Vacation rentals with breakfast in Porto Santo Stefano

The apartment is beautiful as well as the location. Marcello was so kind and accommodating. He was available for anything and helped direct us in the best way possible. He gifted us a bottle of Prosecco and a cake due to the Easter holidays. I cannot recommend the apartment enough, as well as Marcello as a host. It is a very special place. We took the opportunity to visit the Terme di Saturnia which was very close to the apartment as well as a nearby town of Pitigiano. A great base for exploring the area and coming back to relax and enjoy the beautifully restored accommodation. Our only negative was that we stayed only one night, I wish we could have stayed longer and already plan to return as soon as we can! Thank you for everything!

La casa perfetta! Perché? Bellezza della natura e del panorama, posizione strategica, privacy, servizi esterni ed interni, pulizia, dotazioni della cucina (incluso barbecue), disponibilità, gentilezza di Annamaria e Marcello. Tutto superiore alle aspettative e migliore rispetto alle foto. La casa è cosi accogliente che potresti starci giorni senza uscirne. Noi siamo golfisti e abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza al golf dell’Argentario. Abbiamo anche approfittato dei preziosi suggerimenti di Annamaria riguardo a spiagge, ristoranti e giro in barca con Paolo, amabile marinaio con cui abbiamo visto spiagge altrimenti irraggiungibili e fatto bagni indimenticabili in alto mare. Insomma 10 giorni meravigliosi, una vacanza di assoluto relax circondati dalla bellezza della natura. Non perdetevi questa opportunità.

E' stata la seconda volta come ospite di Ida, se torniamo su all Amiata penso proprio che torneremo da lei ci è piaciuto stare li casa comoda e completa di tutto il necessario.

Marisa heeft ons warm onthaald en bood onmiddellijk iets fris om te drinken aan. Ze vertelde ook hoe we gratis van het ene strand naar het andere konden gaan met een busje. Ze deed haar uiterste best om zich verstaanbaar te maken niettegenstaande ze weinig Engels spreekt. Ze zorgde ook voor een ontbijt. De kamer en badkamer waren zeer proper!

Nous sommes très contents du séjour que nous avons passé avec nos trois petites filles, en Toscane, dans l'appartement de Lorenzo. Appartement très spacieux est conforme aux photos. L'accueil est chaleureux ( gâteau délicieux fait maison 😋💕, café, thé, biscottes, lait, beurre), le linge de maison est fourni en grande quantité ! Machine à laver à disposition également. Le seul "inconvénient" si s'en est un est le manque de climatisation, mais nous avons utilisé les trois grands ventilateurs qui étaient les bienvenus !!!!! Les places de parking sont également rares selon l'heure à laquelle on rentre . bon souvenir pour nous cinq. C'est un vrai plaisir d'y flâner le soir, devant une bonne glace! Nous avons visité les cascades de Saturnia, le lac de Bolsena (sur lequel nous avons passé deux heures merveilleuse en bateau de chez Il Platano, la plage blanche de rosignano , celle d'Albinia, et enfin les thermes de Saturnia ! Bref 6 jours merveilleux ! Nous y reviendrons sûrement !!!

Simone e' un Host fantastico. per qualsiasi cosa è presente e risponde subito cercando di venire incontro su quello che può. la casa è ben pulita , ben tenuta e in pratica sei nel cuore di Orbetello, un oasi fantastica . sicuramente torneremo ancora.

La casa è carina e confortevole, ordinata e dotata di tutto ciò che era indicato. Luogo strategico per poter girare nei dintorni e paese molto carino e caratteristico. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili, attenti alle nostre esigenze e reperibili. Ottima per piccole famiglie

Il soggiorno nell'appartamento è stato piacevole , Ilaria è un'ottima padrona di casa , sempre disponibile e capace di darti ottimi consigli. Appartamento molto pulito , strategica posizione sia per la vicinanza a negozi e ristoranti , sia per raggiungere le spiagge dell'argentario, con un valore aggiunto del posto auto privato .

Sono stata 4 giorni con i miei due nipoti nell’appartamento di Antonella e mi sono trovata benissimo. Antonella è stata una host perfetta, sempre disponibile e interessata che noi stessimo bene. L’appartamento, che gode di una vista mozzafiato sulla campagna intorno, era pulitissimo e dispone di tutte le comodità di cui uno ha bisogno per passare una vacanza rilassante. Anche la piscina è bellissima e si trova in un giardino tranquillo e pulito. La posizione dell’agriturismo è perfetta, perché si trova abbastanza vicino al mare e anche al bellissimo borgo Magliano in Toscana, dove si mangia pure bene (Antonella ci ha consigliato alcuni ristoranti). Tra l’altro, una mattina Antonella ci ha fatto trovare davanti alla porta una cassetta piena di pomodori del suo orto, davvero un bellissimo gesto. Consiglio questo posto a tutti, perché per me è da 4 stelle, anche se i prezzi sono contenuti. Grazie, Antonella, per la bellissima vacanza!

Thanks to the ENTIRE family, we felt welcomed and well received. They were always accommodating and never obtrusive. The home is nestled among an olive grove with two very sweet cats. It so peaceful during the day and no light pollution, which made excellent star gazing. We were about 15 minutes to the downtown area but felt like we in a private resort. There’s a full fridge and large oven/stove so you can stock up and make meals. Most importantly, my Mother has very limited mobility, there were no steps or elevator for the first floor bedroom (second bedroom is upstairs with a gorgeous view)

Luca’s place was the perfect place to stay in Grosseto. The location was just inside the walls of the Centro Storico. Luca suggested nearby street parking that was cost effective, safe and only a 5-minute walk to the apartment. Luca met me and carried my bag up to the first floor. He thoughtfully designed the space to be comfortable and functional. Everything is new and lovely. Highly recommend.

Giacomo, was an absolute legend! Such a great guy, welcoming and helpful. The property is set amongst beautiful gardens overlooking the spectacular Tuscan countryside. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have all you need. Would’ve loved to have stayed longer. Thanks for everything G and hope to return soon

This place is truly amazing, with breathtaking views. Our room was spotless and beautifully designed, with thoughtful details throughout. Breakfast and dinner were incredible, homemade bread and tiramisu that we’ll never forget! Enjoying our meal outside surrounded by spring greenery was like a dream. Gaia and Nico are wonderful hosts; kind, responsive, and full of great tips for exploring the area. We felt so at home and can’t wait to return, especially to try the new yurt with its jacuzzi!😍✨

The place was beautifully and tastefully decorated, with a great attention to detail that made it feel very cozy and inviting. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was fantastic – just a pleasant walk to the sea, which we absolutely loved. On top of that, the food in the area was delicious, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We had an unforgettable three-night stay at Monia’s wonderful airbnb! The property is surrounded by nature, with a beautiful garden overlooking the water and friendly animals all around. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and truly felt like home. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, tidy, and lovingly decorated, with fresh tea and clean towels always available in the room. Monia (always with a smile and laughing) spoiled us with delicious breakfasts and even prepared a fantastic homemade four-day menu for just €35—everything was fresh and full of love. Her house wine was excellent and only €10. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We’ll definitely be back - thanks for everything!

We had a lovely 2 days at this air BnB. Simone greeted us on arrival and even took our luggage to the room. The staff were all very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and was a great place to unwind after a busy few days! Breakfast was delicious. Fresh food provided every morning including fresh coffee and baked goods! I really rate this place highly! Will recommend to my friends and family.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti nella struttura gestita dal signor Croce che fin dall'arrivo ci ha fatti sentire come a casa, consigliandoci con grande simpatia dalle spiagge migliori ai ristoranti più caratteristici nei dintorni di Magliano. La stanza, con vista sul giardino interno (per una fresca e rilassante colazione) e sull'Isola del Giglio risulta ancora più bella rispetto alle foto. Pulizia e silenzio rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un peccato aver trascorso soltanto due notti, ritorneremo al più presto. Consigliatissimo!!!
