon from the spacious living room and master bedroom. Her assistant Cosimo settled us in and was always on hand for suggestions of local beaches and restaurants. Overall a delightful stay and can't wait to be back in the winter on a birdwatching tour - this is the perfect base to explore the local WWF reserve.

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

This place is dreamy! It's super clean, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking. My family wished we could stay longer. Communication with Isabella was excellent.

Johanna’s delightful listing is in part of the family’s historically significant home. Inside, the apartment is filled with books and interesting art of all kinds. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is small, but I cooked some nice meals. The outdoor space is amazing. We loved having our coffee in the morning in the garden, and our wine in the evening overlooking the harbor. We loved the winding walk into town and back, and there is a nice grocery store very nearby. Johanna and her daughter Giulia were very kind and responsive when the WiFi stopped working. They did everything they could to fix the issue and it was fine for the rest of our stay. They also left us a lovely bottle of wine and we even got a ride from Johanna to and from the bus stop upon arrival and departure. We felt we were truly “guests” of the family. Be sure and ask about the history of the home if you get a chance. Enjoy your stay!

Luca’s place was the perfect place to stay in Grosseto. The location was just inside the walls of the Centro Storico. Luca suggested nearby street parking that was cost effective, safe and only a 5-minute walk to the apartment. Luca met me and carried my bag up to the first floor. He thoughtfully designed the space to be comfortable and functional. Everything is new and lovely. Highly recommend.

A modern and clean apartment in perfect location just at the entrance to the old city centre of Castiglione. Lorenza was very nice and helpful. Little things like Airbnb logo at the entrance helps so much to facilitate the check-in. We cannot wait to go back again next summer.

Beautiful views, close to the center and peaceful

The apartment is located in a complex with a total of 3-4 other apartments. Our apartment was spacious, rather simply equipped, but with everything you need. The complex is located outside in a rural location, but the nearest place and a shopping center can also be reached by bicycle. Beautiful overgrown and very well-maintained garden with swimming pool. Smooth communication with Othmane.

Nice apartment , comfortable. Very appreciated the location and the private garden with whirlpool. Chiara is kind and helpful , Anastasia is also very efficient on site.
