Ana was a wonderful host! She gave us excellent instructions for accessing the building and apartment plus a map of the area with personal preferences and famous places to see. The apartment was beautiful, met our every need and was walking distance to the metro and also to stroll through the streets of Gaia down to the Douro! I would highly recommend!

Maria's apartment was a delight - exactly as described and spotlessly clean. Maria welcomed us on arrival and gave us a good introduction to Porto in respect of places to visit and restaurants to try. The apartment itself was situated close to tram and bus services; there was a basic mini market a few minutes walk away and a larger supermarket about 15 mins walk or two minutes on the 500 bus! We had a lovely short break and would very happily make a return booking! Many thanks Maria

If this apartment was any closer to the river it would be in the river. There are a few restaurants in the immediate area but it is a bit of a trek to the part of the town where the happening part of town is. Once you get there be prepared to climb some hills. This has no reflection on Susana or her apartment. She was a very helpful and gracious host. She showed up when we got there and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. If you do not mind the walk to town and then climbing some hills once you get there, this is a great place to stay.

A casa é muito confortável, fomos 3 casais apenas um dos quartos é mais pequeno porque os outros dois têm cama king size. Cozinha com tudo o que é necessário, sala confortável para convívio. Não foi usado mas tem comodidades para tratar da roupa e tudo super limpo e em bom estado. A localização é excelente para andar a pé, zona tranquila para passear. Unico aspecto menos bom é que um dos quartos é virado para a estrada, numa avenida de bastante passagem pode ser incomodativo o som de algumas viaturas como motas/ambulâncias. A Cristina sempre foi super prestável, cuidadosa e atenta às necessidades ainda antes da reserva estar concluída. Certamente fica como referência para uma próxima ida ao Porto.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser bezaubernden Wohnung in Porto! Die Lage ist perfekt – zentral, sodass man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann, und doch ruhig genug, um nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt entspannt auszuruhen. Was diese Wohnung so besonders macht, sind die liebevollen Details: Die Einrichtung mit den antiken Möbeln und der besonderen Deko verleiht dem Ganzen einen einzigartigen Charme. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet – es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieter sind einfach großartig! Sie haben uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt, von den besten Restaurants bis zu versteckten Highlights in der Stadt. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich fürsorglich und hat sich stets darum gekümmert, dass es uns an nichts mangelt. Diese Herzlichkeit macht den Aufenthalt noch schöner! Wir können diese Wohnung absolut empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die unvergessliche Zeit in Porto. ❤️

I can go on and on about how amazing our experience was with Clara and Hernani. Clara goes above and beyond for her guests. She doesn't only care about your stay in her home but the experience you have in her city ♡ you get a home with a special travel agent 🥰 her home is breath taking ! You can see how much love was put into her home, you'll even catch some of her art work on the walls. Clara and Hernani make you feel right at home from the very start, from the greeting, walk through of the home and special welcoming treat 🙏 5 of us stayed over and feel the same way. Showers amazing, helps that you can heat up the bathroom. Beds comfy. Attic room ! With the BEST view and set up to take it in each morning. Without a doubt, this is the best stay we have ever had anywhere. Thank you SO MUCH 💓 🤗

Les photos sont conforme et notre hôte très agréable. Les instructions sont au top. La vue sur mer est un gros plus et c’est très agréable de se promener. Nous étions au calme et la maison est très agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré les fortes pluies par moment. La maison est très bien située par rapport aux commerces. Nous sommes à proximité du centre de Porto et du centre historique de Vila Nova de Gaia. Des lieux magnifiques à découvrir.

We had a wonderful week in Felipes apartment. As host, Filipe was the most helpful we have ever had. Local tips, helpfulness and service - and a nice sence of humour. The apartment were big, and the terrasse is a wonder with it's stunning view. We have already booked our next stay at Filipes; actually we did, whilst we were sitting i the apartment:-)

A beautiful apartment with absolutely everything you could need for a family holiday! Natacha’s place is spotlessly clean, lots of space and so many little extras it really felt like a home from home. The views of the sea and the sunset from the balcony were amazing! The pool was huge and clean and the surrounding area peaceful but close enough to Porto and Gaia by bike or a quick Uber ride. There is a boardwalk and cycle path just across the road that goes all the way down the beach to Porto. There is a supermarket nearby and some lovely beach bars and restaurants along the front. Natacha was a perfect host - friendly and very responsive and helpful with lots of ideas and suggestions for our stay. Our teenage girls loved the surf lessons that Natacha suggested and we had lots to do and lots of sights to see. Thank you Natacha for the perfect stay. We recommend 100% and would definitely stay again!

This apartment was perfect. It was in a great, central location in Porto with many restaurants and lots to do around it. The apartment was also extremely clean and had great amenities.

Conviently located with great views of the Duoro River. Steps away from public transportation. Easy direct walk to the lower bridge. Near the stairs to the upper bridge and park to view fabulous sunsets. Great kitchen and comfortable beds! We'd definitely stay again!

Niet aarzelen om deze accomodatie te huren als je graag Porto wil bezoeken : met de trein die op nog geen 5 minuten wandelen van het appartement bereikbaar is, sta je op een goed half uur in het bruisende Porto. Maar de rust van het appartement is zalig, de bruisende zee die je constant ziet en hoort is de beste relaxatie, de zalige ligging aan het strand van Granja is erh praktisch, maar ook de andere op wandelafstand nabijgelegen dorpjes zoals Aguda en Miramar zijn de moeite waard... Tot slot vind je echt alles in en rond het appartement wat je nodig hebt om een zalige vakantie te hebben. De keuken is zeer ruim uitgerust, de twee badkamers zijn zeer functioneel, er is enorm veel opbergruimte...er is een bakker, slager en kleine supermarkt op 5 minuten wandelen, en een grotere supermarkt op 25 minuten wandelen...

It was so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean or see it through the large glass doors. The restaurants were good and it was so easy to get to the fresh seafood restaurants over on the river in Gaia. Hugo had a list of many restaurants in the area both Gaia and Porto. Even though we did not communicate much during our stay, Hugo was quick to answer when we had a question. I felt we could reach out to him if we had a need.

The place was great and a real gem in Porto. Close to the beach and into city as well. Claudia was very helpful throughout the time we were there with recommendations for things to eat and do around the area. Had a lovely time and will definitely look to stay here again 😊

This apartment is spectacular!! It has the feel of a luxury San Francisco penthouse apartment. We could listen to the waves at night. Multiple restaurants are within a 2 block area! While It's not technically IN Porto, it's a very inexpensive Uber ride away...and we saw a lot of the city that way without having to walk! The platform bed setup as one solid bed was a bit challenging for an older couple, but overall, the apartment made it worth the challenge! We'd definitely stay there again!
