The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

The house and amenities were great. Especially the shower outside was well used. The house is close to town. The town is cozy at night when the road gets closed off for city party. It was over 30 degrees, so it was a bit hard to walk to the beach, which is a 15 minute walk in bathing sandals with air mattresses and umbrella. The beach is amazing and free. Next time, I'll explore the opportunity to rent scooters. We were 4 people from 17 to 57 years old and we can all recommend this.

Lovely place just outside the centre of Olbia with a really responsive host who gave lots of recommendations and how to get to different places. Highly recommend

My friend Giorgia and I had a great time! Martina and her whole family hosted us as if we were part of it. Communication with Martina was always very quick and helpful right away. Martina is very kind and helpful, for any need she will always be present. We felt welcomed and if we return to the area we will definitely choose your residence again. Really enjoyed our stay. place looked exactly like the photos and a very comfortable space to relax in. Great wifi connection. Kitchen had everything you needed making it super nice to have a great meal at home. The aircon works super well and can adjust the inside to however you like. Blackout blinds make the bedroom potch black and slept very comfortably.

Great place to stay if you’re spending time in Cala Gonone. Five minutes walk to a beach, close to a grocery store, and twenty minute walk to grab a boat to visit all the beaches in the Gulf of Orosei.

The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

I stayed at the apparentment for two weeks and loved it. Its location is great, it has all the amenities you need, is modern, clean and comes with a nice veranda. The hosts were always available, helpful, flexible and very friendly. I can fully recommend it, and if I end up coming back to Sardinia, I'd absolutely consider staying here again.

A nice stay. We stayed there for 1 night because we had an early flight from Olbia. Only a 15-minute drive away. Ideal. Communication was fine.

I really enjoyed my stay at Antonellas place. Apartment is super close to the beach and the view from the terrace is beautiful and just as on the pictures. Antonella was always super helpful with everything and answered always super quick. Studio had everything you need and you could also use the washing machine. Thank you very much for the nice stay would come again:)

It was a wonderful stay. We were greeted by the assistant in the apartment and received a short briefing. The apartment is really nice and has all you will need. If something was missing, Andrea was totally helpful. A baby cot and high chair were provided directly upon request. Andrea always inquired if we were missing anything or if we needed anything else. Great hostess. Our kids loved the jacuzzi. Thank you to Andrea for her warm and accommodating manner. We will be back!

Elena's apartment was really lovely -- super modern, spacious, and clean. She provided tons of amenities (towels, beach towels, beach bags, cooking utensils, etc). She was also very responsive and helped us out with finding a late night taxi for a night out. Overall, a really nice stay. Some things to note: - The pool has a swimming cap policy for when you are fully in the water (swimming caps were also provided for all guests). This was a bit annoying conceptually but it ended up being totally fine and kind of funny, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you want to do a hair flip photoshoot in the pool. - The free street parking was not immediately outside of the property (was around 3-5 mins walking) so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage to unload.

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Amazing location. So many restaurants, cafes nearby, very quiet and well-lit apartment that acted as the perfect base for a week of relaxation.
