Apartment vacation rentals in Porto Santo Stefano

Perfect location, very close to the sea and about fifteen minutes from downtown. The house was perfectly as described and we had no problem finding parking. In particular, Spartacus, the owner's son, was very helpful. A pleasant stay!

We stayed at Rangeles and were greeted by his parents, who were kind and hospitable. Check-in was earlier than expected. Very clean and well furnished apartment. They made us find some groceries. The kitchen was complete and there were cleaning products, washing machine, and dishwasher. Bathroom with spacious shower, towels and toiletries. Bedroom with super comfortable bed (with topper). The balcony with laundry rack is also convenient. Great location a stone's throw from the Coop, pharmacy and bar below the house. I only contacted Rangeles at the time of check-in and check-out but simply because we did not have any difficulties and she was always responsive in her responses. Parking below the house is almost always free. Thank you Rangeles!

My two day stay left me wanting for nothing. Cooked, rode the bike to dinner, enjoyed the beach. Would recommend for a long or short stay. Very comfortable.

Wonderful place. Beds are comfortable, bedrooms & bathrooms and common areas are spacious, and the unit has a great view of the seaport. Has all the key amenities you need. Host was very responsive and kind to provide plenty of local recommendations.

We only stayed for three nights (unfortunately), but we had a very good time. The apartment is as described: equipped with everything you need, clean and in a quiet area just steps from the beach. Communication with Elivith was pleasant. Even though we didn't meet personally, we really liked "do-it-yourself" check-in, a very flexible solution.

This was a new area for us and the mention of a greenway for cycling caught our attention. The greenway was nice, but the national park to the south, and Marina di Grosseto and the beautiful harbor of Castiglione Della Pescaia were amazing. Pajtime's place was very central to all, and a very nice place to relax.

Wonderful stay at Matteo’s apartment. The view is beautiful, lots of evenings spent sat drinking wine on the balcony! It’s peaceful, easy to walk into town, basic facilities like coffee, ability to cook, clean bathroom, AC, comfy bed. We liked the stripped back basic feel, with good company, a view, wine and local fish from the market cooked at home we highly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend thank you Matteo!

Perfect stay, the apartment is nice and good location. Riccardo and Serena are charming and available, warm welcome from Serena, flexible check-in and good communication. I particularly appreciated Serena's availability on the check-out times. I would definitely recommend this place, well located and with all amenities. Orbetello is worth a visit.

We felt very comfortable. Allessandra's house is an oasis in the Maremma, chic fields and olive groves and yet super easy to reach. A free quiet beach can be reached in 10 minutes, several places are close by. We really enjoyed our week and recovered superbly. Everything is new and impeccable. Very clean,with air condition and all the best, with an outdoor shower! Fantatish! We will definitely come back and bring all our friends, because the house is very large and offers a lot of space for everyone. We can only recommend it from the bottom of our hearts!

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

Johanna’s delightful listing is in part of the family’s historically significant home. Inside, the apartment is filled with books and interesting art of all kinds. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is small, but I cooked some nice meals. The outdoor space is amazing. We loved having our coffee in the morning in the garden, and our wine in the evening overlooking the harbor. We loved the winding walk into town and back, and there is a nice grocery store very nearby. Johanna and her daughter Giulia were very kind and responsive when the WiFi stopped working. They did everything they could to fix the issue and it was fine for the rest of our stay. They also left us a lovely bottle of wine and we even got a ride from Johanna to and from the bus stop upon arrival and departure. We felt we were truly “guests” of the family. Be sure and ask about the history of the home if you get a chance. Enjoy your stay!

As soon as we had arrived at the door of Luca’s Thank you Airbnb, he and his partner Claudia were there to let us in and show us the place. Both of them are very kind and open people. Easy to talk to easy to ask questions. Even though that evening was quite busy in Grosseto with lots of young people milling around the historic center Luca’s place was remarkably quiet and yet just a minute away from the center of town. A special touch were the breakfast coupons they had put out for us for every morning we spent there. They could be redeemed at a small café, just around the corner. While private parking is not available. The public parking lot is just about 300 m away from Luca’s and Claudia‘s Airbnb. A 5 to 7 minute walk through beautiful Grossetto. We would return anytime!

A modern and clean apartment in perfect location just at the entrance to the old city centre of Castiglione. Lorenza was very nice and helpful. Little things like Airbnb logo at the entrance helps so much to facilitate the check-in. We cannot wait to go back again next summer.

A place to feel comfortable. Arrive and the vacation starts. Very clean and well maintained in a scenic, quiet location. You absolutely have to have a car - but can make great excursions. The landlord Michele is easily accessible for questions and gives great excursion tips. Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back

We only stayed one night but everything was as we expected. Elia was very kind and met all our requests. The house is clean and tidy.

The apartment is located in a complex with a total of 3-4 other apartments. Our apartment was spacious, rather simply equipped, but with everything you need. The complex is located outside in a rural location, but the nearest place and a shopping center can also be reached by bicycle. Beautiful overgrown and very well-maintained garden with swimming pool. Smooth communication with Othmane.

Nice apartment , comfortable. Very appreciated the location and the private garden with whirlpool. Chiara is kind and helpful , Anastasia is also very efficient on site.
